Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
When the user numbers of a plurality of different regions are brought into the same user account, any user number carries out payment, and the paid fees all enter the user account. As long as the user account is not arrears, all user numbers corresponding to the user account can be normally used. However, once the user account is in arrears, all the user numbers corresponding to the user account are in an arrears state, and the machine is stopped.
In the prior art, when all the user numbers corresponding to the user accounts are stopped, when the payment date corresponding to one user number corresponding to the user account is exceeded, all the user numbers corresponding to the user accounts are stopped in a unified manner. However, because the payment dates, i.e., the standard payment times, corresponding to different regions are different, when all the user numbers corresponding to the user accounts are uniformly shut down, the user numbers are shut down without exceeding the payment dates corresponding to a certain user number, which causes a false shutdown, and reduces user experience.
For example, account a includes two subscriber numbers, number 1 and number 2, with number 1 from region 1 and number 2 from region 2. The standard payment time of region 1 is 20 per month, and the standard payment time of region 2 is 25 per month. If the account A arrears at 21 # 4 month, the number 1 and the number 2 are stopped after the arrears exceed a certain period, for example, after 1 month, so that the number 1 and the number 2 are stopped at the same time when the payment time of the next month after the arrears occur, namely the latest payment time corresponding to the number 1 is exceeded in advance, for example, the number 1 and the number 2 are stopped at 21 # 5 month. However, since the standard payment time of the region to which the number 2 belongs is 25 days per month, the latest payment time is 25 months, and therefore, the number 2 is stopped at 21 months and 5 months, and the number is stopped in advance, which causes inaccurate stop.
Therefore, aiming at the problems, the technical idea of the invention is to obtain the latest payment time corresponding to each user number corresponding to the user account after determining the arrearage of the user account, and shut down each user number according to the latest payment time corresponding to each user number respectively, so that the targeted shutdown of the user number is realized, but not the shutdown of different pairs of user numbers, the accuracy of the shutdown of the user number is ensured, and the accuracy of the shutdown is improved.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in detail by specific examples. Several of these specific examples may be combined with each other below, and some of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some examples. Examples of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a scene schematic diagram of a shutdown method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, when an electronic device 101 acquires a user number corresponding to an arrearage user and a latest payment time corresponding to each user number, and shuts down each user number according to the latest payment time corresponding to each user number.
The electronic device 101 includes a server, a computer, and the like, and specifically, the electronic device may be a BBS (Business support system) system.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart illustrating a shutdown method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution main body of the embodiment may be the electronic device shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, all user numbers corresponding to the arrearage users are obtained, and the area to which each user number belongs is obtained.
In this embodiment, after the arrears are determined, that is, after the user account in the arrears state is acquired, it is indicated that all the user numbers held by the user are in the arrears state, all the user numbers corresponding to the arrears and the areas to which the user numbers belong are acquired, so that the user numbers are used to determine the downtime corresponding to the user numbers, that is, the latest payment time is determined.
The arrearage user, namely the arrearage account, refers to a user account with arrearage time exceeding a certain time. In addition, when the current time exceeds the standard payment time of the month corresponding to the main number in the user account, the user account is determined to be a debt account.
Taking a specific application scenario as an example, the main number of the user account a, that is, the standard payment time corresponding to the user number 1 is 20 per month, the user account a has arrears in 21 th 5 month, when the current time is 21 th 6 month, the current time exceeds 20 th month, that is, the current time exceeds 20 th 6 month, and the user account a is still in an arrear state, the user account a is determined to be an arrear user.
Optionally, when determining the arrearage user, i.e. the arrearage account, the determination may be made from the user account number in the relevant data table.
S202, determining the latest payment time corresponding to each user number according to the region to which each user number belongs.
In this embodiment, for a defaulting account, that is, each subscriber number corresponding to a defaulting subscriber, the latest payment time, that is, the payment date, corresponding to the subscriber number is determined based on the region to which the subscriber number belongs.
The latest payment time represents the latest payment date corresponding to the user number, and when the latest payment date is exceeded and the arrearage account, namely the user account to which the user number belongs is still in an arrearage state, the user number needs to be shut down, namely the user number cannot be normally used.
Optionally, when the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is determined, the latest payment time corresponding to the user number may be determined by using a relevant mapping table, that is, for each user number, the standard payment time corresponding to the area to which the user number belongs is determined from a preset area time mapping table, and the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is determined according to the standard payment time.
Specifically, for each user number corresponding to the arrearage account, the standard payment time corresponding to the area to which the user number belongs is searched from a preset area time mapping table, and the standard payment time represents the latest payment date of the user number per month. And taking the standard payment time closest to the current time as the latest payment time corresponding to the user number.
And when the application scene is received, the standard payment time corresponding to the user account A, namely the user number 1 under the arrearage account A, is 20 per month, the current time is 6 month 21, and the standard payment time closest to the current time is 7 month 20, determining that the 7 month 20 is the latest payment time corresponding to the main number.
In addition, optionally, the latest payment time corresponding to the user number input by the relevant person may also be directly obtained.
S203, for each user number, when the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is determined to be exceeded, shutdown operation is executed on the user number.
In this embodiment, after determining the latest payment time corresponding to each subscriber number corresponding to the arrearage subscriber, when determining that the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number is exceeded for each subscriber number, it indicates that the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number is exceeded and the arrearage subscriber still does not pay or the payment amount is less than the arrearage amount, and the subscriber number needs to be shut down, and then the shutdown operation is performed on the subscriber number.
In this embodiment, after an owing subscriber is determined, the latest payment time corresponding to each subscriber number subordinate to the owing subscriber is determined, for each subscriber number, whether the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number is exceeded is judged, and when the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number is determined to be exceeded, the subscriber number is shut down to realize accurate shutdown of the subscriber number, instead of shutting down all subordinate subscriber numbers of the owing subscriber on a certain date to realize targeted shutdown, so that accurate shutdown is realized, and the use satisfaction of the subscriber is improved.
From the above description, when acquiring arrears, that is, all user numbers corresponding to the user needing to be shut down, determining an area to which each user number belongs, so as to determine the latest payment time corresponding to the arrears by using the area to which the user number belongs, and for each user number corresponding to the arrears, when judging that the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is exceeded, indicating that the downtime corresponding to the user number has arrived, performing a shutdown operation on the user number, so that when shutting down the user number corresponding to the arrears, the user number can be shut down according to the latest payment time corresponding to the area to which the user number actually belongs, instead of uniformly shutting down all user numbers corresponding to the arrears, thereby realizing accurate shutdown, improving shutdown accuracy, and having high user experience.
Fig. 3 is a second flowchart of the shutdown method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the embodiment of fig. 2 in this embodiment, after the user number is shutdown, the user number may also be reset according to the payment amount of the user, which will be described below with reference to a specific embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, all the user numbers corresponding to the arrearage users are obtained, and the area to which each user number belongs is obtained.
S302, determining the latest payment time corresponding to each user number according to the region to which each user number belongs.
And S303, for each user number, when the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is determined to be exceeded, executing shutdown operation on the user number.
In this embodiment, when determining whether the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number is exceeded, the determination may be performed in the following two ways.
One way is to generate the arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage user according to each user number and the latest payment time corresponding to the user number, and add the arrearage account information to the shutdown pool. When a shutdown instruction sent by a target terminal is received, determining that the latest payment time corresponding to a user number in the shutdown instruction is exceeded, wherein the shutdown instruction is generated according to the user number when the target terminal acquires arrearage account information from a shutdown pool and determines that the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number in the arrearage account information.
Specifically, the electronic device generates arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage user, which includes all user numbers corresponding to the arrearage user and the latest payment time corresponding to each user number, according to a preset account format. And storing the arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage user into a shutdown pool.
And the target terminal polls the user number in the arrearage account information in the shutdown pool to determine whether the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number, and when the current time is determined to exceed the latest payment time corresponding to the user number, the target terminal indicates that the current time is later than the standard payment time of the next month after the user number is arreared, namely the shutdown time of the user number is reached, generates a shutdown instruction containing the user number and sends the shutdown instruction to the electronic equipment. After the electronic equipment receives the shutdown instruction, the latest payment time corresponding to the user number in the shutdown instruction is determined.
In addition, optionally, when it is determined that the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number, the target terminal may further delete the user number and the latest payment time corresponding to the user number from the shutdown pool.
In addition, optionally, when the arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage user is stored in the shutdown pool, the electronic device may send the arrearage account information to the target terminal, and the target terminal stores the arrearage account information in the shutdown pool.
Additionally, the target terminal may optionally be a shutdown pool system.
The other mode is that whether the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is judged. And if the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number, determining that the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the user number.
Specifically, for each subscriber number corresponding to the arrearage subscriber, the electronic device, that is, the BBS system, determines whether the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number, that is, determines whether the current time is later than the standard payment time of the next month after the subscriber number is arreared, and determines that the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number if the current time exceeds the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number, which indicates that the current time is later than the standard payment time of the next month after the subscriber number is arreared, that is, the downtime of the subscriber number is reached.
And when the current time exceeds, namely is later than 7 month 20, determining that the latest payment time corresponding to the user number is exceeded.
S304, acquiring the payment amount corresponding to the arrearage user, and acquiring the arrearage amount corresponding to the arrearage user.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the arrear user performs a payment operation on a subscriber number under the arrear user, that is, when it is determined that the arrear user performs the payment operation, the fee paid by the arrear user is obtained to obtain a payment amount corresponding to the arrear user, and the arrear user, that is, an arrear amount corresponding to an arrear account is obtained.
In addition, optionally, the process of detecting whether the defaulting user performs the payment operation on the user number is similar to the process of detecting whether the payment operation is performed on the user number in the prior art, and details thereof are not repeated here.
S305, if the payment amount corresponding to the arrearage user is larger than or equal to the arrearage amount corresponding to the arrearage user, executing the reset operation on all the user numbers corresponding to the arrearage user after the shutdown operation is executed.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether the payment amount corresponding to the arrearage user is greater than or equal to the arrearage amount corresponding to the arrearage user, so as to determine whether the subscriber number corresponding to the arrearage user can be used. When the payment amount corresponding to the arrearage user is larger than or equal to the arrearage amount, the arrearage user is indicated, namely the balance of the arrearage account is not smaller than 0 and can be normally used, all the user numbers under the arrearage account, which are in the shutdown state, namely the user numbers which are subjected to the shutdown operation, are subjected to the reset operation, so that all the user numbers under the arrearage account can be normally used.
In addition, when the payment amount corresponding to the arrearage user is smaller than the arrearage amount, the arrearage user is shown, namely the balance of the arrearage account is still smaller than 0 and can not be normally used, and the user number corresponding to the arrearage user does not need to be reset.
In this embodiment, optionally, a deletion instruction is sent to the target terminal, so that the target terminal deletes the arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage user from the shutdown pool.
Specifically, after the recovery operation is performed on the subscriber number corresponding to the arrearage subscriber, that is, after all subscriber numbers corresponding to the arrearage account can be used normally, a deletion instruction including the arrearage account is generated to the target terminal, and after the target terminal receives the deletion instruction, the arrearage account, that is, the arrearage account information corresponding to the arrearage subscriber is deleted from the shutdown pool, so that the target terminal is prevented from continuously determining whether the latest payment time corresponding to the subscriber number corresponding to the arrearage account is exceeded, thereby avoiding the error shutdown and further ensuring the accuracy of the shutdown.
In this embodiment, after the user number is shut down, after the arrearage user is detected to perform the payment operation, whether the payment amount is greater than or equal to the arrearage amount corresponding to the arrearage user is judged, and if the payment amount is greater than or equal to the arrearage amount corresponding to the arrearage user, the shut-down operation is performed on the shut-down user number, so that all user numbers corresponding to the arrearage user can be normally used, and the use satisfaction of the user is improved.
