Background
The air supply system of the commercial area of the common rail train is consistent with the air supply system of the passenger room, and the target temperature of the commercial area is consistent with the target temperature of the passenger room, so that the air supply system cannot be adjusted according to the requirement of passengers, and does not have the air volume adjusting function. Referring to fig. 1, the personalized air supply system for the business district of the present invention includes a main air supply duct 1 and a branch air supply duct 2. The main air duct 1 and the branch air duct 2 penetrate through the passing area 4 from the end part of the passenger room and enter the business area, the main air duct 1 is divided into two air cavities at the end part of the passenger room, namely a first air cavity 101 and a second air cavity 102, the first air cavity 101 is directly communicated with the main air duct 1, a roof air supply outlet 11 is arranged at the lower part after entering the business area, and air is supplied to the business area from the roof air supply outlet 11; an air supply unit 8 is arranged between the second air cavity 102 and the air supply main air duct 1, the air supply unit 8 drives air quantity through a fan and boosts the air quantity, the air quantity is sent into the second air cavity 102, and the second air cavity 102 is a boosting cavity. The second air cavity 102 is provided with a second air cavity branch 9 in a business area, the second air cavity branch 9 is provided with an adjustable air outlet 10 beside a business seat, the second air cavity branch 9 is a soft air channel and is connected with the second air cavity and the adjustable air outlet, personalized air supply is provided for the business area, and the soft air channel can be flexibly connected according to conditions at two ends, so that the air conditioner is convenient and reliable. The first air cavity 101, the second air cavity 102 and the air supply branch air channel 2 are arranged in the areas on two sides of the roof side by side, the first air cavity 101 and the second air cavity 102 are integrally designed, and only one layer of partition is arranged between the first air cavity 101 and the air supply branch air channel 2, so that the space and the weight are saved. The first air cavity 101, the second air cavity 102 and the air supply branch air channel 2 can be filled with cold air or warm air as required, and the air supply branch air channel 2 is provided with a branch connector 12 in a business area and is respectively communicated with a window air supply outlet and a floor guide groove for supplying air into a carriage. The second air cavity 102 is a supercharging cavity, the air pressure of the supercharging cavity is larger than that of other air cavities, and the section of the second air cavity branch 9 in the business area is much smaller than that of the second air cavity 102, so that the air speed of the second air cavity branch 9 in the business area is increased, the air speed of the adjustable air supply outlet 5 in the business area can reach 14m/s through experimental measurement, and the individualized requirements of passengers can be met.
When air is supplied, air enters the first air cavity 101 and the second air cavity 102 from the main air supply duct 1, and the air in the first air cavity 101 is supplied to a business area through the roof air supply outlet 11 above the decorative plate in the business area; the air in the second air cavity 102 passes through the second air cavity branch 9 to the passenger business seat, and the passenger can adjust the air quantity of the adjustable air supply outlet according to the requirement, so that the ambient temperature is changed, and the individual requirements are met. The wind of the wind supply branch wind channel 2 is sent to the side window wind outlet and the floor guide slot through the branch joint 12 and sent to the business area.
