技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种混动变速器动力系统和车辆。
背景技术
随着国家对汽车的节能降耗要求逐步提高,仅通过提升汽油发动机效率难以达到该要求,因此车辆油电混动化是目前各大厂商研究的主要方向。
现有技术中混动车辆通常采用前置前驱的混动变速箱,而对于原本是前置后驱的部分小型商用车,无法应用上述前置前驱的混动变速箱进行混动化,因此需要开发一种前置后驱的混动变速箱以满足混动化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种前置后驱的混动变速箱以满足混动化需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种混动变速器动力系统,包括设置于壳体内的发动机、发电机、离合器、减速器、驱动电机和电池,所述发电机、所述离合器、所述减速器和所述驱动电机依次传动连接,所述发动机能够驱动所述发电机发电,并为所述电池充电,所述电池能够为所述驱动电机供电,所述离合器能够通过结合或断开以控制所述发电机和所述减速器之间的传动连接。
采用如上结构,本混动变速器动力系统能够应用于前置后驱的车辆,并通过离合器的结合或断开、发动机和发电机的开启或关闭,以及发电机、电池和驱动电机之间的连通关系,以实现纯电、增程、直驱和并联四种行驶模式,满足前置后驱车辆的混动化需求。
可选地,所述发电机的发电机转轴为空心轴,所述离合器至少部分安装于所述空心轴内。
可选地,所述离合器包括固定连接的离合器输入轴和外齿毂,所述外齿毂与所述发电机转轴相固定,所述发电机转轴通过转子轴承支撑于所述壳体。
可选地,所述离合器包括离合器输入轴和密封环座,所述密封环座可拆卸的固定于所述离合器输入轴和所述壳体之间,所述密封环座能够连通油管和所述离合器输入轴的进油口,以向所述离合器输入轴输入高压油。
可选地,所述密封环座和所述离合器输入轴之间设置有密封环;和/或,所述进油口上方设有油槽。
可选地,所述离合器包括离合器输出轴,所述离合器输出轴为空心轴,并设置有内花键,所述驱动电机包括驱动电机输出轴,所述驱动电机输出轴设置有与所述内花键相配合的外花键,二者能够可拆卸连接。
可选地,所述离合器输出轴通过双列角接触球轴承支撑于所述壳体。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例提供一种混动变速器动力系统,包括设置于壳体内的发动机1、发电机2、离合器3、减速器4、驱动电机5和电池6,发电机2、离合器3、减速器4和驱动电机5依次传动连接,发动机1能够驱动发电机2发电,并为电池6充电,电池6能够为驱动电机5供电,离合器3能够通过结合或断开以控制发电机2和减速器4之间的传动连接。
采用如上结构,本混动变速器动力系统能够应用于前置后驱的车辆,并通过离合器3的结合或断开、发动机1和发电机2的开启或关闭,以及发电机2、电池6和驱动电机5之间的连通关系,以实现纯电、增程、直驱和并联四种行驶模式,满足前置后驱车辆的混动化需求。
请参考图1和图4,发动机1能够驱动发电机2进行发电,以将电能存储至电池6;当发动机1和发电机2均关闭,离合器3断开时,发电机2与减速器4之间的传动连接断开,电池6直接为驱动电机5供电,带动减速器4通过驱动电机输出轴51输出动力,整体动力为由电池6单独供电的驱动电机5,该模式为纯电行驶模式;
当发动机1开启并带动发电机2为电池6充电,离合器3断开时,发电机2与减速器4之间的传动连接断开,电池6在充电的同时为驱动电机5供电,带动减速器4通过驱动电机输出轴51输出动力,整体动力为由发电机2和电池6共同供电的驱动电机5,发动机1不直接参与驱动,该模式为增程行驶模式;
当发动机1开启并带动发电机2空转,发电机2不发电,离合器3结合时,发动机2与减速器4之间传动连接,发电机2带动减速器4和驱动电机5共同空转,并通过驱动电机输出轴51输出动力,整体动力为发动机1,驱动电机5不直接参与驱动,该模式为直驱行驶模式;
当发动机1开启并带动发电机2空转,发电机2不发电,离合器3结合时,发动机2与减速器4之间传动连接,发电机2带动减速器4和驱动电机5共同空转,同时电池6为驱动电机5供电,使驱动电机5带动减速器4转动,通过驱动电机输出轴51输出动力,整体动力为发动机1和电池6单独供电的驱动电机5,该模式为并联驱动模式。
本实施例中发电机2的发电机转轴21为空心轴,离合器3安装于空心轴内。具体如图1所示,离合器3部分结构安装于发电机2的内部,使混动变速器动力系统整体更为紧凑,缩小整体的轴向尺寸;离合器3包括固定连接的离合器输入轴31和外齿毂32,外齿毂32与发电机转轴21相固定,发电机转轴21通过转子轴承22支撑于壳体。
本实施例中发电机2采用油冷发电机,油冷发电机的体积更小,能够减小混动变速器动力系统的整体体积;若实际应用中混动变速器动力系统的整体体积要求较低,即对发电机2的径向尺寸也要求较低,则可选用成本更低的水冷发电机,但水冷发电机需要在转子轴承22除设置大油封,以防止出现漏油问题。
本实施例中离合器3采用湿式离合器,湿式离合器通过摩擦片压紧或分离而实现断开或结合,动力结合较为平顺,且不会出现无齿啮合导致的打齿异响;若实际应用中对动力的平顺性,以及无齿啮合导致的打齿异响问题要求较低,则也可使用电磁牙嵌式离合器,本发明对此不做限定。
离合器输入轴31不通过额外的轴承进行支撑,离合器输入轴31和外齿毂32之间通过焊接等方式固定连接,具有较高的同轴度要求;外齿毂32与发电机转轴21的内孔相连接,该连接方式同样对同轴度具有较高要求;发电机转轴21通过图1中左右方向的两个转子轴承22进行支撑,如此便能够确保离合器输入轴31、外齿毂32和发动机转轴21之间同轴,在发动机转轴21带动离合器输入轴31高速旋转时,能够具有良好的抗噪、抗振和声振粗糙度性能。
本实施例中离合器3包括离合器输入轴31和密封环座33,密封环座33可拆卸的固定于离合器输入轴31和壳体之间,密封环座33能够连通油管34和离合器输入轴31的进油口311,以向离合器输入轴31输入高压油。
请参考图2,本实施例中密封环座33通过螺栓固定于发电机壳71,并与连通油管34连接,连通油管34的另一端连接高压油泵,高压油泵能够输出高压油,以通过连通油管34输入至离合器输入轴31,为离合器3提供高压油,离合器3在高压油的压力下通过压紧摩擦片实现结合,使发电机2和减速器4传动连接,高压油泵停止供油时,摩擦片被弹开,离合器3分离,发电机2和减速器4断开传动连接。
本实施例中密封环座33和离合器输入轴31之间设置有密封环331;进油口311上方设有油槽。
请继续参考图2,密封环331能够将密封环座33和离合器输入轴31之间密封,以使高压油泵输入密封环座33的高压油能够进入离合器输入轴31,该密封环331的具体结构和材质本发明不做限定,可根据实际使用需求自由选择;离合器输入轴31的进油口311上方设置有一定深度的环形油槽,该油槽能够使离合器输入轴31在高速旋转的状态下,高压油仍能够进入其内部,使离合器3能够正常结合。
本实施例中离合器3还包括离合器输出轴35,离合器输出轴35为空心轴,并设置有内花键;驱动电机5包括驱动电机输出轴51,驱动电机输出轴51设置有与离合器输出轴35的内花键相配合的外花键,二者能够通过孔用弹性钢丝挡圈限位连接。
请参考图2和图3,离合器输出轴35的一端和与外齿毂32相对的内齿毂相连接,二者之间可通过螺栓连接等方式进行连接,另一端通过内花键与驱动电机输出轴51的外花键配合连接,固定方式采用较为简单的孔用弹性钢丝挡圈限位连接,该连接方式成本较低,且拆卸较为方便。
具体的,驱动电机输出轴51的外花键靠近离合器输出轴35的一端设置有卡槽,离合器输出轴35的内花键远离驱动电机输出轴51的一端设置有斜面,孔用弹性钢丝挡圈弹开后能够抵靠该斜面对二者进行限位,使二者能够承受1000N的拉力而不被拔出,装配离合器输出轴35和驱动电机输出轴51时,只需将驱动电机输出轴51直接插入离合器输出轴35即可,需要拆卸时只需将二者通过拉拔器等工具直接拔出,拆卸较为方便。
另外,由于离合器输出轴35为空心轴,其内花键能够通过拉刀等工具直接进行加工,能够有效提高内花键的制造精度,从而提高混动变速器动力系统整体的抗噪、抗振和声振粗糙度性能,同时还能够节约离合器3的制造成本,减轻离合器3中高速旋转部分结构的重量,从而提高整体的动力利用效率。
本实施例中离合器输出轴35通过双列角接触球轴承36支撑于壳体。
具体如图1所示,双列角接触球轴承36相较于普通轴承效率更高,离合器输出轴35通过双列角接触球轴承36支撑于减速器壳72,其轴向通过外圈轴承盖限位,并通过锁紧螺母37锁紧使双列角接触球轴承36固定于离合器输出轴35和减速器壳72之间。当然,实际应用中还可采用其他结构及设置方式,本发明对此不做限定,只要离合器输出轴35能够支撑于减速器壳72即可。
本实施例中发电机2的外侧设置有非油冷的旋转变压器23,旋转变压器23的内侧设置有输入油封24;或,发电机2外侧设置有油冷的旋转变压器23,旋转变压器23的外侧设置有输入油封24。
请继续参考图1,发电机2的外侧是指远离减速器4和驱动电机5的一侧,即图1中的左侧,旋转变压器23设置于外侧能够方便旋转调零,同时便于其出现故障后的更换操作。
旋转变压器23可采用非油冷旋转变压器,并在其内侧设置输入油封24,防止离合器3的高压油泄漏,该设置方案整体成本较低;而根据实际需要,旋转变压器23还可以采用油冷旋转变压器,该设置方式需要在其外侧设置输入油封24,防止离合器3和旋转变压器23的高压油泄漏。
本实施例中减速器4采用两套中心距相同的外齿合齿轮,该结构成本较低,且抗噪、抗振和声振粗糙度性能较好。请参考图3,驱动电机5的扭矩可通过驱动电机转轴52传递至与之连接的一级主动齿轮41,一级主动齿轮41与一级从动齿轮42相配合实现一级减速,再通过与一级从动齿轮42相连接的二级主动齿轮43与二级从动齿轮44相配合,以实现二级减速,其中减速器轴承45采用效率较高的球轴承,可提高减速器4的效率。
二级从动齿轮44与离合器输出轴35通过花键连接,同时发电机输出轴也与二级从动齿轮44通过花键连接,二者的端部通过螺母等结构进行锁紧,以实现发电机2和减速器4之间的传动连接,以及离合器3的结合或断开控制该传动连接。
另外,减速器4仅设置于发电机2和驱动电机5的一侧,另一侧空间可预留为设置驻车结构的布置空间,能够有效提高混动变速器动力系统的空间利用效率,减小其整体体积。
本实施例中驱动电机5为水冷同轴驱动电机,该水冷同轴驱动电机成本较低,且是待混动化车辆的现有组成部分,本方案的混动变速器动力系统可以在原水冷同轴驱动电机的基础上直接制造,借用除驱动电机壳73以外的全部结构,该设置方式能够大幅降低本实施例的制造成本。
可以理解,在实际应用中发电机2可以采用水冷电机,也可以采用油冷电机,驱动电机5可以采用水冷同轴驱动电机,还可采用其他油冷或水冷驱动电机,本发明对二者均不做限定,只要其能够实现如上文所描述的技术效果即可。
本发明实施例还提供一种车辆,包括混动变速器动力系统,车辆能够通过混动变速器动力系统实现纯电行驶模式、增程行驶模式、直驱行驶模式和并联行驶模式。该混动变速器动力系统即为上文所描述的混动变速器动力系统,由于混动变速器动力系统已经具有如上的技术效果,因此包含该混动变速器动力系统的车辆也应具有相同的技术效果,故在此不再赘述。
本实施例所实现的四种行驶模式同样与上文所描述的实现模式相同,在此不再赘述。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:包括设置于壳体内的发动机(1)、发电机(2)、离合器(3)、减速器(4)、驱动电机(5)和电池(6),所述发电机(2)、所述离合器(3)、所述减速器(4)和所述驱动电机(5)依次传动连接,所述发动机(1)能够驱动所述发电机(2)发电,并为所述电池(6)充电,所述电池(6)能够为所述驱动电机(5)供电,所述离合器(3)能够通过结合或断开以控制所述发电机(2)和所述减速器(4)之间的传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述发电机(2)的发电机转轴(21)为空心轴,所述离合器(3)至少部分安装于所述空心轴内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)包括固定连接的离合器输入轴(31)和外齿毂(32),所述外齿毂(32)与所述发电机转轴(21)相固定,所述发电机转轴(21)通过转子轴承(22)支撑于所述壳体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)包括离合器输入轴(31)和密封环座(33),所述密封环座(33)可拆卸的固定于所述离合器输入轴(31)和所述壳体之间,所述密封环座(33)能够连通油管(34)和所述离合器输入轴(31)的进油口(311),以向所述离合器输入轴(31)输入高压油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述密封环座(33)和所述离合器输入轴(31)之间设置有密封环(331);
和/或,所述进油口(311)上方设有油槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)包括离合器输出轴(35),所述离合器输出轴(35)为空心轴,并设置有内花键,所述驱动电机(5)包括驱动电机输出轴(51),所述驱动电机输出轴(51)设置有与所述内花键相配合的外花键,二者能够可拆卸连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器输出轴(35)通过双列角接触球轴承(36)支撑于所述壳体。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述减速器(4)包括相配合的第一主动齿轮(41)、第一从动齿轮(42)和相配合的第二主动齿轮(43)、第二从动齿轮(44),所述驱动电机(5)通过驱动电机转轴(52)与所述第一主动齿轮(41)传动连接,所述第一从动齿轮(42)和所述第二主动齿轮(43)固定连接,所述离合器(3)通过离合器输出轴(35)与所述第二从动齿轮(44)传动连接。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述发电机(2)外侧设置有非油冷的旋转变压器(23),所述旋转变压器(23)的内侧设置有输入油封(24);
或,所述发电机(2)外侧设置有油冷的所述旋转变压器(23),所述旋转变压器(23)的外侧设置有所述输入油封(24)。
10.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的混动变速器动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)为湿式离合器;
和/或,所述驱动电机(5)为水冷同轴驱动电机;
和/或,所述发电机(2)为油冷发电机。
11.车辆,其特征在于:包括混动变速器动力系统,所述混动变速器动力系统为权利要求1-10中任一项所述混动变速器动力系统;
所述车辆能够通过所述混动变速器动力系统实现纯电行驶模式、增程行驶模式、直驱行驶模式和并联行驶模式。
