Description

Towel bar assembly capable of preventing misuse and starting interference easily
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seats, in particular to a towel bar assembly capable of preventing misuse and starting interference due to easy access.
Background
After the seat with the seat cushion folding easy-entry function is started and the seat cushion folding function is lifted, the seat cushion always has the action that the rear end is lifted and the front end is inclined forwards, and at the moment, the seat unlocking handle towel bar is lifted to synchronously unlock the function that the seat slides forwards and backwards. If the seat cushion interferes with the towel bar at this time, the seat may lose the function of sliding back and forth in the easy entry mode and the seat cushion cannot be folded over to the designed position.
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, a towel bar 30 is fixed to a spindle 28 by a harness 41 and a spring 48, and the towel bar 30 is normally pulled up to unlock, as disclosed in FR2883521B1 (its national patent application CN1827421 a) for a forwardly moving vehicle seat having a base frame and a forwardly foldable seat back. When subjected to abuse forces, the towel bar 30 can move down to the floor because the wiring harness 41 is not lengthened. When the back-fold easy entry function (another mode of the seat easy entry function) of the seat 34 is activated, the towel bar 30 is pulled up, and the abuse-proof function cannot be realized because the wire harness 41 is tightened at this time.
A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, such as that disclosed in KR101416324B1 (the national patent application CN103079877 a), is based on the principle that a spring is provided in the unlocking lever and the rotary shaft to effect separation under abusive force. However, this patent does not work in conjunction with the easy entry function of the seat.
For example, CN206012373U discloses a parallel mop unlocking mechanism of an easy-entry seat, the towel bar has no abuse-proof function, but the towel bar can be kept stationary when the seat starting cushion is folded and the easy-entry function is achieved, in the implementation manner, when the easy-entry function of the seat is started, the rotation of the seat connecting rod drives the bracket on the framework to press down the rotating shaft in contact with the slide rail unlocking pin for unlocking, the rotating shaft structure in contact with the slide rail unlocking pin and the slide rail towel bar unlocking mechanism are two sets of independent unlocking structures, and an additional interface is provided for the framework to achieve the function.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a towel bar assembly which can prevent abuse and easy-entry starting interference aiming at the defects of the prior art.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a towel bar assembly for preventing misuse and easy entry actuation interference, comprising:
the two side ends of the towel bar are respectively and axially arranged on the upper slide rail in the pair of slide rail assemblies;
at least one unlocking driving part fixed on the first end side of the towel bar, wherein one end of the unlocking driving part is provided with a first unlocking end;

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first return spring and the second return spring are such that:
when the towel bar is not subjected to external force, the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate is kept in an original state by the second resetting elastic piece, the towel bar is kept in a contact original state with the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate by the first resetting elastic piece and the unlocking driving part by the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate, the first unlocking end of the unlocking driving part does not apply extra unlocking force to the second unlocking end on the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate due to the fact that the torsional spring force is internal force for enabling the towel bar to rotate by the unlocking driving part, and meanwhile due to the effect of the second resetting elastic piece, the second unlocking end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate cannot press the unlocking pin in the first side slide rail assembly and the second unlocking end of the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate cannot press the unlocking pin in the second side slide rail assembly through the synchronous rod, and the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail in the first side slide rail assembly and the second side slide rail assembly cannot be unlocked;
when the towel bar needs to be unlocked, the unlocking implementation bar far away from the first end side and the second end side of the towel bar is rotated towards the first direction by external force, the unlocking driving part positioned at the first end side of the towel bar is driven to rotate towards the first direction by overcoming the resistance of the second reset elastic piece, so that the first unlocking end on the unlocking driving part is also synchronously rotated towards the first direction to act on the second unlocking end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate, the second unlocking end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate is driven to rotate towards the first direction by overcoming the resistance of the first reset elastic piece and under the help of the second reset elastic piece, meanwhile, the synchronization bar drives the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate to also rotate towards the first direction, so that the second unlocking end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate acts on the unlocking pin of the first side slide rail assembly, the second unlocking end of the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate acts on the unlocking pin of the second side slide rail assembly, the unlocking between the upper side and the lower side of the slide rail assembly is unlocked, and the unlocking force of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate is kept in the contact state during the unlocking process, and the whole unlocking force of the first slide rail assembly is not changed by overcoming the unlocking resistance of the unlocking pin;
when the unlocking implementation rod of the towel bar, which is far away from the first end side and the second end side, is acted by a downward abusive force to rotate towards the second direction, the unlocking driving part at the first end side of the towel bar is driven to rotate towards the second direction by overcoming the resistance of the first reset elastic piece, so that the first unlocking end on the unlocking driving part rotates towards the second direction, meanwhile, the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate has a tendency of rotating towards the second direction under the action of the first reset elastic piece, but because the end, far away from the second unlocking end, of the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate directly contacts the upper sliding rail under the action of the second reset elastic piece, the upper sliding rail prevents the sliding rail unlocking pressing plate from rotating towards the second direction, and finally, the abusive force enables the towel bar to rotate towards the second direction until the towel bar is attached to the floor surface, so that the stress balance is realized under the counter-acting force of the floor; after the downward abuse force disappears, the first reset elastic piece drives the unlocking driving part to return to the original state.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first plastic sleeve is disposed on the first unlocking end of the unlocking driving part; and second plastic sleeves are arranged at the second unlocking ends of the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate and the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first return elastic element is a first torsion spring, and the second return elastic element is a second torsion spring, wherein the first torsion spring and the second torsion spring are both sleeved on the first end side of the towel bar, one end of the first torsion spring acts on the upper slide rail of the first side slide rail assembly, and the other end of the first torsion spring acts on the end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate away from the second unlocking end; one end of the second torsion spring acts on the position where the unlocking driving part is close to the first unlocking end, and the other end of the second torsion spring acts on the position where the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate is close to the second unlocking end.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate is further divided into an unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and a first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate, and further comprises a third return elastic member; the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate are axially arranged on the first end side of the towel bar and positioned on two sides of the unlocking driving part, the second unlocking end is arranged on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and provided with a fourth unlocking end, the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate is provided with a third unlocking end, the first unlocking end, the second unlocking end, the third unlocking end and the fourth unlocking end are positioned in the same direction, and the second unlocking end and the fourth unlocking end are positioned on two sides of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate; the first unlocking end can act on the third unlocking end and the fourth unlocking end; the unlocking auxiliary pressure plate is connected with the second slide rail unlocking pressure plate through a synchronous rod; one end of the first reset elastic piece acts on the upper slide rail of the first side slide rail assembly, and the other end of the first reset elastic piece acts on the end, away from the third unlocking end, of the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate; one end of the second reset elastic piece acts on the position, close to the first unlocking end, of the unlocking driving part, and the other end of the second reset elastic piece acts on the end, far away from the third unlocking end, of the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate; one end of the third reset elastic piece acts on the upper slide rail of the second side slide rail assembly, and the other end of the third reset elastic piece acts on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first, second and third return elastic elements are such that:
when the towel bar is not subjected to external force, the first reset elastic piece and the third reset elastic piece enable the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate to be kept at original design positions, meanwhile, the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the unlocking driving part are kept in a preloaded contact state through the action of the second reset elastic piece, due to the fact that the unlocking driving part is connected with the towel bar, the towel bar is kept in an original design state, meanwhile, the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate is connected with the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate through a synchronous rod, the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate is kept in the original design state, a gap exists between the unlocking driving part and the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate in the original design state, the first unlocking end of the unlocking driving part does not enable the unlocking end on the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the fourth unlocking end of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate to exert unlocking force on the third unlocking end on the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the fourth unlocking end of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate, and the second unlocking end on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate does not enable the unlocking pin in the first side slide rail assembly and the lower slide rail assembly and the upper slide rail in the slide rail to be not compressed;
when the towel bar needs to be unlocked, the unlocking implementation bar, which is far away from the first end side and the second end side, of the towel bar is driven to rotate towards the first direction by external force, the unlocking driving part, which is located at the first end side of the towel bar, is driven to rotate towards the first direction by overcoming the resistance of the first reset elastic piece, so that the first unlocking end on the unlocking driving part also synchronously rotates towards the first direction, and when the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate rotates towards the first direction after contacting the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate, the second unlocking end on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate acts on the unlocking pin of the first side sliding rail assembly; in the process of rotating the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate to the first direction, the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate is driven to rotate to the first direction through the synchronizing rod, when the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate rotates to the first direction, a second unlocking end on the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate acts on an unlocking pin of a second side sliding rail assembly, so that unlocking is achieved between an upper sliding rail and a lower sliding rail in the sliding rail assembly, in the process, the unlocking driving part is in contact with a sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate under the action of a second reset elastic piece in an original design state, and therefore in the process of rotating to the first direction, the first sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate rotates along with the unlocking driving part;
when the unlocking implementation rod of the towel bar, which is far away from the first end side and the second end side, is acted by a downward abusive force to rotate towards the second direction, the unlocking driving part positioned at the first end side of the towel bar is driven to overcome the resistance of the second reset elastic piece to rotate towards the second direction, so that the first unlocking end on the unlocking driving part rotates towards the second direction, and meanwhile, under the action of the second reset elastic piece, the first sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate also has a trend towards the second direction, but because the end part of the first sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the upper sliding rail are contacted with the upper sliding rail under the action of the first reset elastic piece, the movement trend is blocked, the first sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate is always kept still in the process, and because gaps are always reserved between the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and the first sliding rail unlocking middle pressing plate and the unlocking driving part, the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate is also kept still in the process, and finally, the abusive force enables the towel bar to rotate towards the second direction until the towel bar is attached to the floor surface, and the balance is realized under the action of the reaction force exerted on the floor; after the downward abuse force disappears, the first reset elastic piece and the second reset elastic piece drive the unlocking driving part, and because one end, far away from the third unlocking end, of the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate is pressed on the upper slide rail of the first side slide rail assembly, the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate is limited by the upper slide rail in the state and does not rotate towards the second direction, namely the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate is always kept in the original design state;
when the seat function with the easy-entry function is started, the seat framework presses the second unlocking end on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and the second unlocking end on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate, or the seat framework only presses the second unlocking end on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate or one end of the second unlocking end on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate, synchronous rotation of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate is achieved through the synchronizing rod, so that the second unlocking end on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and the second unlocking end on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate synchronously move towards the first direction, the second unlocking end of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate and the second unlocking end on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate simultaneously act on the unlocking pin of the first side slide rail assembly and the unlocking pin of the second side slide rail assembly, and unlocking between the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail in the slide rail assembly is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first plastic sleeve is disposed on the first unlocking end of the unlocking driving part; second plastic sleeves are arranged at the second unlocking end of the unlocking auxiliary pressure plate and the second unlocking end of the second slide rail unlocking pressure plate;
in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first return elastic element is a first torsion spring, the second return elastic element is a second torsion spring, and the third return elastic element is a third torsion spring, wherein the winding portions of the first and second torsion springs are both sleeved on the first end side of the towel bar, and the winding portion of the third torsion spring is sleeved on the second end side of the towel bar; one end of the first torsion spring acts on the upper sliding rail of the first side sliding rail assembly, and the other end of the first torsion spring acts on the end, far away from the third unlocking end, of the first sliding rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate; one end of the second torsion spring acts on the position, close to the first unlocking end, of the unlocking driving part, and the other end of the second torsion spring acts on the position, far away from the third unlocking end, of the first sliding rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate; one end of the third torsion spring acts on the upper sliding rail of the second side sliding rail assembly, and the other end of the third torsion spring acts on the end, close to the second unlocking end, of the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the towel bar is in the shape of a "little" in its entirety.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the towel bar is connected with the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate and the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate through the reset elastic piece, and when excessive force is applied downwards in the Z direction, the first sliding rail unlocking pressing plate, the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate and the towel bar form two independent unlocking structures to avoid the influence of the excessive force;
2. when the seat function with the easy-entry function (the cushion is folded and enters easily or the like) is started, the abuse prevention function is still realized, in addition, even if the cushion is bent forwards and touches the towel bar, the slide rail is still not influenced to be unlocked, and the position of the towel bar in the state that the cushion is folded and enters easily in the function can not be considered when the framework cushion is arranged;
3. through increasing the auxiliary unlocking pressing plate, the towel rack is kept in an immovable state when the seat is easy to enter the function starting.
4. Is suitable for products with abuse requirements of towel rods, in particular to products with seats with cushion folding and easy entering functions.

Two ends of the synchronization rod 300 are respectively connected with the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b, so that the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b can synchronously rotate.
In this embodiment, both the first reset elastic element and the second reset elastic element are provided, one end of the first reset elastic element acts on the upper slide rail 210a of the first side slide rail assembly 200a, and the other end of the first reset elastic element acts on the end of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a away from the second unlocking end 2; one end of the second return elastic member acts on a position of the unlocking driving part 110 adjacent to the first unlocking end 1, and the other end of the second return elastic member acts on a position of the first slide unlocking pressing plate 200a adjacent to the second unlocking end 2. Preferably, the first return elastic member is a first torsion spring 510, and the second return elastic member is a second torsion spring 520. The winding parts of the first torsion spring 510 and the second torsion spring 520 are sleeved on the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100, one end 511 of the first torsion spring 510 acts on the upper rail 210a of the first side rail assembly 200a, and the other end 512 of the first torsion spring 510 acts on the end of the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a far away from the second unlocking end 2; one end 521 of the second torsion spring 520 acts on the position of the unlocking driving part 110 adjacent to the first unlocking end 1, and the other end 522 of the second torsion spring 520 acts on the position of the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a adjacent to the second unlocking end 2.
As described with reference to fig. 8a to 8g, in the present embodiment, when assembling, the winding portion of the first torsion spring 510 is firstly sleeved into the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100, and one end of the unlocking driving portion 110 is welded to the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100 (as shown in fig. 8a to 8 c); then, the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b are respectively sleeved on the two side ends 101 and 102 of the towel bar 100, the two ends of the synchronous rod 300 are respectively welded with the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b, and one end 511 and the other end 512 of the first torsion spring 510 are correspondingly connected to the unlocking driving part 110 and the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a (as shown in fig. 8d to 8 e); finally, the second torsion spring 520 is sleeved into the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100, the second end 522 of the second torsion spring 520 is correspondingly connected with the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a, the first end 521 of the second torsion spring 520 is to be connected to the upper slide rail, and the first plastic sleeve 610 and the second plastic sleeve 620 are correspondingly sleeved to complete the assembly (see fig. 8f to 8 g).
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
as described in conjunction with fig. 9 to 11, when the towel bar 100 is not subjected to an external force, the second torsion spring 520 keeps the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a in an original state, the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a keeps the towel bar 100 in contact with the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a through the first torsion spring 510 and the unlocking driving part 110 in the original state, and because the torsion spring force is an internal force of the unlocking driving part 110 to rotate the towel bar 100, the first unlocking end 1 of the unlocking driving part 110 does not apply an additional unlocking force to the second unlocking end 2 on the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a, and simultaneously, due to the action of the second torsion spring 520, the second unlocking end 2 of the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a does not press the unlocking pin 202a in the first side rail assembly 200a and the second unlocking end 2 of the second rail unlocking pressing plate 400b does not press the unlocking pin 202b in the second side rail assembly 200b through the synchronization rod 300, so that the upper rail 201a, the lower rail 201b and the lower rail 201aa in the first side rail assembly 200a and the second side rail assembly 200b do not press the unlocking pin 201 aa;
as described with reference to fig. 12 to 14, when the towel bar 100 needs to be unlocked, the unlocking implementing rod 103 far away from the first end side 101 and the second end side 102 is subjected to an external force and rotates in the first direction (the external force in this embodiment is upward, so the first rotation direction is a counterclockwise arrow rotation direction in fig. 12), so that the unlocking driving portion 110 located at the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100 is driven to rotate in the first direction against the resistance of the second torsion spring 520, so that the first unlocking end 1 on the unlocking driving portion 110 also rotates in the first direction and acts on the second unlocking end 2 of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a, and at the same time, the synchronization rod 300 drives the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b to rotate in the first direction, so that the second unlocking end 2 of the first slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a acts on the unlocking pin 202a of the first side slide rail assembly 200a, and the second unlocking end 2 of the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b acts on the unlocking pin 202b of the second side slide rail assembly 400b, so that the upper slide rail 201a, the lower rail 201bb and the lower rail 201bb in the slide rail assembly are slid to implement unlocking. Since the unlocking driving part 110 and the slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400a are always kept in a contact state in the unlocking process, the state of the first torsion spring 510 is not changed in the unlocking process, and the whole unlocking process only needs to overcome the resistance of the second torsion spring 520 and the unlocking force of the slide rail unlocking pin;
as described in conjunction with fig. 15 to 17, when the unlocking implementation rod 103 of the towel bar 100 away from the first end side 101 and the second end side 102 is acted by a downward abusive force to rotate in the second direction (the abusive force in this embodiment is downward, so the second rotation direction is a clockwise arrow rotation direction in fig. 15), the unlocking driving part 110 located at the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100 is driven to rotate in the second direction against the resistance of the first torsion spring 510, so that the first unlocking end 1 on the unlocking driving part 110 rotates in the second direction, and at the same time, the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a tends to rotate in the second direction under the action of the first torsion spring 510, but since the end of the first rail unlocking pressing plate 400a away from the second unlocking end directly contacts the upper rail 201a under the action of the second torsion spring 520, the upper rail 201a prevents the rail unlocking pressing plate 400a from rotating in the second direction, and finally the abusive force makes the towel bar 100 rotate in the second direction until the towel bar is attached to the floor, so as to realize the balance under the counter-acting force of the floor; after the downward abuse force disappears, the first torsion spring 510 drives the unlocking driving part 110 back to the original state.

Preferably, the first return elastic member is a first torsion spring 510, the second return elastic member is a second torsion spring 520, and the third return elastic member is a third torsion spring 530. Wherein the first torsion spring 510 and the second torsion spring 520 are both nested on the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100, and the third torsion spring 530 is nested on the second end side 102 of the towel bar 100; one end 511 of the first torsion spring 510 acts on the upper rail 210a of the first side rail assembly 200a, and the other end 512 of the first torsion spring 510 acts on the end of the first rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 away from the third unlocking end 3; one end 521 of the second torsion spring 520 acts on the position of the unlocking driving part 110 adjacent to the first unlocking end 1, and the other end 522 of the second torsion spring 520 acts on the position of the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 away from the third unlocking end 3; one end 531 of the third torsion spring 530 acts on the upper track 210b of the second side track assembly 200b and the other end 532 of the third torsion spring 530 acts on the end of the second track unlatching pressure plate 400b adjacent the second unlatching end 2.
As described in fig. 22a to 22i, in the assembly of this embodiment, the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 is firstly sleeved into the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100, the second torsion spring 520 is sleeved into the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100, one end of the unlocking driving part 110 is welded to the first side end 101 of the towel bar 100, and one end 521 and the other end 522 of the second torsion spring 520 are correspondingly connected to the unlocking driving part 110 and the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 (as shown in fig. 22a to 22 e); then, the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a 'and the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate 400b are respectively sleeved on the two side ends 101 and 102 of the towel bar 100, and the two ends of the synchronous bar 300 are respectively connected with the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a' and the second sliding rail unlocking pressing plate 400b (as shown in fig. 22f to 22 g); finally, the first torsion spring 510 and the third torsion spring 530 are respectively sleeved on the two side ends 101 and 102 of the towel bar 100, the other end 512 of the first torsion spring 510 is correspondingly connected to the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700, one end 511 is to be connected to the upper slide rail, the other end 532 of the third torsion spring 530 is correspondingly connected to the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b, and one end 531 is to be connected to the upper slide rail, and the first plastic sleeve 610, the second plastic sleeve 620 and the third plastic sleeve 630 are correspondingly sleeved to complete the assembly (as shown in fig. 22h to 22 i).
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
as described in conjunction with fig. 23 to 24, when the towel bar 100 is not subjected to an external force, the first torsion spring 510 and the third torsion spring 530 keep the first rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 and the second rail unlocking pressing plate 400b at the original design position, while the first rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 keeps a preloaded contact state with the unlocking driving part 110 by the action of the second torsion spring 520, and as the unlocking driving part 110 is welded to the towel bar 100, the towel bar 100 keeps at the original design state, while the second rail unlocking pressing plate 400b is connected to the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a 'by the synchronization rod 300, so that the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a' keeps at the original design state; in an original design state, a gap exists between the unlocking driving part 110 and the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' so that the first unlocking end 1 of the unlocking driving part 110 does not apply unlocking force to the third unlocking end 3 on the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate 700 and the fourth unlocking end 4 of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ', and further the second unlocking end 2 on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' does not press the unlocking pin 202a in the first side slide rail assembly 200a and the second unlocking end 2 on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b does not press the unlocking pin 202b in the second side slide rail assembly 200b, so that the upper slide rails 210a and 210b and the lower slide rails 210aa and 210bb in the first side slide rail assembly 200a and the second side slide rail assembly 200b are not unlocked;
as described in conjunction with fig. 25 to fig. 26, when the towel bar 100 needs to be unlocked, the unlocking implementation rod 103 away from the first end side 101 and the second end side 102 is rotated in the first direction by an external force (the external force in this embodiment is upward, so the first rotation direction is a clockwise arrow rotation direction as shown in fig. 25), and the unlocking driving portion 110 located at the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100 is driven to rotate in the first direction against the resistance of the first torsion spring 510, so that the first unlocking end 1 on the unlocking driving portion 110 is also rotated in the first direction synchronously, and when the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' is rotated in the first direction after contacting the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ', the second unlocking end 2 on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' acts on the unlocking pin 202a of the first side slide rail assembly 200 a; in the process that the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a' rotates in the first direction, the synchronization rod 300 drives the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b to rotate in the first direction, and when the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b rotates in the first direction, the second unlocking end 2 on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b acts on the unlocking pin 202b of the second side slide rail assembly 200b, so that unlocking is realized between the upper slide rails 210a and 210b and the lower slide rails 210aa and 210bb in the first side slide rail assembly 200a and the second side slide rail assembly 200 b; in this process, since the unlocking driving part 110 is in contact with the slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 under the action of the second torsion spring 520 in the original design state, the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 rotates along with the unlocking driving part 110 in the process of rotating to the first direction;
as described in conjunction with fig. 27 to fig. 28, when the unlocking implementation rod 103 of the towel bar 100 away from the first end side 101 and the second end side 102 is acted by a downward abusive force to rotate in the second direction (the abusive force in this embodiment is downward, so the second rotation direction is a counterclockwise arrow rotation direction in fig. 27), the unlocking driving portion 110 located at the first end side 101 of the towel bar 100 is driven to rotate in the second direction against the resistance of the second torsion spring 520, so that the first unlocking end 1 on the unlocking driving portion 110 rotates in the second direction, and under the action of the second torsion spring 520, the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 also tends to rotate in the second direction, but because the end of the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 and the upper rail are in contact with the upper slide rail 210a under the action of the first torsion spring 510, the movement tendency is hindered, so that the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 always remains motionless during this process, and because the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a' always remains a gap is left between the first unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 and the unlocking driving portion 110, so that the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a force keeps constantly rotating in the direction of the floor until the floor is finally balanced, so that the floor board 100 is acted by the downward abusive force; after the downward abuse force disappears, the first torsion spring 510 and the second torsion spring 520 drive the unlocking driving part 110 to return to the original state; since the end of the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 away from the third unlocking end 3 in this embodiment is pressed against the upper slide rail 210a of the first side slide rail assembly 200a, the first slide rail unlocking intermediate pressing plate 700 is limited to the upper slide rail 210a in this state and does not rotate in the second direction, i.e., is always kept in the original design state as long as the elastic limits of the first torsion spring 510 and the second torsion spring 520 are set within a reasonable range.
As described with reference to fig. 29 to 31, when the seat function with the easy entry function is activated, the seat frame 800 presses the second unlocking end 2 on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' and the second unlocking end 2 on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b (or presses only one of them, and the synchronous rotation of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' and the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b is realized by the synchronization lever 300), so that the second unlocking end 2 on the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' and the second unlocking end 2 on the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b synchronously move in the first direction (the seat frame 800 in this embodiment is pressed down, so the first direction is the clockwise arrow rotation direction in fig. 29), the second unlocking end 2 of the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' and the second unlocking end 2 of the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b simultaneously act on the unlocking pin 202a of the first side slide rail assembly 200a and the unlocking pin 202b of the second side slide rail assembly 200b, so that the unlocking is realized between the upper slide rails 210a and 210b and the lower slide rails 210aa and 210bb of the first side slide rail assembly 200a and the second side slide rail assembly 200b, and as the second slide rail unlocking pressing plate 400b and the unlocking auxiliary pressing plate 400a ' keep gaps with the first slide rail unlocking middle pressing plate 700 at the original design state and have no equal-phase spring force interaction, the effect that the towel bar is not moved when the cushion turnover easy-entry function is started is achieved.
