A steel strip deburring machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the device also comprises an adjusting mechanism (5) which is arranged on the frame (1) and used for adjusting the height of the steel belt; the adjusting mechanism (5) comprises adjusting seats (5-1) which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed seat (4-1), and each adjusting seat (5-1) is connected with an adjusting plate (5-2) in a vertical sliding mode; the adjusting plate (5-2) is provided with a through hole (5-3) for a steel belt to pass through; and a lifting assembly for synchronously driving the two adjusting plates (5-2) to lift is arranged above the adjusting seat (5-1).

A steel strip deburring machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein: an installation plate (5-4) is arranged above the adjusting plate (5-2); a screw rod (5-5) in threaded connection with the mounting plate (5-4) is rotatably mounted on the adjusting plate (5-2); the top of the screw rod (5-5) extends out of the mounting plate (5-4), and the top of the screw rod (5-5) is provided with a driven gear (5-6); the lifting assembly comprises fixed plates (5-7) erected on the two adjusting seats (5-1) and driving rods (5-8) rotatably connected with the fixed plates (5-7); the top of the driving rod (5-8) is provided with a hand wheel (5-9), and the bottom is provided with a driving gear (5-10); the driving gears (5-10) are in transmission connection with the two driven gears (5-6) through chains.

A steel strip deburring machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the unwinding mechanism (2) comprises a first positioning disc (2-1) rotatably mounted on the rack (1); a first mounting column (2-2) is coaxially arranged on the first positioning disc (2-1); the first mounting column (2-2) is in threaded connection with a first locking nut (2-3).

A steel strip deburring machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the winding mechanism (3) comprises a driving component (3-1) and a second positioning disc (3-2) rotatably mounted on the rack (1); a second mounting column (3-3) is coaxially fixed on the second positioning disc (3-2); a second locking nut (3-4) is connected to the second mounting column (3-3) in a threaded manner; the driving component (3-1) is used for operating the second positioning disc (3-2).

A steel strip deburring machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein: a tensioning mechanism (6) is arranged between the deburring mechanism and the winding mechanism (3) on the rack (1); the tensioning mechanism (6) comprises a guide wheel (6-1), a first tensioning wheel (6-2) and a second tensioning wheel (6-3) which are rotatably arranged on the rack (1); the driving assembly (3-1) is used for driving the second positioning disc (3-2), the first tensioning wheel (6-2) and the second tensioning wheel (6-3) to synchronously run.

The steel strip deburring machine of claim 8, wherein: the second positioning disc (3-2), the first tensioning wheel (6-2) and the second tensioning wheel (6-3) are rotatably arranged on the rack (1) through rotating shafts; the rotating shafts of the first tensioning wheel (6-2) and the second tensioning wheel (6-3) are respectively provided with a driving gear (3-1-1) which is meshed with each other; the driving assembly (3-1) comprises a driving motor; a driven belt wheel (3-1-2) is fixed on the rotating shaft of the second positioning disc (3-2); the output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a power gear (3-1-3) meshed with a driving gear (3-1-1) on the rotating shaft of the first tension wheel (6-2) and a driving belt wheel (3-1-4) in transmission connection with the driven belt wheel (3-1-2).
10. The steel strip deburring machine of claim 8, wherein: the tensioning mechanism (6) further comprises a pressing wheel (6-4) and a swing cylinder for driving the pressing wheel (6-4) to be close to or far away from the second tensioning wheel (6-3); the pinch roller (6-4) is hinged on the rack (1) through a connecting rod (6-5); one end of the swing cylinder is hinged with the frame (1), and the other end of the swing cylinder is hinged with the connecting rod (6-5).
