Abstract
The invention discloses a quick-assembly and disassembly ground rod, which comprises: the grounding rod comprises a grounding rod body, a grounding rod handle part arranged at the top end of the grounding rod body and a grounding rod head part arranged at the bottom of the grounding rod body; the handle part of the grounding rod is provided with a grounding rod circular groove for inserting the transverse handle; the structure of the grounding rod body is in a spring shape; the grounding rod head is used for being inserted into the ground; the head of the grounding rod is of a conical structure. Therefore, no matter dry and hard soil or frozen soil, when the ground rod starts to work, the handle of the ground rod is connected with the transverse handle to rotate clockwise in the circular groove of the ground rod, and the ground rod can easily enter the soil; after the work is finished, the grounding rod is rotated anticlockwise to be easily withdrawn from the ground, so that the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the grounding rod is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ground rods, in particular to a quickly assembled and disassembled ground rod.
Background

The quick-mounting and dismounting ground rod is used for solving the technical problems that the existing ground rod is difficult to quickly connect to the ground and is difficult to quickly dismount.
Specifically, the quick-mounting/dismounting ground rod includes: the grounding rod comprises a grounding rod body 1, a grounding rod handle 2 arranged at the top end of the grounding rod body 1 and a grounding rod head 3 arranged at the bottom of the grounding rod body 1;

In order to reduce the generation cost of the quickly assembled and disassembled grounding rod and enable the production and manufacturing process of the grounding rod to accord with the lean production concept, the grounding rod can be divided into an upper half part and a lower half part; the structure of the upper half part is a vertical structure; the structure of the lower half part is in the shape of the spring.
The lower half part of the metal material of the vertical structure is shaped according to a spiral structure with fixed size in a specific production process.
In order to meet the requirements of electric power safety work rules (power line parts) (trial) 3.4.7 that the buried depth of the grounding rod is not less than 60cm and the hardness of the grounding rod is ensured to meet the requirements of various ground materials, the steel materials of the grounding rod body 1, the grounding rod handle part 2 and the grounding rod head part 3 are all round steel.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a dimension labeled diagram of a quick-assembly-disassembly ground rod according to the present invention; the round steel of vertical structure with helical structure's round steel diameter is 20mm, helical structure's middle part diameter is 40mm, helical structure's pitch is 50mm, the bottom surface diameter of toper structure is 10mm, the height of toper structure is 10 mm.
Further, the grounding rod handle 2 is of a circular structure, and the diameter of the circular structure is 32 mm; the diameter of the annular groove 21 of the electric grounding rod is 22 mm.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a three-dimensional schematic view of a quick-assembly and quick-disassembly ground rod of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a connection between the quick-assembly and quick-disassembly ground rod and a transverse handle of the present invention. It can be seen that the transverse handle is connected with the transverse handle through the annular groove 21 of the grounding rod.
Further, the diameter of the transverse handle is 20 mm.
In the specific operation, when in use, the transverse handle is inserted into the circular groove 21 of the grounding rod and is rotated clockwise, so that the quick assembling and disassembling grounding rod can be easily put into the ground; after the work is finished, the transverse handle is inserted into the circular groove 21 of the grounding rod to rotate anticlockwise, so that the quick assembling and disassembling grounding rod can be easily withdrawn from the ground. Therefore, the problem that the common ground rod widely adopted in the power industry is difficult to squeeze in and pull out when meeting dry and hard soil, clay and frozen soil layers is solved. Moreover, the quick-assembly and quick-disassembly ground rod is simple to manufacture, low in cost, convenient to operate and good in popularization and application space and practical value.

the structure of the grounding rod body is in a spring shape;
the grounding rod head is used for being inserted into the ground; the head of the grounding rod is of a conical structure.
2. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the ground rod is separable into an upper half and a lower half; the structure of the upper half part is a vertical structure; the structure of the lower half part is in the shape of the spring.
3. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the steel material of the ground rod body, the ground rod shank and the ground rod head is round steel.
4. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 3, wherein the round steel of the vertical structure and the round steel of the spiral structure are both 20mm in diameter.
5. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 3, wherein the helical formation has a central portion diameter of 40 mm.
6. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 3, wherein the pitch of the helical structure is 50 mm.
7. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the tapered structure is 10mm in diameter.
8. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the height of the tapered structure is 10 mm.
9. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the ground rod shank is a circular structure and the diameter of the circular structure is 32 mm; the diameter of the annular groove of the electric grounding rod is 22 mm.
10. The quick connect and disconnect ground rod of claim 1, wherein the diameter of said cross shank is 20 mm.
