Abstract

The invention provides a communication method, which relates to the technical field of communication and comprises the following steps: receiving a service request sent by a terminal, wherein the service request comprises a target service type and an identifier of the terminal; according to the identification of the terminal and the target service type, inquiring a target operator which provides a target service corresponding to the target service type for the terminal through a preset service subscription server; and forwarding the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator so that the target operator provides the target service for the terminal according to the service request. The invention also provides a base station, a server and a communication system.

Background
In the prior art, a mobile phone number of a user can only belong to one operator, if the user wants to change the belonging operator, the user can convert the operator through a number portability network service, which is called number portability and number-change-free mobile telephone, that is, the user of one operator can change to the user of another operator without changing the mobile phone number of the user, and enjoy various services provided by the user. When the user makes the mobile phone number belong to another operator through the number portability service, the user can only enjoy the service provided by the other operator, and can not continue to enjoy the service provided by the original home operator.

and forwarding the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator so that the target operator provides the target service for the terminal according to the service request.

In some embodiments, after the forwarding the service request to the preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator, the method further includes:
counting the flow condition of the terminal accessing the target service;

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method provided by the present invention can be implemented based on the communication system, and as shown in fig. 1, the communication system includes: a terminal 1, an operator system 2 and a service subscription server 3; the number of the terminals 1 is at least one, the number of the operator systems 2 is multiple, each operator system 2 includes a matched base station, the service subscription server 3 provides a platform for each terminal to subscribe to services, the terminals 1 and the operator systems 2 are both registered on the service subscription server 3, after the registration is completed, the operator systems 2 can periodically publish relevant information of communication and data services which can be provided by the operator systems on the service subscription server 3, and the terminals 1 can select and customize the communication and data services which are provided by other operators except the operator to which the terminal belongs on the service subscription server 3. After inquiring a target operator providing target service for the terminal, the base station determines a next network function entity node corresponding to the target service based on the implementation flow of the target service, and forwards the service request to the network function entity node corresponding to the target operator. For example, when the target service is a data service, the next network Function entity node corresponding to the target service is an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), and the base station forwards the service request to the AMF supporting the target operator, and after receiving the service request, the AMF supporting the target operator allocates a corresponding IP address to the terminal, and opens a corresponding Access right in a User Plane Function (UPF) of the target operator, so that the terminal can Access the data service of the internet through the UPF of the target operator.

And step S105, uploading the flow statistic information to the service subscription server so that the service subscription server can charge the service of the terminal using the target service according to the flow statistic information.
The base station uploads the counted flow condition of the terminal accessing the target service to the service subscription server, the service subscription server generates a bill according to the price for providing the target service and the flow condition of the terminal accessing the target service, which are published in advance by a target operator, and stores the bill in an account corresponding to the terminal, and the service subscription server can directly deduct corresponding cost from the telephone charge prestored in the account corresponding to the terminal or send the bill to the terminal for payment so as to realize the charging of the cost of the target service.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the communication method is implemented based on the service subscription server 3, and specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the communication method includes:

A database is preset in the service subscription server, subscription information for service subscription of a plurality of terminals is stored in the preset database, and the subscription information at least comprises: the identifier of the terminal, the service type and the operator information of the service corresponding to the service type. It should be noted that, the number of service types included in the subscription information of one terminal may be multiple, but each service type corresponds to one operator information. Step S203, feeding back information of the target operator to the base station, so that the base station forwards the service request to the preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator.
And after receiving the information of the target operator, the base station forwards the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator identifier based on the implementation flow of the target service, so that the target operator provides the target service for the terminal.
In the communication method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the service subscription server responds to the received query request of the base station and feeds back the target operator providing the target service for the terminal to the base station, so that the base station can forward the service request of the terminal to the network function entity corresponding to the target operator to realize the service requested by the terminal. The invention realizes the purpose that the terminal can enjoy the services provided by other operators under the condition of not changing the mobile phone number, thereby improving the user experience; compared with the prior art, the invention provides another number portability implementation mode, and has the beneficial technical effect of reducing the maintenance cost of the operator database.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, before step S201, the method further includes:

and forwarding the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator so that the target operator provides the target service for the terminal according to the service request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a home operator of the terminal is a different operator than the target operator.
3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the forwarding the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator, the step of:
counting the flow condition of the terminal accessing the target service;
and uploading flow statistic information to the service subscription server so that the service subscription server can charge the target service used by the terminal according to the flow statistic information.
4. A method of communication, comprising:
receiving an inquiry request sent by a base station, wherein the inquiry request comprises: a target service type and an identifier of the terminal; the query request is a request sent by the base station in response to a service request of a terminal;
determining a target operator which provides a target service corresponding to the target service type for the terminal corresponding to the terminal identifier from a preset database according to the terminal identifier and the target service type;
and feeding back the information of the target operator to the base station so that the base station can forward the service request to a preset network function entity corresponding to the target operator.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before the receiving the query request sent by the base station, further comprising:
receiving a service subscription request sent by the terminal, wherein the service subscription request comprises: the target service type of the target service to be subscribed, the target operator identification corresponding to the target service to be subscribed and the identification of the terminal;
and correspondingly storing the identifier of the terminal, the target service type and the target operator identifier.

receiving flow statistic information sent by a base station;
and carrying out service charging on the target service used by the terminal according to the flow statistical information.
