Abstract
本发明公开了一种高弹性瓦楞纸板,其包括下纸板层;瓦楞芯板层,瓦楞芯板层胶合于下纸板层上侧;内隔板层,内隔板层胶合于瓦楞芯板层上侧,且具有朝上的多道限位卡槽,限位卡槽成外扩状;缓冲垫层,缓冲垫层通过胶粘剂粘附于内隔板层,且具有位于限位卡槽的凸出弹性柱;上纸板层,上纸板层胶合于缓冲垫层上侧;其中,胶粘剂中混合有气凝胶颗粒,且气凝胶颗粒填充于凸出弹性柱之间。本发明通过在内隔板层上设置缓冲垫层,利用限位卡槽内的凸出弹性柱实现抗压,抵抗冲击,增强瓦楞纸板的高弹性,保证使用质量。

技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种高弹性瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
现代的生活中纸箱这种存放工具是非常必要也是经常使用的,现在的纸箱也被分为很多的种类,一般常见的基本都是最普通的平纸板一种,这种纸箱容易损坏,使用寿命短,而比较坚固且使用寿命相对较长的就是瓦楞纸箱了,因此瓦楞纸箱经常被用于放置一些重物或用于运输货物的盛放箱体。
现在的瓦楞纸箱的运用范围非常广泛,不仅家用,更多的是运用于包装盒运输领域,因其的高强度能够保护其中的货物不会因运输而损坏,但是现在的瓦楞纸箱仍有不足之处,就是其抗压弹性性能不高,在运输搬运过程中会不可避免的产生较大的下压力,而在现在的瓦楞纸箱受到一定程度地冲击时仍然会损坏其中的货物。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种高弹性瓦楞纸板,用于避免以往瓦楞纸箱板强度差,弹性不高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种高弹性瓦楞纸板,其包括下纸板层;
瓦楞芯板层,瓦楞芯板层胶合于下纸板层上侧;
内隔板层,内隔板层胶合于瓦楞芯板层上侧,且具有朝上的多道限位卡槽,限位卡槽成外扩状;
缓冲垫层,缓冲垫层通过胶粘剂粘附于内隔板层,且具有位于限位卡槽的凸出弹性柱;
上纸板层,上纸板层胶合于缓冲垫层上侧;
其中,胶粘剂中混合有气凝胶颗粒,且气凝胶颗粒填充于凸出弹性柱之间。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述限位卡槽具有凸出且向外倾斜60°的侧支部,侧支部支撑限位凸出弹性柱,且侧支部厚度向上逐渐减小。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述内隔板层由硬性橡胶制成,且厚度为2mm。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述凸出弹性柱具有向下的弧度,且横向宽度大于限位卡槽的横向宽度。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述缓冲垫层由软性橡胶制成,且凸出弹性柱的横向宽度为8mm-15mm,高度为4mm。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述上纸板层还胶合有瓦楞芯板层。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述上纸板层还胶合有内隔板层和缓冲垫层。
与现有技术相比,本发明可以获得包括以下技术效果:
通过在内隔板层上设置缓冲垫层,利用限位卡槽内的凸出弹性柱实现抗压,抵抗冲击,增强瓦楞纸板的高弹性,保证使用质量。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

具体实施方式
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,藉此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
请参考图1,图1是本发明实施例的高弹性瓦楞纸板示意图。如图所示,一种高弹性瓦楞纸板,其包括下纸板层10;瓦楞芯板层20,瓦楞芯板层20胶合于下纸板层10上侧;内隔板层30,内隔板层30胶合于瓦楞芯板层20上侧,且具有朝上的多道限位卡槽31,限位卡槽31成外扩状;缓冲垫层40,缓冲垫层40通过胶粘剂70粘附于内隔板层30,且具有位于限位卡槽31的凸出弹性柱41;上纸板层50,上纸板层50胶合于缓冲垫层40上侧;其中,胶粘剂70中混合有气凝胶颗粒,且气凝胶颗粒填充于凸出弹性柱41之间。
在本发明一实施方式中,下纸板层10作为底部支撑,上端胶合瓦楞芯板层20,实现中间抗压,然后在其上侧继续胶合一层内隔板层30,内隔板层30和缓冲垫层40相互配合,通过其两的限位卡槽31限位卡合凸出弹性柱41,使得凸出弹性柱41能够在限位卡槽31内完成挤压变形,继而提高纸板的整体弹性,同时在内隔板层30和缓冲垫层40之间还设有胶粘剂70,用于复合粘接。此外,在缓冲垫层40的上侧还继续胶合有上纸板层50,提供上侧保护。
值得一提的是,本发明的胶粘剂70内填充有气凝胶,具有隔热缓冲效果。
限位卡槽31具有凸出且向外倾斜60°的侧支部,侧支部支撑限位凸出弹性柱41,充分支撑限位凸出弹性柱41,且侧支部厚度向上逐渐减小,降低侧支部的边缘厚度,利于向下变形,抵抗冲击。
优选一实施方式中,内隔板层30由硬性橡胶制成,且厚度为2mm,具有较强的稳定性,另外也可以实现较强的受压冲击性。
缓冲垫层40由软性橡胶制成,且凸出弹性柱41的横向宽度为8mm-15mm,高度为4mm,弹性较好。另外凸出弹性柱41具有向下的弧度,且横向宽度大于限位卡槽31的横向宽度,优选一实施方式中,凸出弹性柱41成半个椭球状,受压冲击性较强,而且稳定性也较好。
在其他实施方式中,上纸板层50还胶合有瓦楞芯板层,进一步提高纸板的强度及弹性。另外,上纸板层50还胶合有内隔板层和缓冲垫层,实现多层设计,进一步满足不同场合需求,提高应用质量。
综上所述,本发明通过在内隔板层上设置缓冲垫层,利用限位卡槽内的凸出弹性柱实现抗压,抵抗冲击,增强瓦楞纸板的高弹性,保证使用质量。

Claims (7)
1.一种高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括:
下纸板层;
瓦楞芯板层,所述瓦楞芯板层胶合于所述下纸板层上侧;
内隔板层,所述内隔板层胶合于所述瓦楞芯板层上侧,且具有朝上的多道限位卡槽,所述限位卡槽成外扩状;
缓冲垫层,所述缓冲垫层通过胶粘剂粘附于所述内隔板层,且具有位于所述限位卡槽的凸出弹性柱;
上纸板层,所述上纸板层胶合于所述缓冲垫层上侧;
其中,所述胶粘剂中混合有气凝胶颗粒,且所述气凝胶颗粒填充于所述凸出弹性柱之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述限位卡槽具有凸出且向外倾斜60°的侧支部,所述侧支部支撑限位所述凸出弹性柱,且所述侧支部厚度向上逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述内隔板层由硬性橡胶制成,且厚度为2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述凸出弹性柱具有向下的弧度,且横向宽度大于所述限位卡槽的横向宽度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述缓冲垫层由软性橡胶制成,且所述凸出弹性柱的横向宽度为8mm-15mm,高度为4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述上纸板层还胶合有所述瓦楞芯板层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,其中所述上纸板层还胶合有所述内隔板层和所述缓冲垫层。
