Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
(technical means 1)
An absorbent article having mutually intersecting longitudinal, transverse and thickness directions, the absorbent article comprising: an absorbent main body; and a waist portion disposed on a waist of a wearer, wherein the absorbent main body includes: an absorbent core; and a top sheet which is disposed on the skin side of the absorbent core, has a recess which is recessed toward the non-skin side and is along the longitudinal direction, wherein the waist section includes a cover section which covers an end of the absorbent body on one side in the longitudinal direction from the skin side, the recess includes a portion which is covered with the cover section from the skin side and a portion which is not covered with the cover section from the skin side, and an opening is provided in a portion of the cover section which covers the recess from the skin side in the longitudinal direction in an extended state.
According to such an absorbent article, air in the absorbent article flows through the concave portion on the top sheet as a flow path, and is discharged from the opening provided in the cover portion. This can improve the air permeability in the absorbent article.
(technical means 2)
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that an elastic member capable of expanding and contracting in the lateral direction is disposed in the waistline portion in the lateral direction, and at least a part of the elastic member overlaps with the hood portion as viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the cover portion is formed with wrinkles extending in the longitudinal direction by the elastic member, and the cover portion is also formed with a flow path through which air in the absorbent article flows. This can further improve the air permeability in the absorbent article.
(technical means 3)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the elastic member is disposed so as not to overlap the absorbent core as viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the influence of the rigidity of the absorbent core on the contraction of the elastic member can be suppressed. This makes it possible to easily form wrinkles in the cover portion, which are elongated in the longitudinal direction by the elastic member. In addition, the formation of wrinkles in the absorbent core can be suppressed, thereby suppressing a decrease in the absorption performance of the absorbent core.
(technical means 4)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the open hole of the hood section is provided so as not to overlap with the absorbent core as viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the moisture absorbed by the absorbent core is prevented from returning to the skin side through the openings. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet.
(technical means 5)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the hood section does not overlap with the absorbent core when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the moisture absorbed by the absorbent core is prevented from returning to the wearer side along the hood section. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet.
(technical means 6)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the cover portion includes a region provided toward the non-skin side at the edge of the opening and formed to have a higher density than a region around the opening.
According to such an absorbent article, even when the water absorbed by the absorbent core flows along the cover section, a certain amount of water is retained in the high-density region. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet.
(technical means 7)
In this absorbent article, it is desirable that an opening-side elastic member is further disposed on the waist portion at a position closer to the waist opening side of the waist portion in the longitudinal direction than the elastic member,
the force for extending the elastic member by the unit length is larger than the force for extending the opening side elastic member by the unit length.
According to such an absorbent article, the flow path through which air flows can be easily formed by forming the gathers in the waistline portion. This makes it possible to facilitate the flow of air in the absorbent article.
(technical means 8)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the cover portion has a back-side cover portion disposed on a back side and a stomach-side cover portion disposed on a stomach side, the elastic member includes a back-side elastic member disposed on the back side of the waist portion and at least a part of which overlaps the back-side cover portion and a stomach-side elastic member disposed on the stomach side of the waist portion and at least a part of which overlaps the stomach-side cover portion, and a force for extending the back-side elastic member by a unit length is larger than a force for extending the stomach-side elastic member by the unit length.
According to such an absorbent article, the flow path through which air flows can be easily formed by forming the gathers in the waistline portion. This makes it possible to make air flow more easily in the absorbent article.
(technical means 9)
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the top sheet has another concave portion different from the concave portion in the transverse direction, and another opening different from the opening in the transverse direction is provided in a portion of the cover portion covering the concave portion from the skin side in the longitudinal direction, and a pitch of the opening and the another opening is smaller than a pitch of the concave portion and the another concave portion in the transverse direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the opening of the cover portion is disposed in both the concave portion of the top sheet and the portion other than the concave portion of the top sheet when viewed in the thickness direction. This can further improve air permeability.
(technical means 10)
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the top sheet has another concave portion different from the concave portion in the transverse direction, and another opening different from the opening in the transverse direction is provided in a portion of the cover portion covering the concave portion from the skin side in the longitudinal direction, and a pitch of the opening and the another opening is larger than a pitch of the concave portion and the another concave portion in the transverse direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the number of openings in the portion of the cover portion that covers the recess is reduced. This can improve the material strength while ensuring air permeability.
(technical means 11)
In this absorbent article, it is desirable that a plurality of inner side adhesive portions for fixing the absorbent main body and the waist portion with an adhesive are arranged in the lateral direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the air flow path is formed in the longitudinal direction between the absorbent main body and the waistline portion. Thereby, the air permeation path in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article is easily formed.
(technical means 12)
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the waist portion has a skin side sheet provided with the plurality of inner-side adhesive portions on a skin side and a plurality of skin-side holes, a plurality of inner-side non-adhesive portions on which the inner-side adhesive portions are not formed are disposed on the skin side of the skin side sheet in the lateral direction, and a pitch at which the plurality of skin-side holes are disposed is smaller than a pitch at which the plurality of inner-side non-adhesive portions are disposed in the lateral direction.
According to such an absorbent article, a flow path through which air in the absorbent article flows via the skin-side aperture is formed. This can further improve the air permeability in the absorbent article.
(technical means 13)
As this absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent article has a cover-side adhesive portion that fixes the cover portion and the absorbent main body with an adhesive, and a cover-side non-adhesive portion that does not fix the cover portion and the absorbent main body, and the opening overlaps with the cover-side non-adhesive portion as viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, air in the absorbent article flows through the concave portion on the top sheet as a flow path, and is discharged from the opening provided in the region overlapping the cover-side non-adhesive portion. This can improve the air permeability in the absorbent article.
(technical means 14)
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that another opening different from the opening in the transverse direction is provided in a portion of the cover portion covering the concave portion from the skin side in the longitudinal direction, and the another opening overlaps with the cover-side adhesive portion as viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the plurality of openings of the cover portion include both openings that overlap with the bonded portions to which the absorbent main body is bonded and openings that do not overlap with the bonded portions to which the absorbent main body is bonded. This can improve the material strength while ensuring air permeability.
(technical means 15)
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the waist portion includes a skin side sheet having a skin-side opening and a non-skin side sheet provided at a position on a non-skin side of the skin side sheet, and at least a part of the opening of the cover portion overlaps with at least a part of the skin-side opening when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the air-permeable port is formed in the thickness direction of the absorbent article. This can further improve the air permeability in the absorbent article.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
< basic Structure of diaper 1 >
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the skin side. Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view of the cover 5 covering the end of the absorbent body 10. In fig. 2, the opening 40 described later is omitted for convenience of explanation.
A basic structure of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also referred to as "diaper 1") will be described as an example of an absorbent article used in the present embodiment. Here, the "developed" state refers to a state in which the diaper 1 is developed on a plane by unfastening the joining of both ends of the abdomen-side portion (the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 described later) and both ends of the back-side portion (the back-side waistline portion 30 described later) in the lateral direction of the diaper 1, separating the abdomen-side portion and the back-side portion, and opening the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The "stretched state" refers to a state in which the product (diaper 1) is stretched without wrinkles, and specifically, refers to a state in which the product is stretched until the dimensions of the members (for example, a waist portion 2 described later) constituting the diaper 1 match or are close to the dimensions of the members alone.
The diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction, which are three directions perpendicular to each other in the pants-type state of fig. 1. Hereinafter, the upper side and the lower side in the vertical direction in the pants-type state are referred to as a "waist opening side" and a "crotch side", respectively, and the front side and the rear side in the front-rear direction are referred to as a "belly side" and a "back side", respectively.
On the other hand, in the unfolded and extended state of fig. 2, the diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction and a width direction that are orthogonal to each other. Hereinafter, one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction in the expanded and extended state will be referred to as "ventral side" and "dorsal side", respectively. The width direction in the unfolded and extended state is the same direction as the left-right direction in the pants-type state. Therefore, the width direction is hereinafter also referred to as "the left-right direction". The longitudinal direction in the unfolded and extended state is a direction along the vertical direction in the pants-type state. In addition, a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) and the horizontal direction (width direction) is referred to as a "thickness direction", a side in contact with the skin of the wearer is referred to as a "skin side", and an opposite side thereof is referred to as a "non-skin side".
The diaper 1 has an absorbent main body 10 and a waistline portion 2.
Absorbent body 10
The absorbent main body 10 is a part having a function of absorbing excrement such as urine. As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent main body 10 is formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view. The absorbent main body 10 is disposed at the center in the lateral direction with its longitudinal direction along the vertical direction of the diaper 1. As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent main body 10 has an absorbent core 11 and a topsheet 13.
The absorbent core 11 is a part having liquid absorbency. The absorbent core 11 is formed by molding liquid absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers into a predetermined shape, and a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) or the like is mixed therein. As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent core 11 is formed in a substantially hourglass shape in plan view. Further, the absorbent core 11 has a neckdown portion 11c in which a central portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed inward in the left-right direction. That is, the absorbent core 11 has a constricted portion 11c having a smaller dimension in the left-right direction than both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 11 at a position between both ends in the longitudinal direction.
The top sheet 13 is a liquid-permeable sheet member disposed on the skin-side surface in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 11 and coming into contact with the skin of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn. The top sheet 13 is formed of, for example, a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The detailed structure of the top sheet 13 will be described later.
Although not shown, the absorbent main body 10 includes a core wrap sheet and a back film in addition to the absorbent core 11 and the topsheet 13. The core wrap sheet is a liquid-permeable sheet member that wraps the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 11. As the core wrap sheet, tissue paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used. The back film is a liquid-impermeable and moisture-permeable sheet member disposed on the non-skin-side surface in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 11 (core wrap sheet), and is formed of, for example, a resin film. By providing the back film, the moisture such as urine absorbed by the absorbent main body 10 is prevented from moving (permeating) toward the clothing of the wearer. In addition, leakage preventing walls, not shown, may be provided on both sides of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction.
Waist 2
The waist portion 2 constitutes an outer covering of the diaper 1 and is a portion disposed on the waist of the wearer. The waist portion 2 is sometimes referred to as "exterior body 2". The waist portion 2 is located on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 10. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waistline portion 2 has an abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and a back-side waistline portion 30.
The abdomen-side waist portion 20 is a portion positioned on the abdomen side of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn, and is positioned on the abdomen side (front side) of the center position CL in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2. The back waist portion 30 is a portion positioned on the back side of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn, and is positioned on the back side (rear side) of the center position CL in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are formed of members independent of each other. However, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 may be integrally formed.
The pants-type diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 is formed as follows. First, from the unfolded state of fig. 2, the absorbent main body 10 and the waistline portion 2 are folded in two with the central position CL in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) as a folding position. Then, the opposite end portions in the left-right direction of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 which are opposed to each other in this state of being folded in two are joined by a pair of joining portions 6 formed by joining means such as welding. As a result, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are connected in a loop shape, and the diaper 1 in a pants-type state is formed with the waistline opening BH and the pair of leg hole openings LH as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 have a skin side sheet 2a and a non-skin side sheet 2b, respectively. The abdomen-side waistline portion 20 further includes a plurality of elastic members 23. In addition, the back-side waistline portion 30 also has a plurality of elastic members 33.
The skin side sheet 2a and the non-skin side sheet 2b are soft sheet-like members that are joined to overlap in the thickness direction. The skin side sheet 2a is provided on the skin side, and the non-skin side sheet 2b is provided on the non-skin side of the skin side sheet 2 a. The skin-side sheet 2a and the non-skin-side sheet 2b are formed of, for example, spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, heat-sealed nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, or the like. Examples of the raw material fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric include polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). In addition, not only a single fiber such as polypropylene or polyethylene but also a composite fiber having a sheath-core structure made of polypropylene or polyethylene can be used.
The plurality of elastic members 23 are elastic members that are stretchable in the transverse direction, are arranged in a vertical direction (longitudinal direction) between the skin side sheet 2a and the non-skin side sheet 2b of the abdominal-side waistline portion 20, and are fixed in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction by an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive. Similarly, the plurality of elastic members 33 are elastic members capable of expanding and contracting in the transverse direction, and are disposed in a vertically aligned manner (in the longitudinal direction) between the skin side sheet 2a and the non-skin side sheet 2b of the back-side waistline portion 30, and are fixed in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction by an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive. This imparts stretchability to the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30. Further, as the elastic members 23 and 33, thread-like rubber or the like can be exemplified.
As shown in fig. 3, the non-skin side sheet 2b constituting the waist portion 2 is folded back from the upper side to the lower side in the vertical direction and from the non-skin side to the skin side in the thickness direction at the abdomen-side upper end 20et of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 to form a folded-back portion 3. By forming the folded-back portion 3, a plurality of (3 sheets in fig. 3) sheet members are stacked in the thickness direction at the upper end portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 (another layer is formed at the upper end portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20). This can improve the material strength when the diaper 1 is lifted up. In fig. 3, only the non-skin side sheet 2b is folded back at the abdomen-side upper end 20et of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20, and the skin side sheet 2a is not folded back. However, the folded portion 3 may be formed by folding only the skin side sheet 2a without folding the non-skin side sheet 2 b. The skin-side sheet 2a may be folded back together with the non-skin-side sheet 2b in the same manner as the non-skin-side sheet 2b to form another folded-back portion 3. The non-skin side sheet 2b and the skin side sheet 2a may not be folded back at the abdomen-side upper end 20et of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20, and the folded-back portion 3 may not be formed. By not forming the folded-back portion 3, the layer of the material constituting the upper end portion of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 is reduced, and the inhibition of air permeability can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower end portion of the folded portion 3 has a portion overlapping the abdomen-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 when viewed in the thickness direction, and the overlapping portion is joined in the thickness direction by a joining material (not shown in fig. 3) such as a hot melt adhesive. That is, at least a part of the folded portion 3 overlaps with the absorbent main body 10 in the vertical direction. Thus, when the diaper 1 is worn, the upper edge of the absorbent main body 10 is prevented from directly contacting the skin (abdomen) of the wearer, and the wearer can be made less likely to feel hard due to the upper edge of the absorbent main body 10. However, at least a part of the folded portion 3 may not overlap the absorbent main body 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the non-skin side sheet 2b constituting the waist portion 2 is folded back from the upper side to the lower side in the vertical direction and from the non-skin side to the skin side in the thickness direction at the back-side upper end 30et of the back-side waist portion 30 to form a folded-back portion 3. By forming the folded-back portion 3, a plurality of (3 sheets in fig. 3) sheet members are stacked in the thickness direction at the upper end portion of the back-side waistline portion 30 (another layer is formed at the upper end portion of the back-side waistline portion 30). This can improve the material strength when the diaper 1 is lifted up. In fig. 3, only the non-skin side sheet 2b is folded back at the back-side upper end 30et of the back-side waistline portion 30, and the skin side sheet 2a is not folded back. In addition, the non-skin side sheet 2b and the skin side sheet 2a may not be folded back at the back-side upper end 30et of the back-side waistline portion 30, and the folded-back portion 3 may not be formed. By not forming the folded-back portion 3, the layer of the material constituting the upper end portion of the back-side waist portion 30 is reduced, and the inhibition of air permeability can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower end portion of the folded portion 3 has a portion overlapping the back-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 when viewed in the thickness direction, and the overlapping portion is joined in the thickness direction by a joining material (not shown in fig. 3) such as a hot melt adhesive. That is, at least a part of the folded portion 3 overlaps with the absorbent main body 10 in the vertical direction. Thus, when the diaper 1 is worn, the edge of the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 is prevented from directly contacting the skin (back) of the wearer, and the wearer can be made less likely to feel hard due to the edge of the upper end of the absorbent main body 10. However, at least a part of the folded portion 3 may not overlap the absorbent main body 10.
Further, although not shown, another sheet member having a portion overlapping the abdomen-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 when viewed in the thickness direction may be provided in the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 together with the folded-back portion 3 overlapping the absorbent main body 10 or instead of the folded-back portion 3 overlapping the absorbent main body 10. In addition, the back-side waistline portion 30 may be provided with another sheet member having a portion overlapping the back-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 as viewed in the thickness direction, together with the folded-back portion 3 overlapping the absorbent main body 10 or instead of the folded-back portion 3 overlapping the absorbent main body 10. These other sheet members are rectangular sheet members made of nonwoven fabric or the like, which are independent of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30. As a result, when the diaper 1 is worn, the edge of the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 is prevented from directly contacting the skin (abdomen or back) of the wearer, and the wearer can be made less likely to feel hard due to the edge of the upper end of the absorbent main body 10. However, another sheet member may be provided only on one of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30. In addition, other sheet members may not be provided.
As described above, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 or the back-side waistline portion 30 has a portion where at least a part of the folded back portion 3 or at least a part of another sheet member different from the folded back portion 3 overlaps with the absorbent main body 10. In the following description, a member/portion covering the upper end edge of the absorbent main body 10 in order to make it difficult for the wearer to feel hard due to the upper end edge is referred to as "cover portion 5".
< opening 40>
Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view of fig. 2 showing a plurality of openings 40. Fig. 6 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the non-skin side.
In the present embodiment, the skin-side sheet 2a has 1 or more opening holes (skin-side opening holes 40a), and similarly, the non-skin-side sheet 2b has 1 or more opening holes (non-skin-side opening holes 40 b). The opening 40 is a hole penetrating the skin side sheet 2a or the non-skin side sheet 2b in the thickness direction. In addition, the plurality of holes 40 are provided on the entire surface of the skin side sheet 2a or the non-skin side sheet 2b in a plan view, but the plurality of holes 40 may be provided in a part of the skin side sheet 2a or the non-skin side sheet 2 b. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, 1 or more openings 40 are also formed in the cover portion 5 (in fig. 5, the folded-back portion 3 of the non-skin side sheet 2 b). The opening 40 of the cover 5 will be described in detail later.
< topsheet 13>
In the present embodiment, the surface of the top sheet 13 on the skin side has a concave-convex shape. Specifically, the top sheet 13 has a concave portion 13a recessed toward the non-skin side on the skin-side surface, thereby forming a concave-convex shape. Hereinafter, two examples (example 1 and example 2) of the uneven shape formed on the top sheet 13 will be described.
Example 1
Fig. 7A is a schematic perspective view of a skin-side surface 1 of the top sheet 13.
In example 1 of the skin-side surface of the top sheet 13, the concave portions 13a and the convex portions 13b are alternately arranged in the left-right direction (lateral direction), that is, the concave portions 13a and the convex portions 13b are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction (lateral direction), whereby the skin-side surface of the top sheet 13 is formed with the uneven shape. The concave portion 13a is a portion recessed toward the non-skin side. The convex portion 13b is a portion protruding toward the skin. In example 1 shown in fig. 7A, the concave portion 13a and the convex portion 13b are provided along the top sheet 13 in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). The concave portion 13a is formed by compressing the top sheet 13 from one side (here, the skin side) to the other side (here, the non-skin side) in the thickness direction by a known compression means such as embossing. However, the concave portion 13a may be formed by a method other than embossing. In addition, a plurality of concave portions 13a are formed in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the top sheet 13 along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) in this manner. In example 1 of the skin-side surface of the top sheet 13, a flow path through which air in the diaper 1 flows in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) is formed along the concave portion 13 a.
EXAMPLE 2
Fig. 7B is a schematic perspective view of a skin-side surface of the top sheet 13 according to example 2.
In example 2 of the skin-side surface of the top sheet 13, a plurality of concave portions 13a along the up-down direction (longitudinal direction) are formed along the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the top sheet 13, and a plurality of concave portions 13a along the left-right direction (lateral direction) are formed along the up-down direction (longitudinal direction) of the top sheet 13. Thereby, the plurality of convex portions 13b are formed in the left-right direction (lateral direction), and are also formed in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction). In example 2 of the skin-side surface of the top sheet 13, a flow path through which air in the diaper 1 flows in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) is also formed along the concave portion 13 a.
Cover part 5 of comparative example
As described above, in order to make it difficult for the wearer to feel hard by the upper end edge of the absorbent main body 10 (top sheet 13), the upper end edge is covered with the hood portion 5. In this case, in the case of the top sheet 13 in which the concave portion 13a is formed along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) as shown in fig. 7A and 7B, the cover portion 5 covers a part of the top edge side of the concave portion 13a of the top sheet 13. At this time, the air flowing through the recess 13a may be covered by the cover 5 and thus may be difficult to be discharged to the outside of the diaper 1.
Cover 5 of the present embodiment
In contrast, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in the absorbent main body 10 provided with the top sheet 13 having the concave portion 13a (not shown in fig. 4) along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), the cover portion 5 of the waistline portion 2 covers the upper end edge (end on one side in the longitudinal direction) of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side. In this case, the recessed portion 13a (top sheet 13) includes a portion (X portion shown in fig. 4) covered by the cover portion 5 from the skin side and a portion (Y portion shown in fig. 4) not covered by the cover portion 5 from the skin side. In the extended state, an opening 40 is provided in a portion (X portion shown in fig. 4) of the cover 5 covering the concave portion 13a from the skin side in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction).
According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, air in the diaper 1 flows upward through the concave portion of the top sheet 13 as a flow path, and is discharged from the non-skin side to the skin side through the opening 40 provided in the cover portion 5. This can improve the air permeability in the diaper 1.
< arrangement of elastic members 23, 33 >
As shown in fig. 2, elastic members 23 and 33 that are stretchable and contractible in the transverse direction are arranged in the waistline portion 2 (the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30) along the transverse direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when viewed in the thickness direction, parts of the elastic members 23, 33 overlap the cover portion 5 (in fig. 2, the folded-back portion 3 of the non-skin side sheet 2 b). Therefore, wrinkles extending in the longitudinal direction by the elastic members 23 and 33 are formed in the cover portion 5, and a flow path through which air flows in the diaper 1 is also formed between the cover portion 5 and the skin. Thus, the air in the diaper 1 flowing upward with the concave portion on the top sheet 13 as a flow path is discharged from the non-skin side to the skin side through the opening 40 provided in the cover portion 5, and then discharged to the outside of the diaper 1 through the flow path formed by the formation of the wrinkle. Therefore, when viewed in the thickness direction, the elastic members 23 and 33 partially overlap the cover portion 5, and the air permeability in the diaper 1 can be further improved. However, the elastic members 23 and 33 may not overlap the hood 5.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic members 23 and 33 are disposed so as not to overlap the absorbent core 11 when viewed in the thickness direction. This can suppress the influence of the rigidity of the absorbent core 11 on the contraction of the elastic members 23 and 33. Thus, wrinkles elongated in the longitudinal direction by the elastic members 23, 33 can be easily formed in the hood 5. Further, by disposing the elastic members 23 and 33 so as not to overlap the absorbent core 11, the formation of wrinkles in the absorbent core 11 can be suppressed, thereby suppressing a decrease in the absorption performance of the absorbent core 11. However, at least a part of the elastic members 23 and 33 may be arranged to overlap the absorbent core 11.
In the present embodiment, the force for extending the elastic members 23, 33 arranged on the lower side (crotch side) of the waist portion 2 by the unit length is larger than the force for extending the elastic members 23, 33 arranged on the upper side (waist opening side) of the waist portion 2 by the unit length. This makes it easy to form a flow path for air to flow by forming wrinkles in the waistline portion 2. This makes it possible to make the air flow more easily in the diaper 1. However, the elastic members 23 and 33 disposed on the lower side (crotch side) and the elastic members 23 and 33 disposed on the upper side (waist opening side) may not be provided as such.
In the present embodiment, the force for extending the elastic member 33 overlapping the hood 5 on the back side by the unit length is larger than the force for extending the elastic member 23 overlapping the hood 5 on the abdomen side by the unit length. This makes it easy to form a flow path for air to flow by forming wrinkles in the waistline portion 2. This makes it possible to facilitate the flow of air through the diaper 1. The elastic members 23, 33 may not be provided as such.
< arrangement of cover 5 (opening 40) >
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the opening 40 of the cover section 5 (in fig. 5, the folded-back section 3 of the non-skin side sheet 2 b) is provided so as not to overlap the absorbent core 11 when viewed in the thickness direction. This suppresses the return of the moisture absorbed by the absorbent core 11 to the skin side through the openings 40. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet. However, the opening 40 of the hood section 5 may overlap the absorbent core 11 when viewed in the thickness direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cover section 5 (in fig. 5, the folded-back section 3 of the non-skin side sheet 2 b) covers the upper end edge (end on one side in the longitudinal direction) of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side so as not to overlap the absorbent core 11 when viewed in the thickness direction. This suppresses the return of the water absorbed by the absorbent core 11 to the wearer side along the hood section 5. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet.
< projection 50>
Fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the top sheet 13 having the concave portion 13a and the cover portion 5 having the opening 40.
The top sheet 13 is provided with a plurality of compressed portions 14 on its surface. The compressed portion 14 is formed by compressing the top sheet 13 from one side (here, the skin side) to the other side (here, the non-skin side) in the thickness direction by a known compression means such as embossing. The top sheet 13 has a locally high fiber density and high stiffness at the portion compressed by the compression portion 14. By providing the compressed portion 14, the top sheet 13 is formed into a concave-convex shape as shown in fig. 7A and 7B. As shown in fig. 8, the convex portion 13b is a portion protruding to one side in the thickness direction (here, the skin side), and is a region where the top sheet 13 has the thickest thickness when viewed in cross section as shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 8, the recessed portion 13a is a region provided between adjacent recessed portions 13 b.
In the present embodiment, the hole 40 is formed by inserting a pin through the cover 5. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, a projection 50 is formed on the edge of the opening 40 on the side opposite to the pin insertion side. The projection 50 is a so-called burr. The protruding portions 50 are formed in a higher density area than the area around the openings 40 when viewed in the thickness direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the protruding portion 50 provided at the edge of the opening 40 protrudes toward the non-skin side. By providing the protruding portion 50 which is formed as a region having a higher density than the region around the opening 40, even when the water absorbed by the absorbent core 11 flows along the hood portion 5, a certain amount of water can be retained in the high density region. This can reduce the unpleasant feeling of the wearer due to rewet. However, the projection 50 may project in a direction other than the direction shown in fig. 8. In addition, the projection 50 may not be provided.
In the present embodiment, the pitch at which the plurality of openings 40 are arranged is smaller than the pitch at which the plurality of recesses 13a are arranged in the lateral direction shown in fig. 8. Here, the pitch at which the plurality of openings 40 are arranged means the length between the centers of the adjacent openings 40 in the lateral direction shown in fig. 8. The pitch at which the plurality of concave portions 13a are arranged is a length between centers of adjacent concave portions 13a in the lateral direction shown in fig. 8. Therefore, the opening 40 of the cover portion 5 is disposed in both the concave portion 13a of the top sheet 13 and a portion (here, the convex portion 13b) of the top sheet 13 other than the concave portion 13a when viewed in the thickness direction. This can further improve the air permeability of the diaper 1.
However, in the lateral direction shown in fig. 8, the pitch at which the plurality of openings 40 are arranged may be larger than the pitch at which the plurality of recesses 13a are arranged. Thus, the number of openings 40 in the portion of the hood 5 that covers the recess 13a is reduced. This can improve the material strength of the diaper 1 while ensuring breathability.
< bonding part between absorbent body 10 and waist part 2 >
Fig. 9A is a schematic plan view showing the inner-side bonded portion 90 and the inner-side non-bonded portion 91. Fig. 9B is a schematic sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 9A.
As shown in fig. 9A, the absorbent main body 10 and the waist portion 2 (the skin side sheet 2a in fig. 9A) are joined together by a joining material (inner side adhesive portion 90) such as a hot melt adhesive. As shown in fig. 9A, the inner side adhesive portion 90 is provided along the vertical direction (vertical direction). In addition, a plurality of inner side adhesive portions 90 provided in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) are arranged in the lateral direction. Thereby, a flow path of air is also formed in the longitudinal direction between the absorbent main body 10 and the waistline portion 2. Thereby, the ventilation path in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 is easily formed. However, the inner adhesive portion 90 may not be disposed as shown in fig. 9A.
As shown in fig. 9B, a plurality of the inner adhesive portions 90 are arranged in the lateral direction, and an inner non-adhesive portion 91 where the inner adhesive portion 90 is not formed is provided on the skin side of the skin side sheet 2 a. Further, a plurality of the inner non-adhesive sections 91 are arranged in the lateral direction. In addition, in the lateral direction, the pitch PA at which the plurality of skin-side holes 40a of the skin-side sheet 2a are arranged is smaller than the pitch PB at which the plurality of inner non-adhesive sections 91 are arranged (PA < PB). Here, the pitch PA at which the plurality of skin-side holes 40a are arranged is a length between predetermined positions of adjacent skin-side holes 40a when the plurality of skin-side holes 40a having the same size and shape are continuous in a certain direction. The pitch PB at which the plurality of inner non-adhesive portions 91 are arranged means the length between predetermined positions of adjacent inner non-adhesive portions 91 when the plurality of inner non-adhesive portions 91 having the same size are connected in a certain direction. In fig. 9B, the pitch PA at which the plurality of skin-side holes 40a are arranged is the length between the centers of the adjacent skin-side holes 40a, and the pitch PB at which the plurality of inner non-adhesive sections 91 are arranged is the length between the centers of the adjacent inner non-adhesive sections 91. This forms a flow path through which air in the diaper 1 flows via the skin-side aperture 40. This can further improve the air permeability in the diaper 1. However, the pitch PA at which the plurality of skin-side holes 40a of the skin-side sheet 2a are arranged may be equal to or greater than the pitch PB at which the plurality of inner non-adhesive sections 91 are arranged.
< bonding part between cover part 5 and absorbent body 10 >
Fig. 10A is a schematic plan view showing the cover-side adhesive section 92 and the cover-side non-adhesive section 93. Fig. 10B is a schematic sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 10A.
As shown in fig. 10A, the cover 5 and the absorbent body 10 are joined together by a joining material (cover-side adhesive portion 92) such as a hot-melt adhesive. As shown in fig. 10A, the cover-side adhesive portion 92 is provided along the vertical direction (vertical direction). In addition, a plurality of cover-side adhesive portions 92 provided in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) are arranged in the lateral direction. However, the cover-side adhesive portion 92 may not be disposed as shown in fig. 10A.
As shown in fig. 10B, a plurality of cover-side adhesive portions 92 are arranged in the lateral direction, and a cover-side non-adhesive portion 93 is provided that does not fix the cover portion 5 and the absorbent body 10. Further, the opening 40 (opening 40s shown in fig. 10B) overlaps the cover-side non-adhesive portion 93 as viewed in the thickness direction. Thus, the air in the diaper 1 flows through the concave portion 13a of the top sheet 13 as a flow path, and is discharged through the opening 40s provided in the region overlapping the cover-side non-adhesive portion 93. This can improve the air permeability in the diaper 1.
As shown in fig. 10A and 10B, the other opening 40 (opening 40t shown in fig. 10B) overlaps the cover side adhesive portion 92 when viewed in the thickness direction. Thus, the plurality of openings 40 of the cover 5 include both the opening 40 (opening 40t shown in fig. 10B) overlapping the bonded portion to which the absorbent body 10 is bonded and the opening 40 (opening 40s shown in fig. 10B) not overlapping the bonded portion to which the absorbent body 10 is bonded. This can improve the material strength while ensuring air permeability. However, the plurality of holes 40 of the cover 5 may have only one of the holes 40 (holes 40t shown in fig. 10B) overlapping with the bonded portion to which the absorbent body 10 is bonded or the holes 40 (holes 40s shown in fig. 10B) not overlapping with the bonded portion to which the absorbent body 10 is bonded.
Further, although not shown, at least a part of the opening 40 of the cover 5 overlaps at least a part of the skin-side opening 40a when viewed in the thickness direction. This forms the ventilation openings in the thickness direction of the diaper 1. This can further improve the air permeability in the diaper 1.
Other embodiments are also possible
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above embodiments are provided to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not to be interpreted in a limiting manner. The present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
