Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent interaction, in particular to a method for configuring a switch in an intelligent interaction mode.
Background
With the development of communication network technology, higher requirements are put on the performance and reliability of the industrial switch, and naturally, higher and faster requirements are put on the configuration method of the industrial switch. The configuration modes of the ethernet switch are many, such as local Console port configuration, Telnet configuration, FTP, TFTP configuration, and dumb terminal mode configuration. The most common configuration methods are the Console port configuration and the Telnet remote configuration. In the aspect of carrying out user service configuration on a traditional switch, the command is complicated and is not easy to memorize, and in order to complete one configuration content, a plurality of commands and command parameters need to be input, and technicians need to be very familiar with the commands. The versions of the Linux operating systems used by different manufacturers are numerous, and although the versions are the same, the configuration commands and the command parameters are different; the technician is required to expend a great deal of effort to remember the details of these different configuration commands and command parameters.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for configuring a switch in an intelligent interactive mode, which comprises the following steps:
1) a technician inputs a voice instruction to a computer through a microphone, the computer records the voice input instruction, identifies voice and then generates keyword information for the voice input instruction;
2) finding out related configuration content by querying a system database, generating prompt information and requiring technical personnel to confirm the configuration content;
3) if the configuration content only designs one instruction, the technical personnel only needs a single confirmation;
4) if a plurality of related configuration contents exist, the computer needs to enumerate each possible configuration content one by one and requires technicians to confirm the related configuration contents one by one, and finally aims to generate each related instruction;
5) the generated commands are used for carrying out operation configuration on the switches one by one, and the final result enables the switches to complete configuration.
Further, the database in step 2) is added with different products of each brand into the technical protocol standard alliance by establishing the technical protocol standard alliance, and respective configuration command files are made according to the protocol standard and are directly stored in a hardware storage chip of the switching device.
Further, each instruction involved in the final generation in step 4) is as follows:
a command word a [ parameter a1] [ parameter a 2. ] [ parameter An ];
a command word B [ parameter B1] [ parameter B2. ] a.
......
A command word N [ parameter N1] [ parameter N2].
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention simplifies the complexity of the switch configuration operation, only needs the technical personnel to be familiar with the target content to be configured, does not need to memorize the specific configuration command and command parameter in detail, inputs the target content to be configured through the voice command, and completes the auxiliary configuration by the computer, thereby greatly lightening the working intensity of the technical personnel and not needing to memorize too many configuration commands and command parameters.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, the hardware part of the method for configuring the switch in the intelligent interactive mode of the present invention includes: the system comprises a computer 1, a voice input device 2, a serial communication device 3, a switch device 4 and a voice recognition system (installed on an operating system of the computer 1).
The voice input equipment consists of a microphone and an audio input cable, and the configuration target content of the technical personnel is transmitted to the computer through the voice input equipment;
the voice recognition system is the existing powerful language recognition tool software, firstly records the audio signal input by the microphone, then recognizes the input voice command of the technical staff, finds out all the needed commands and parameters related to the configuration content according to the voice command content table stored in the database, and prompts the technical staff to operate all the needed commands and parameters one by one through the command line, finally completing the configuration purpose of the technical staff.
The serial communication equipment comprises a serial terminal (or USB-to-serial terminal equipment) of a computer and a serial cable (used for connecting the computer and a switch).
The switch device is the switch that the technician wants to service configure.
As shown in fig. 2, a software flow chart for configuring an exchange for a whole voice input instruction mode is provided, in which a technician inputs a voice instruction to a computer through a microphone, the computer records the voice input instruction and recognizes a voice, then generates keyword information for the voice input instruction, finds out related configuration contents by querying a system database, generates prompt information and requires the technician to confirm the configuration contents, if the configuration contents only design one instruction, the technician only needs to confirm a single instruction, if there are a plurality of related configuration contents, the computer needs to enumerate each possible configuration content one by one, and requires the technician to confirm the related configuration contents one by one, and the final purpose is to generate each related instruction as follows:
a command word a [ parameter a1] [ parameter a 2. ] [ parameter An ];
a command word B [ parameter B1] [ parameter B2. ] a.
......
A command word N [ parameter N1] [ parameter N2. ]. [ parameter Nn ];
the generated commands are used for carrying out operation configuration on the switches one by one, and the final result enables the switches to complete configuration.
The query database is referred to in fig. 2, and the establishment of this database is also accumulation requiring a certain degree of time and scope of application. Many manufacturers at home and abroad need to collect and summarize configuration commands and parameters related to different brands and different products, can establish a good technical communication channel with each manufacturer, establish a technical protocol standard alliance, acquire the support of each manufacturer, add the configuration commands into the technical protocol standard alliance, make respective configuration command files according to the protocol standard, and directly store the configuration command files in a hardware storage chip of switching equipment, such as an E2 PROM.
As shown in fig. 3, in the structure diagram, the upper part is a host core diagram of a SWITCH, which shows that the switching device and an external computer are in communication connection through a network RJ45 interface, a configuration command file is stored in an E2PROM, and a central processing unit CPU or a switching chip SWITCH reads the file and transmits the file to the external computer through an RJ45 interface. The protocol for downloading the configuration command file by the service port is established in the protocol, so that the relevant configuration command file can be downloaded from the switch device by directly connecting with the network port, and then the configuration command file is classified and filed. The network interface in fig. three uses RJ45 interface, and the network interface has many specifications, not to mention, as long as it can ensure data interaction between the switching device and the external computer.
Every time each manufacturer releases a new type of switch, the new type needs to be added and relevant keyword guide is established, and the purpose of quickly searching corresponding configuration commands in the later period is achieved. The process of establishing the database can simplify the commands and command parameters related to the model to key word query by using the brand and the model name as index directories, so that the established database can cover all brand products and corresponds to various configuration environments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
