Abstract

本发明公开了采用光敏树脂3D打印机,所述光敏树脂3D打印机包括固定架、液槽、出物槽、激光发生器、移动装置、输送装置、支撑件及控制器;控制器均电性连接于激光发生器、移动装置及输送装置。通过输送装置将支撑件往上移动,激光发生器将在支撑面上固化形成二维固定物,堆积多层二维固定物形成超长的3D打印产品。本发明的有益效果是:能够打印超长的产品,方法简单,提高打印速度,减少人工干预时间的优点。

本发明涉及一种光敏树脂3D打印方法技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的光敏树脂3D打印方法都是只能够打印一定范围尺寸的产品,不能够打印超长,理论上是不能够打印超过自身尺寸的产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种光敏树脂3D打印方法,其能够打印超长的产品,方法简单,提高打印速度,减少人工干预时间的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种光敏树脂3D打印方法,其包括以下步骤:
采用光敏树脂3D打印机,所述光敏树脂3D打印机包括固定架、液槽、出物槽、激光发生器、移动装置、输送装置、支撑件及控制器;控制器均电性连接于激光发生器、移动装置及输送装置;液槽固定安装在固定架上端,液槽内部设有空腔,液槽的侧壁设有第一孔,出物槽安装在第一孔处,出物槽内部物体移动通道,物体移动通道通过第一孔与液槽内部空腔连通;支撑件安装在出物槽内部,且支撑件设有支撑面,支撑面设于液槽内部空腔内侧壁,且支撑面设于第一孔对面的空腔侧壁位置;液槽上端设有注液孔;激光发生器设于液槽外部且与支撑面相对应,移动装置固定安装在固定架上,激光发生器朝向支撑面;输送装置固定安装在固定架上,且输送装置设于出物槽的另一端外;出物槽的一端设于光敏树脂液面的下方,出物槽的另一端设于光敏树脂液面的上方,出物槽自第一孔倾斜往上延伸至液槽外部;往液槽内部投入光敏树脂,将支撑件从出物槽塞进去,使得支撑面通过第一孔然后贴近液槽内部的空腔内侧壁;控制器控制激光发生器发出激光,射向支撑面,将光敏树脂固化在支撑面上,控制器控制移动装置带动激光发生器移动,在支撑面上形成二维固定物,完成一层二维固定物之后,控制器控制输送装置工作,将支撑件往出物槽另一端方向输送,使得形成三维固定物。
也就是通过控制器控制输送装置对支撑件进行移动,每移动一定预设距离就打印一层二维固定物,堆积多层二维固定物形成三维固定物,因为出物槽内部是一端往另一端贯通的,因此通过输送装置的输送可以实现超长的打印,如果将多个产品通过做支撑部件的工作,可以实现连续打印多个物体。如果液槽内部不够光敏树脂,则从注液孔注入光敏树脂即可。
移动装置包括横向移动装置、纵向移动装置及垂直移动装置。横向移动装置安装在固定架上,垂直移动装置固定安装在横向移动装置上,纵向移动装置固定安装在垂直移动装置上,激光发生器固定安装在纵向移动装置上。
输送装置包括固定安装在固定架上的电机、与电机传动连接的收卷筒,缠绕在收卷筒上的绳子,绳子的另一端与支撑件固定连接,绳子穿过物体移动通道且穿过第一穿孔。
本发明的有益效果是:能够打印超长的产品,方法简单,提高打印速度,减少人工干预时间的优点。

如图1所示,本发明一种光敏树脂3D打印方法,其包括以下步骤:
采用光敏树脂3D打印机,所述光敏树脂3D打印机包括固定架、液槽、出物槽、激光发生器、移动装置、输送装置、支撑件及控制器;控制器均电性连接于激光发生器、移动装置及输送装置;液槽固定安装在固定架上端,液槽内部设有空腔,液槽的侧壁设有第一孔,出物槽安装在第一孔处,出物槽内部物体移动通道,物体移动通道通过第一孔与液槽内部空腔连通;支撑件安装在出物槽内部,且支撑件设有支撑面,支撑面设于液槽内部空腔内侧壁,且支撑面设于第一孔对面的空腔侧壁位置;液槽上端设有注液孔;激光发生器设于液槽外部且与支撑面相对应,移动装置固定安装在固定架上,激光发生器朝向支撑面;输送装置固定安装在固定架上,且输送装置设于出物槽的另一端外;出物槽的一端设于光敏树脂液面的下方,出物槽的另一端设于光敏树脂液面的上方,出物槽自第一孔倾斜往上延伸至液槽外部;往液槽内部投入光敏树脂,将支撑件从出物槽塞进去,使得支撑面通过第一孔然后贴近液槽内部的空腔内侧壁;控制器控制激光发生器发出激光,射向支撑面,将光敏树脂固化在支撑面上,控制器控制移动装置带动激光发生器移动,在支撑面上形成二维固定物,完成一层二维固定物之后,控制器控制输送装置工作,将支撑件往出物槽另一端方向输送,使得形成三维固定物。
也就是通过控制器控制输送装置对支撑件进行移动,每移动一定预设距离就打印一层二维固定物,堆积多层二维固定物形成三维固定物,因为出物槽内部是一端往另一端贯通的,因此通过输送装置的输送可以实现超长的打印,如果将多个产品通过做支撑部件的工作,可以实现连续打印多个物体。如果液槽内部不够光敏树脂,则从注液孔注入光敏树脂即可。
移动装置包括横向移动装置、纵向移动装置及垂直移动装置。横向移动装置安装在固定架上,垂直移动装置固定安装在横向移动装置上,纵向移动装置固定安装在垂直移动装置上,激光发生器固定安装在纵向移动装置上。
输送装置包括固定安装在固定架上的电机、与电机传动连接的收卷筒,缠绕在收卷筒上的绳子,绳子的另一端与支撑件固定连接,绳子穿过物体移动通道且穿过第一穿孔。
本发明的有益效果是:能够打印超长的产品,方法简单,提高打印速度,减少人工干预时间的优点。

1.一种光敏树脂3D打印方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
采用光敏树脂3D打印机,所述光敏树脂3D打印机包括固定架、液槽、出物槽、激光发生器、移动装置、输送装置、支撑件及控制器;控制器均电性连接于激光发生器、移动装置及输送装置;液槽固定安装在固定架上端,液槽内部设有空腔,液槽的侧壁设有第一孔,出物槽安装在第一孔处,出物槽内部物体移动通道,物体移动通道通过第一孔与液槽内部空腔连通;支撑件安装在出物槽内部,且支撑件设有支撑面,支撑面设于液槽内部空腔内侧壁,且支撑面设于第一孔对面的空腔侧壁位置;液槽上端设有注液孔;激光发生器设于液槽外部且与支撑面相对应,移动装置固定安装在固定架上,激光发生器朝向支撑面;输送装置固定安装在固定架上,且输送装置设于出物槽的另一端外;出物槽的一端设于光敏树脂液面的下方,出物槽的另一端设于光敏树脂液面的上方,出物槽自第一孔倾斜往上延伸至液槽外部;往液槽内部投入光敏树脂,将支撑件从出物槽塞进去,使得支撑面通过第一孔然后贴近液槽内部的空腔内侧壁;控制器控制激光发生器发出激光,射向支撑面,将光敏树脂固化在支撑面上,控制器控制移动装置带动激光发生器移动,在支撑面上形成二维固定物,完成一层二维固定物之后,控制器控制输送装置工作,将支撑件往出物槽另一端方向输送,使得形成三维固定物。
