the friction mechanism comprises an arched fixing frame (5), the arched fixing frame (5) is positioned on the upper side of the first transmission belt (3), the arched fixing frame (5) is downwards buckled on the outer sides of a plurality of first placing groove plates (4) at the top of the first transmission belt (3), and two end parts of the arched fixing frame (5) are respectively provided with a rubber friction plate (6);
the spraying mechanism is positioned between the two main shafts (1);
each main shaft (1) is provided with a second driving wheel (7), the second driving wheels (7) are positioned on one side of a nut on a bolt in the first placing groove plate (4), the outer walls of the two second driving wheels (7) are laid with second driving belts (8), the two second driving wheels (7) and the second driving belts (8) are in synchronous transmission, and the outer walls of the second driving belts (8) are uniformly provided with a plurality of groups of ejector rod mechanisms;
a limiting ring (9) is arranged on the outer side of the second transmission belt (8), the second transmission belt (8) is located between the limiting ring (9) and the first transmission belt (3), a pushing plate (10) is mounted on the side wall, facing the second transmission belt (8), of the limiting ring (9), and the left end and the right end of the pushing plate (10) are both provided with cambered surfaces;

a plurality of second placing groove plates (14) are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the third transmission belt (13);
the push rod mechanism fixing seat (15), the fixing seat (15) is installed on the outer wall of the second transmission belt (8), a direction sliding sleeve (16) is installed on the fixing seat (15), the direction sliding sleeve (16) is arranged along the axis direction of the main shaft (1), the direction sliding sleeve (16) penetrates through the fixing seat (15) and is connected in a sliding mode, a plate spring (17) is installed on the outer wall of the direction sliding sleeve (16), and the outer end of the plate spring (17) is fixed on the outer wall of the fixing seat (15);

the outer wall of the outer barrel (21) is provided with a motor (34), and the motor (34) is in transmission connection with one main shaft (1).
