Claims (4)
1. The dietary fiber probiotic solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: composite probiotics, malt dextrin powder, dietary fiber, fruit and vegetable enzyme, whole milk powder and food additives;
wherein the mass percentages of the raw materials are 30-45% of dietary fiber, 20-35% of composite probiotics, 10-15% of malt dextrin powder, 10-15% of fruit and vegetable enzyme, 10-15% of whole milk powder and 1-8% of food additive;
wherein the compound probiotics comprise lactobacillus plantarum, bifidobacterium longum, pediococcus acidilactici, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium animalis, lactobacillus rhamnosus, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium lactis and lactobacillus fermentum.
2. The dietary fiber probiotic solid beverage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the composite probiotics in the solid beverage is dry powder.
3. The dietary fiber probiotic solid beverage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dietary fiber is insoluble dietary fiber, and the insoluble dietary fiber is dry powder.
