背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高及其对自身健康的需求,各种美容化妆品越来越受到重视。CN201910828987采用甘油、尿囊素、甜菜碱、卡波姆、丁二醇、葡糖氨基葡聚糖、胶原、咖啡因、透明质酸钠、鲸蜡醇聚醚、异壬酸异壬酯、牛油果树果脂油、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、甘草酸二钾、长柔毛薯蓣根提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、稻糠提取物、金钮扣花提取物、葡萄籽提取物、腺苷、精氨酸、1,2-己二醇、朝鲜白头翁提取物、秦椒果提取物、须松萝提取物提供了一种长柔毛薯蓣抗衰眼霜,然而其分散性和对皮肤的吸收性还有待提高;CN201611056220通过采用甘油、硅质顺滑剂、人参、丹参、透明质酸、咖啡因等原料提供了一种多功效眼霜,然而其效果不是很明显。此外,现在市场上眼霜的种类十分繁杂,针对性不强,并且效果参差不齐。将咖啡因适量的加入眼霜中在眼周局部使用,通过改善血液循环来减少眼部浮肿,缓解暗沉,但单一成分的咖啡因所起到的作用有限,并且咖啡因的性质非常不稳定,对光、热、氧气和重金属都非常敏感而容易失去活性。
因此,一种结合多种植物提取物的多功效的以及护眼霜中的有效成分可以长效缓释的护眼霜产品亟待开发。
发明内容
本发明人为了解决上述问题经过认真研究后发现,提供一种咖啡因紧致修护眼霜,采用复配的特定皮肤调理剂,并通过控制皮肤调理剂中咖啡因、玻色因、依克多因、二裂酵母发酵产物、植物提取物、多肽、凝血酸、α-熊果苷、海茴香愈伤组织培养物滤液、维生素A棕榈酸酯、水溶性天然虾青素的比例,使原料之间相互配合使用,多重协同作用,以咖啡豆提取物、松蕈提取物、麦冬根提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、龙胆提取物、黄檗树皮提取物、栀子果提取物、杂交玫瑰花提取物、苦参根提取物、白花春黄菊花油、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、母菊花提取物、皂荚提取物作为主要植物提取物成分,实现抚平细纹、收紧眼袋、提升眼周弹性,同时修复受损肌肤。
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种咖啡因紧致修护眼霜,制备原料包括皮肤调理剂、润肤剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、抗氧化剂、pH调节剂、乳化剂和水。
其中,所述皮肤调理剂包括咖啡因、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、二裂酵母发酵产物、植物提取物、多肽、凝血酸、α-熊果苷、海茴香愈伤组织培养物滤液、维生素A棕榈酸酯、水溶性天然虾青素中的至少一种。
在一种实施方式中,所述皮肤调理剂包括咖啡因、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、二裂酵母发酵产物、植物提取物,重量比为(0.5~1.5):(1~2):(0.5~1.5):(1~2):(1~2)。
优选的,所述皮肤调理剂包括咖啡因、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、二裂酵母发酵产物、植物提取物、多肽、凝血酸、α-熊果苷、海茴香愈伤组织培养物滤液、维生素A棕榈酸酯、水溶性天然虾青素中的混合,重量比(0.5~1.5):(1~2):(0.5~1.5):(1~2):(1~2):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5)。
本发明所述咖啡因紧致修护眼霜制备原料按重量百分比计,优选的,包括皮肤调理剂5~25%、润肤剂1~15%、保湿剂10~25%、增稠剂0.1~3%、螯合剂0.05~0.1%、抗氧化剂0.05~2.5%、pH调节剂0.01~0.2%、乳化剂0.05~3%,余量为水。
将咖啡因适量的加入眼霜中在眼周局部使用,可以通过改善血液循环来减少眼部浮肿,缓解暗沉的作用。优选的,咖啡因占修护眼霜总的制备原料质量百分数为0.3-1%。
作为植物提取物,可列举咖啡豆提取物、松蕈提取物、麦冬根提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、龙胆提取物、黄檗树皮提取物、栀子果提取物、杂交玫瑰花提取物、熊果苷、光果甘草根提取物、茵陈蒿花提取物、桑根提取物、枣果提取物、黄岑根提取物、甜橙果提取物、金缕梅提取物、七叶树籽提取物、越橘果提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物、掌叶树提取物、苦参提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、糖槭提取物、柠檬果提取物、欧洲越桔果/叶提取物、甘蔗提取物、白花春黄菊花提取物、苦参根提取物、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、母菊花提取物、皂荚提取物等。
作为本发明的植物提取物,优选为咖啡豆提取物、松蕈提取物、麦冬根提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、龙胆提取物、黄檗树皮提取物、栀子果提取物、杂交玫瑰花提取物。更优选的,咖啡豆提取物、松蕈提取物、麦冬根提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、龙胆提取物、黄檗树皮提取物、栀子果提取物、杂交玫瑰花提取物的重量比为(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5)。

作为本发明的皮肤调理剂,还包括神经酰胺、非还原性糖、甘油磷酸肌醇胆碱盐、二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐、麦角硫因、维生素C葡糖苷、维生素C磷酸酯镁、维生素C磷酸酯钠、海藻酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯、烟酰胺中的至少一种。
作为神经酰胺,例如可列举神经酰胺EOS、神经酰胺NS、神经酰胺NP、神经酰胺EOH、神经酰胺AS、神经酰胺AP、己酰基神经鞘氨醇、神经酰胺AH、神经酰胺NH、神经酰胺EOP、神经酰胺10等。在本发明中,其中优选为选自神经酰胺EOS、神经酰胺NS、神经酰胺NP、神经酰胺EOH、神经酰胺AS、神经酰胺AP、己酰基神经鞘氨醇、及神经酰胺AH中的至少一种,更优选为神经酰胺EOS、神经酰胺NS、神经酰胺NP、神经酰胺EOH、己酰基神经鞘氨醇的混合,进一步的重量比优选为(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1.5~2);在(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1.5~2)用量范围内来使用,优选神经酰胺EOS、神经酰胺NS、神经酰胺NP、神经酰胺EOH、己酰基神经鞘氨醇的混合物占修护眼霜总的制备原料质量百分数为0.5~5.5wt%进行添加,更优选2.5~5wt%进行添加。
考虑到神经酰胺在体系的溶解性,通过在上述优选的含量范围内来使用效果更佳,而在进一步优选的含量范围内使用时,通过与植物提取物协同,在合适的pH调节剂的调节下控制其与神经酰胺的氢键键合作用。相较于现有技术中常用的柠檬酸pH调节剂,在本发明的pH调节剂优选为精氨酸的作用下,植物提取物可与周围水分子相互作用,最终将神经酰胺通过复合物的形式包裹,使周围水分子数量增加,增强水分子之间的相互作用,从而形成具有保护性的、滋养性的水合层。避免外界压力因子(如UV辐射、蓝光、脱水、刺激等)对神经酰胺的伤害。
作为非还原性糖,例如可列举淀粉、纤维素、糖原、木聚糖、葡聚糖、海藻糖、蔗糖、棉子糖、二羟基丙酮以及由单糖、双糖或寡糖与苷元生成的非还原糖。为了节约成本,现有技术中非还原性糖常常选择淀粉,而本发明中优选海藻糖,海藻糖具有非还原性、稳定性、对生物大分子的保护作用,强力地束缚水分子,在本体系中与羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇相互作用,促进粘多糖吸收的大量水分形成由水组成的胶状体的结构,使得基质网状结构更加有弹性,从而有助于提高细胞的紧致性,增强肌肤的弹性,另外在细胞表面形成独特的保护膜,有效地保护生物分子结构不被紫外线破坏。优选的,所述非还原性糖占修护眼霜总的制备原料质量百分数为0.01~0.25%。
本发明的皮肤调理剂可以直接与其它组分混合制备修护眼霜,也可以将以上皮肤调理剂中的单独一种或几种混合分别经过预处理制备得到皮肤调理剂预混液,再与其它组分混合制备修护眼霜。
本发明人意外的发现,通过将以上不同的皮肤调理剂加入不同的溶剂混合预处理制备成皮肤调理剂预混液,能够先将皮肤调理剂分散均匀,从而使不同皮肤调理剂更均匀的分布在体系中,同时保护不同皮肤调理剂的活性,避免直接将皮肤调理剂混合后,体系中其它成分对皮肤调理剂结构的影响。
优选的,二裂酵母发酵产物滤液预混液包括二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇。
优选的,羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇预混液包括丁二醇、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水。
优选的,甘油磷酸肌醇胆碱盐和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸的预混液包括甘油磷酸肌醇胆碱盐、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、水。

作为本发明的润肤剂,包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2中的至少一种。现有技术所用的润肤剂往往稳定性比较差,特别是高温线容易发生结构变化,作为本发明的润肤剂,优选的,包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯和双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2中的混合,一方面能够形成一定的三维空间结构,从而对皮肤调理剂中的其它成分形成保护,稳固结构,从而提高最终制备的修护眼霜常温稳定性,另一方面增加了提供分子间作用力的位点个数,增加了组合物各成分之间的相互作用,进一步增加了修护眼霜的高温稳定性。
作为本发明的保湿剂,包括多元醇、透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸钠、乙酰化透明质酸钠中的至少一种。为获得更好的稳定性,多元醇优选为甘油、丁二醇和1,2-己二醇三者的混合,且更优选甘油、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇以1:(1~3):(1~2)的重量比混合使用,可提高制备过程中的稳定性。在甘油、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇以1:(1~3):(1~2)用量范围内,多元醇占修护眼霜总的制备原料质量百分数的15%-20%。
作为本发明的增稠剂,例如可列举丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80、山梨坦油酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇、丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基甲基醚、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟基乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、阳离子化纤维素、瓜尔胶、槐树豆胶、角叉菜胶、黄原胶。在这些增稠剂中,优选丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80、山梨坦油酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。
作为本发明的螯合剂,例如可列举EDTA二钠(乙二胺四乙酸二钠),氨基三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、葡萄糖酸、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐、富马酸(反丁烯二酸)-丙烯磺酸共聚体等,在这些螯合剂中优选EDTA二钠。
作为本发明的抗氧剂,例如可列举对羟基苯乙酮、乙酸视黄醇酯、棕榈酸视黄醇酯、视黄醛、视黄酸、核黄素、核黄素丁酸酯、黄素单核苷酸、黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸、超氧化物歧化酶、泛醌醇、泛醌、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶铁氧化物酶、金属硫蛋白、血浆铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、乳铁蛋白、白蛋白、胆红素、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、肌醇六磷酸、组氨酸、色氨酸、O-膦酰基-吡哆氧亚基若丹明。在这些抗氧剂中,优选对羟基苯乙酮。
作为本发明的乳化剂,例如可列举双-PEG/PPG-16/16PEG/PPG-16/16聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、脂肪酸皂、烷基硫酸盐(十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸盐(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、磷酸盐、N-十二烷基二甲胺及其他胺衍生物、季铵盐、聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧丙烯醚、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、多元醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙烯醇、卵磷脂、羊毛脂、阿拉伯胶、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯。为了提高修护眼霜成品的高温稳定性,乳化剂优选为双-PEG/PPG-16/16PEG/PPG-16/16聚二甲基硅氧烷和辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的混合,进一步的优选,双-PEG/PPG-16/16PEG/PPG-16/16聚二甲基硅氧烷和辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的重量比为(1.8~2.5):1。
本发明所述咖啡因紧致修护眼霜制备原料按重量百分比计,还包括芳香剂0~1%、着色剂0~1.5%,所述芳香剂和着色剂的重量百分比不包括0。优选地,所述芳香剂为白花春黄菊(ANTHEMIS NOBILIS)花油,所述着色剂为焦糖色。
本发明的第二方面提供了上述所述咖啡因紧致修护眼霜的制备方法,至少包括以下步骤:按配方将制备原料混合、加热、搅拌、降温。

实施例中所述咖啡提取物购自韩国百姬尼克;所述麦冬(OPHIOPOGON JAPONICUS)根提取物购自启泱生物;所述扭刺仙人掌(OPUNTIA STREPTACANTHA)茎提取物购自誉诺;所述苦参(SOPHORA FLAVESCENS)根提取物购自韩国百朗德;所述龙胆(GENTIANA SCABRA)提取物购自上海伽誉;所述松蕈(ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE)提取物购自华熙;所述黄檗(PHELLODENDRON AMURENSE)树皮提取物购自KOEI;所述栀子(GARDENIA FLORIDA)果提取物购自GIVAUDAN;所述杂交玫瑰(ROSA HYBRID)花提取物购自誉诺。
实施例1
实施例1的第一方面提供了一种咖啡因紧致修护眼霜,制备原料按质量百分比计,见表1-1。

实施例1的第二方面提供了咖啡因紧致修护眼霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先按表1-1配方配制表1-2各相组分

然后按以下方法制备:
1、预制B2、B4、B5、C3:B2相搅拌润湿备用;B4相用热水溶解透明;B5相加热溶解透明;C3相用去离子水稀释;
2、A相混合加热至75度,搅拌均匀,待用;
3、B1相混合加入乳化锅加热至80度,搅拌均匀,保温30分钟杀菌,备用;
4、将A相抽入B1相中,均质4分钟,加入B2、B3相均质5分钟至无颗粒,保温消泡20分钟,降温;
5、降温至65度时,加入B4、B5相搅拌20分钟;降温至45度,加入C1、C2、C3相,搅拌20-30分钟至均匀,继续降温;降温至40度,过滤出料;料体陈化24小时既得咖啡因紧致修护眼霜。

2.对实施例1中咖啡因紧致修护眼霜进行下面相关测试,测试内容如下:
检测方法:
本次选择眼周色素沉着等级大于1级、面部皮肤满足眼角皱纹等级3~6级且左右眼角皱纹等级没有明显差异且眼袋等级3级以上的受试者33名,年龄范围在30~55周岁。受试者在使用测试产品前、连用28天后测试皮肤弹性、水分、拍摄眼角皱纹及眼袋照片并由1名专家对受试者在产品使用后的眼角皱纹进行感官评估。产品使用前后的评价结果通过统计学检验方法进行比较从而判断是否有统计学差异。

样本统计情况:入组33名受试者,最终统计32名受试者,编号为RD0023的受试者因数据异常,不纳入统计。使用产品:实施例1中咖啡因紧致修护眼霜,平均年龄为44.81+0.25岁。
皮肤角质层含水量测试结果如下:基础值为61.07±0.29,使用产品28天后为71.58±0.27。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
眼周黑色素含量的测试结果如下:眼周黑色素含量基础值为176.24±1.33,使用产品28天后为165.19±1.21。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
皮肤弹性R2检测结果如下:基础值为0.56±0.00,使用产品28天后为0.59±0.00。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
眼角皱纹数量检测结果如下:基础值为62.81±0.73,使用产品28天后为39.91±0.46。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
Primos眼角皱纹体积检测结果如下:基础值为1.82±0.03,使用产品28天后为1.38±0.03。其中,RD0025、RD0027眼角皱纹改善效果见图3-4。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
Primos眼角皱纹长度检测结果如下:基础值为46.31±0.27,使用产品28天后为38.47±0.23。
统计方法:采用t检验方法进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。
Primos眼袋体积检测结果如下:基础值为3.04±0.06,使用产品28天后为2.72±0.05。其中RD0004、RD0007眼袋改善效果见图1-2。

3.斑贴测试
斑贴测试委托广东悠质检测技术有限公司于2021.04.27-2021.04.30进行检测,报告编号为报告编号:AQYZ2104210034。
1.受试物:实施例1咖啡因紧致修护眼霜。
2.对照物:空白对照。
3.受试者:共30人,男6人,女24人,年龄23至39岁,平均年龄37.1±4岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
4.斑试方法:选用合格的斑试器材,以封闭型斑贴试验方法,将受试物约0.020g-0.025g置于斑试器内,外用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者手臂,24小时后去除受试物,分别于去除后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品
安全技术规范》2015年版中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。

4.鸡胚测试:
鸡胚测试委托广东悠质检测技术有限公司于2021.04.22-2021.04.22进行检测,报告编号为报告编号:TDYZ2104210034。
测试方法如下:
试验材料
鸡胚:SPF级。
其它材料:电子计时器。
试验条件:孵化箱温度37.5℃±0.5℃,孵化箱相对湿度55%-70%。
对照:阴性对照为0.9%的NaCl溶液,阳性对照为0.1mol/LNaOH溶液。
试验步骤
CAM制备:购买0天龄以内的鸡胚,气室朝上运输至实验室。鸡胚到货后需立即运回,气室朝上置于孵化箱中孵化;第2天时,将鸡胚放平;孵化到4天时照蛋检查,在受精位置做标记,于气孔另一端开一小孔,用注射器抽取蛋清2.5-3ml后用石蜡封口,在受精位置的正上方开一个1*1cm2的小口,检查鸡胚发育情况,弃去未发育或发育不好的鸡胚,检查完毕后用保鲜膜将此开口封住,放回孵化箱继续孵化,每天观察鸡胚发育情况;孵化到14天开始试验。
受试物制备:受试物以未稀释实施例1样品原样终点评价法进行试验;阳性对照和阴性对照采用相同的操作过程。
正式试验:每组至少6只鸡胚,取受试物原样0.4mL直接滴加在CAM表面,作用30min后,观察CAM反应情况,记录反应的程度。
计算终点评分(ES):每只鸡胚计分=每只鸡胚观察到的充血、出血、凝血和血管融解程度的和;ES=6只鸡胚得分的数学总和。根据ES数值对受试物眼刺激进行分类。
