Background
With the development of the internet of things technology, more and more home network device devices appear in the field of smart homes, and the more and more home network device devices have the voice call function; for example: the intelligent sound box in the family can be called through the mobile phone to carry out voice communication.
In the conventional technology, for in-home internet appliance devices, management can be performed on an application (APP for short) through an internet of things account, where the internet of things account corresponds to a home account; under the account of the internet of things, all internet appliance devices in a family can be bound. When voice call is carried out, a user can log in the Internet of things account on a mobile phone and make voice call to a plurality of internet access devices in a family through the mobile phone; or the voice call can be dialed to other network equipment in the family through the network equipment in the family, such as a sound box.
However, in the current communication method, the voice communication function of multiple internet appliance devices cannot be realized among multiple home accounts, which results in low communication efficiency among the internet appliance devices and poor user experience.

The inter-device communication method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the server may use each online device in the candidate device set as a called device, that is, when the user makes a call to a called account (a second home account) through a calling device under the first home account, each online device under the second home account may respond, and the user under the second home account may answer through each online device, that is, multiple devices may respond simultaneously; optionally, when multiple devices under the second home account respond simultaneously, the multiple devices may listen at the same time, or after one of the devices listens, the other devices terminate responding.
In this embodiment, the server screens out, according to the states of the devices in the second device set in the target device list, devices in an online state in the second device set as a candidate device set, and uses each device in the candidate device set as a called device; that is to say, in this embodiment, the server first screens out the devices in the online state from the target device list, and then, all the devices in the online state are taken as the called devices, so that a phenomenon of call failure caused when the server sends a call request to the devices that are not online is avoided, and by sending answer responses simultaneously through all the online devices, the answer probability of the called account is greatly improved, and the conversation efficiency of the devices among different home accounts is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for communication between devices according to another embodiment. The embodiment relates to another alternative implementation process of the server searching the called device from the target device list under the condition that the called account is determined to be the same as the second family account. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step 303 includes:
step 601, screening out devices in an online state in the second device set according to the states of the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and using the devices in the online state as a candidate device set.
Step 602, determining whether there is a user in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set.
Specifically, after determining the candidate device set of all online devices under the second home account, the server may further determine whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set, that is, screen out the device corresponding to the space where the user exists from the candidate device set; optionally, the server may receive monitoring information sent by the user monitoring device under the second home account, where the monitoring information is used to represent user activity states in different spaces in the home corresponding to the second home account; optionally, the user monitoring device may include a network device with a user monitoring and identifying function, and may also include a monitoring device installed in a home for monitoring a specific location of a user, where the monitoring device can accurately identify a space where the user is located, for example: a user is present in the first space (living room), a user is present in the second space (bedroom a), and the like; then, the server can judge whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set according to the user monitoring information; optionally, whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device may be determined according to the spatial information corresponding to each device in the candidate device set and the user monitoring information; for example: the device 1 in the candidate device set is located in the first space, and the user in the first space (living room) can be obtained according to the user monitoring information, so that the user in the space corresponding to the device 1 can be determined to be present.
Step 603, if yes, the device corresponding to the space where the user exists is taken as the called device.
Specifically, the server may use, when it is determined that the user exists in the space corresponding to the device in the candidate device set, the device corresponding to the space where the user exists as the called device; optionally, when there are multiple spaces where users exist, the device corresponding to each space where users exist may be regarded as a called device, or one of the devices corresponding to one space where users exist may be regarded as a called device; based on the above example, the device 1 corresponding to the first space (living room) where the user exists may be taken as the called device. Optionally, in the candidate device set, when there are multiple devices corresponding to one of the spaces of the user, one of the multiple devices may be selected as the called device; for example: in the candidate device set, the device 1 and the device 3 are both in the first space, and the user exists in the first space, then the device 1 or the device 3 may be regarded as the called device.
In this embodiment, the server screens out, according to the states of the devices in the second device set in the target device list, devices in an online state in the second device set as a candidate device set, then determines whether a user exists in a space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set, and if a user exists in a space corresponding to a device in the candidate device set, takes a device corresponding to the space where the user exists as a called device; in the embodiment, the server takes the device of the user which is online and in the space where the device is located under the second family account as the called device, so that when the calling request is sent to the called device, the probability of answering the called device is greatly increased, and the conversation efficiency among the network equipment can be greatly improved; further, invalid response of the equipment in a space where no user exists can be avoided, and the working efficiency of each networker equipment is improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for communication between devices according to another embodiment. The embodiment relates to an optional implementation process of searching for a called device from a target device list associated with a first home account according to names of the first home account and a called object when a server carries the first home account and the name of the called device in a received call request. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the step 202 includes:
step 701, according to the first family account, determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database.
The database comprises a plurality of device lists, the target device list comprises all devices associated with the first family account, and the target device list comprises corresponding relations between names and device identifications of different devices; alternatively, the names of the devices in the target device list are different from each other, and the device identifier may be a unique ID of the device.
Step 702, determine the target device identifier corresponding to the name of the called device from the target device list, and determine the device corresponding to the target device identifier as the called device.
Specifically, after obtaining the name of the called device and the target device list, the server may determine, from the target device list, a target device identifier corresponding to the name of the called device, and determine a device corresponding to the target device identifier as the called device; for example: the ID of the corresponding target device can be determined according to the name of the called device, the device corresponding to the ID is determined as the called device, and then the call request is sent to the called device corresponding to the ID.
In this embodiment, the server determines, according to a first home account, a target device list associated with the first home account from a preset database, further determines, from the target device list, a target device identifier corresponding to the name of the called device, and determines a device corresponding to the target device identifier as the called device; based on the uniqueness of the target equipment identifier, after the called equipment is determined according to the target equipment identifier, when a calling request is sent to the called equipment corresponding to the target equipment identifier, the accuracy of equipment calling can be improved.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the called object further includes an emergency alert center including at least one of 120, 119, and 110; the server can send a call request to the emergency alarm center under the condition that a called object in the received call request is determined to be the emergency alarm center; optionally, the server may directly call the operator from the network side to make an emergency call; that is to say, the user can directly make an emergency call through any internet access device with a voice call function at home, so that the user can trigger an alarm in time when the user is in an emergency situation at home, the quick call with the alarm center is realized, and great convenience is provided for the user.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-7 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-7 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided an inter-device communication apparatus, including: a receiving module 801, a searching module 802 and a calling module 803, wherein:
a receiving module 801, configured to receive a call request sent by a calling device under a first home account; the calling request carries a first family account and the name of a called object; wherein the called object comprises a called device or a called account;
a searching module 802, configured to search for a called device from a target device list associated with a first home account according to the first home account and a name of the called object; the target device list comprises a first device set under a first family account and a second device set under a second family account, and the first family account is associated with the second family account;
and the calling module 803 is configured to send a call request to the called device in the case that the call request is found, so as to establish a call connection between the calling device and the called device.
In one embodiment, in a case that the call request carries a name of a first home account and a name of a called account, the searching module 802 is specifically configured to determine, according to the first home account, a target device list associated with the first home account from a preset database; wherein, the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists; determining whether the called account is the same as the second family account based on the target device list; and in the case that the called account is the same as the second family account, searching the called device from the target device list.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a sending module; the sending module is configured to send a response message of call failure to the calling device when the called account is different from the second home account.
In one embodiment, the searching module 802 is specifically configured to filter out, according to the state of each device in the second device set in the target device list, a device in an online state in the second device set, as a candidate device set; and according to the priority of each device in the candidate device set, taking the device with the highest priority as the called device.
In one embodiment, the calling module 803 is specifically configured to send a call request to the called device; and under the condition that the called device is not answered after the preset response time, taking the device with the highest priority as a new called device, and sending a call request to the new called device.
In one embodiment, the searching module 802 is specifically configured to filter out, according to the state of each device in the second device set in the target device list, a device in an online state in the second device set, as a candidate device set; and taking each device in the candidate device set as a called device.
In one embodiment, the searching module 802 is specifically configured to filter out, according to the state of each device in the second device set in the target device list, a device in an online state in the second device set, as a candidate device set; judging whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set; when the user exists in the device corresponding space, the device corresponding to the space where the user exists is used as the called device.
In one embodiment, the search module 802 is specifically configured to receive monitoring information sent by a user monitoring device under the second home account, where the monitoring information is used to represent user activity states in different spaces in a home corresponding to the second home account; and judging whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set or not according to the user monitoring information.
In one embodiment, in a case that the call request carries the name of the first home account and the name of the called device, the search module 802 is specifically configured to determine, according to the first home account, a target device list associated with the first home account from a preset database; the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists, and the target equipment list comprises the corresponding relation between the names of different equipment and equipment identifications; and determining a target device identification corresponding to the name of the called device from the target device list, and determining the device corresponding to the target device identification as the called device.
In one embodiment, the called object further comprises an emergency alert center including at least one of 120, 119, 110; the calling module 803 is further configured to send a call request to the emergency alert center.
For the specific definition of the communication device between the apparatuses, reference may be made to the above definition of the communication method between the apparatuses, and details are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the communication device between the devices can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 9. The device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the device is used for storing a plurality of device list data, each device list data comprises device set data which are respectively associated under the family account with an association relationship, each device set comprises at least one network device and information corresponding to each network device, and the information comprises the name, the unique ID, the online state and the like of the network device. The network interface of the device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of communicating between devices.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided an apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor when executing the computer program implementing the steps of:
receiving a call request sent by a calling device under a first family account; the calling request carries a first family account and the name of a called object; wherein the called object comprises a called device or a called account;
according to the first family account and the name of the called object, searching the called device from a target device list associated with the first family account; the target device list comprises a first device set under a first family account and a second device set under a second family account, and the first family account is associated with the second family account;
and under the condition that the calling device is found, sending a calling request to the called device so as to establish a call connection between the calling device and the called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: under the condition that the calling request carries the names of a first family account and a called account, determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; wherein, the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists; determining whether the called account is the same as the second family account based on the target device list; and in the case that the called account is the same as the second family account, searching the called device from the target device list.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and in the case that the called account is different from the second family account, sending a response message of call failure to the calling device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set; and according to the priority of each device in the candidate device set, taking the device with the highest priority as the called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: sending a call request to the called device; and under the condition that the called device is not answered after the preset response time, taking the device with the highest priority as a new called device, and sending a call request to the new called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set; and taking each device in the candidate device set as a called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set; judging whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set; when the user exists in the device corresponding space, the device corresponding to the space where the user exists is used as the called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving monitoring information sent by user monitoring equipment under the second family account, wherein the monitoring information is used for representing user activity states in different spaces in a family corresponding to the second family account; and judging whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set or not according to the user monitoring information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: under the condition that the calling request carries the name of the first family account and the called device, determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists, and the target equipment list comprises the corresponding relation between the names of different equipment and equipment identifications; and determining a target device identification corresponding to the name of the called device from the target device list, and determining the device corresponding to the target device identification as the called device.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: the called object further includes an emergency alert center including at least one of 120, 119, 110; and sending a call request to an emergency alert center.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving a call request sent by a calling device under a first family account; the calling request carries a first family account and the name of a called object; wherein the called object comprises a called device or a called account;
according to the first family account and the name of the called object, searching the called device from a target device list associated with the first family account; the target device list comprises a first device set under a first family account and a second device set under a second family account, and the first family account is associated with the second family account;
and under the condition that the calling device is found, sending a calling request to the called device so as to establish a call connection between the calling device and the called device.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: under the condition that the calling request carries the names of a first family account and a called account, determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; wherein, the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists; determining whether the called account is the same as the second family account based on the target device list; and in the case that the called account is the same as the second family account, searching the called device from the target device list.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and in the case that the called account is different from the second family account, sending a response message of call failure to the calling device.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set; and according to the priority of each device in the candidate device set, taking the device with the highest priority as the called device.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: under the condition that the calling request carries the name of the first family account and the called device, determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists, and the target equipment list comprises the corresponding relation between the names of different equipment and equipment identifications; and determining a target device identification corresponding to the name of the called device from the target device list, and determining the device corresponding to the target device identification as the called device.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (13)

1. A method for communicating between devices, the method comprising:
receiving a call request sent by a calling device under a first family account; the calling request carries the name of the first family account and the called object; wherein the called object comprises a called device or a called account;
according to the first family account and the name of the called object, searching the called device from a target device list associated with the first family account; wherein the target device list comprises a first set of devices under the first home account and a second set of devices under a second home account, the first home account being associated with the second home account;
and if the calling request is found, sending the calling request to the called equipment so as to establish the communication connection between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the calling request carries names of the first home account and the called account, the searching for the called device from the target device list associated with the first home account according to the names of the first home account and the called object comprises:
determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; wherein the database comprises a plurality of device lists;
determining whether the called account is the same as the second home account based on the target device list;
and if the target equipment list is the same as the target equipment list, searching the called equipment from the target equipment list.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the called account is different from the second family account, sending a response message of call failure to the calling equipment.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein said searching for the called device from the target device list comprises:
screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set;
and according to the priority of each device in the candidate device set, taking the device with the highest priority as the called device.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
sending the call request to the called device;
and if the called device is not answered after the preset response time, taking the device with the highest priority as a new called device, and sending the call request to the new called device.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein said searching for the called device from the target device list comprises:
screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set;
and taking each device in the candidate device set as the called device.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein said searching for the called device from the target device list comprises:
screening out the devices in the online state in the second device set according to the states of all the devices in the second device set in the target device list, and taking the devices in the online state as a candidate device set;
judging whether a user exists in a space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set;
if yes, the equipment corresponding to the space where the user exists is used as the called equipment.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining whether the user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set comprises:
receiving monitoring information sent by user monitoring equipment under the second home account, wherein the monitoring information is used for representing user activity states in different spaces in a home corresponding to the second home account;
and judging whether a user exists in the space corresponding to each device in the candidate device set or not according to the user monitoring information.
9. The method according to claim 2, wherein if the name of the first home account and the name of the called device are carried in the call request, the searching for the called device from the target device list associated with the first home account according to the name of the first home account and the name of the called object comprises:
determining a target device list associated with the first family account from a preset database according to the first family account; the database comprises a plurality of equipment lists, and the target equipment list comprises the corresponding relation between the names of different equipment and equipment identifications;
and determining a target device identification corresponding to the name of the called device from the target device list, and determining the device corresponding to the target device identification as the called device.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the called object further comprises an emergency alert center including at least one of 120, 119, 110; the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending the call request to the emergency alarm center.
11. An apparatus for communicating between devices, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a call request sent by a calling device under a first family account; the calling request carries the name of the first family account and the called object; wherein the called object comprises a called device or a called account;
the searching module is used for searching the called device from a target device list associated with the first family account according to the first family account and the name of the called object; wherein the target device list comprises a first set of devices under the first home account and a second set of devices under a second home account, the first home account being associated with the second home account;
and the calling module is used for sending the calling request to the called equipment if the calling request is found so as to establish the call connection between the calling equipment and the called equipment.
12. An apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing the computer program.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
