The invention relates to an efficient plasticizing and forming device for energetic materials, which comprises a plasticizing pot, a central shaft, a main stirring paddle, side paddles, auxiliary stirring paddles, a conical discharging screw, a conical cylinder and a plurality of stirring fins, wherein the main stirring paddle is arranged on the plasticizing pot; the plasticizing pot is connected with the conical cylinder, the main stirring paddle, the central shaft and the conical discharging screw are arranged in the center of the cylinder, the auxiliary stirring paddles are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the central shaft, and the side paddles are welded with the main stirring paddle. The materials in the formula are added into a plasticizing pot, and the rotation direction and the rotation speed of a power device are adjusted, so that the continuous and efficient mixing, gelling, plasticizing and forming and vertical conveying of the materials can be completed. During normal production, the central shaft 2 and the pair of auxiliary stirring paddles 5 rotate clockwise in the top view, and the main stirring paddle 3 rotates anticlockwise in the top view; the side paddles 4 rotate anticlockwise around the central shaft 2 along with the main stirring paddle 3; the stirring wings 8 of the main stirring paddle 3 and the stirring wings 8 of the side paddle 4 rotate anticlockwise to convey materials downwards, the stirring wings 8 of the pair of auxiliary stirring paddles 5 rotate clockwise to convey the materials upwards, kneading plasticization is formed on the materials when the stirring wings of the main stirring paddle 4 and the stirring wings of the side paddle 3 meet with the stirring wings of the auxiliary stirring paddles 5, and the purposes of uniform mixing and stirring of the materials are achieved when the materials are conveyed up and down. The side paddles 4 rotating anticlockwise on the main stirring paddle 3 clean the materials accumulated on the inner wall of the plasticizing pot 1, and continuously mix and gelatinize the materials; meanwhile, the central shaft 2 drives the conical discharging screw 6 to rotate clockwise to discharge the plasticized materials, the inner wall of the conical cylinder 7 is provided with a triangular groove structure, and the discharging screw 6 discharges the materials out of the whole mechanism along the triangular groove.
