In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, in which a specific receiving user related to sending information may be set, so that information may be sent to the specific receiving user when negotiating or exchanging, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that all members in the same negotiating room can see the information and cause information leakage, and thus improving confidentiality and security of the information.

After receiving the quotation information sent by each of the plurality of suppliers, the server gathers the names of the suppliers and the quotation information sent by the suppliers, thereby obtaining an gathering result. The summary result may be stored in a table form, or may be stored in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 602: and respectively sending the summarized results to a plurality of second terminal devices.
In this step, the second terminal device may be a terminal device corresponding to a review expert, a terminal device corresponding to a review group, and a terminal device corresponding to a project manager, and of course, may also be a terminal device corresponding to another user participating in purchase or negotiation, which is only required to have permission to view quotation information provided by each provider. After determining the summary result of the quotation information of each provider, the server may send the summary result to each second terminal device.
Step 603: and receiving the communication information sent by the third terminal equipment, and determining a target receiving user of the communication information, wherein the third terminal equipment is any equipment in the first terminal equipment and/or the second terminal equipment, and the communication information is acquired by the third terminal equipment according to the summarized result.
In this step, the third terminal device may include a terminal device corresponding to a vendor, a terminal device corresponding to a review expert, a terminal device corresponding to a review group, or a terminal device corresponding to an item manager, which is only required to exchange information in a purchasing or negotiating process; the communication information may be quotation information or negotiation information for price or commodity.
In the process of purchasing or negotiating, the server sends the summarized result to terminal equipment corresponding to the review expert, terminal equipment corresponding to the review group or terminal equipment corresponding to the project manager, so that the review expert, the review group or the project manager can communicate on line with respect to the summarized result in the same negotiating room. In addition, the provider may also communicate certain information or offers, and the users will enter the communication information via the third terminal device. And the third terminal equipment sends the received communication information to the server. After receiving the communication information, the server does not directly send the communication information to terminal devices corresponding to all members in the negotiation room, but determines the target receiving user of the communication information. That is, the communication is selectively sent to some members of the negotiation room, but not to all members of the negotiation room.
In one possible implementation manner, when determining the target receiving user of the communication information, the target information type of the communication information may be determined according to the communication information, and the target receiving user corresponding to the target information type may be determined according to a preset correspondence between the information type and the receiving user.
Specifically, the exchange information may include quotation information of the provider, information submitted by the provider, inquiry information made by the expert on qualification of the provider, response information made by the provider on the inquiry, negotiation information between the provider and the review expert, and information exchanged between the review expert, etc. After receiving the communication information sent by the third terminal device, the server analyzes the communication information to identify the content of the communication information, thereby determining the target information category of the communication information. For example, if the exchange information is the offer information of the provider, the target information category may be an offer category, if the exchange information is the product information, the target information category may be a product category, if the exchange information is the review exchange information and the review result information, the target information category may be a review category, or the like.
The corresponding relation between the information category and the receiving user is pre-stored in the server, and after the target information category is determined, the server determines the target receiving user corresponding to the target information category according to the pre-stored corresponding relation, so that the directional sending of the communication information is realized. For example, when the target information category is a quotation category, the server may send the communication information to a review expert, a review group leader, a project manager; when the target information category is a review class, the server sends the communication information to a review expert and a review group; when the target information category is purchasing flow prompt information sent by the host, the server sends communication information to all people.
In the mode, the server determines the target information category of the communication information according to the communication information, and determines the target receiving user corresponding to the target information category according to the corresponding relation between the preset information category and the receiving user. In another possible implementation manner, when determining the target receiving user of the communication information, the user category sent by the third terminal device may be received, and all users corresponding to the user category may be determined as the target receiving user.
Specifically, when the user sends the exchange information, the user can directly specify which type of user can receive the exchange information, that is, specify the user category, so that all users corresponding to the user category are determined as target receiving users. User categories may include, among other things, suppliers, review experts, review group owners, project managers, moderators, and user-specified recipients. When the third terminal device sends the communication information and the user category is sent, the server screens out the terminal device corresponding to the user category and sends the communication information to the terminal device. For example, when the target user category in the communication information is a review expert, the server screens out terminal equipment corresponding to the review expert and sends the communication information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the review expert; when the target user category in the communication information is the provider, the server screens out the terminal equipment corresponding to the provider and sends the communication information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the provider.
In the method, the user can simultaneously specify the user category of the user receiving the communication information when the user sends the communication information, so that the server can directly forward the communication information to all users corresponding to the user category after receiving the communication information, thereby not only improving the efficiency of sending the communication information, but also improving the confidentiality of the information.
In yet another possible implementation, in determining the target receiving user of the communication information, the target receiving user may be determined according to a user tag in the communication information.
Specifically, in this manner, when the user transmits the communication information, the user selects not the category of the receiving user but the identification or name of the receiving user, that is, the user who has received the communication information. The user tag in the communication information may be a user name or a user id selected when the third terminal device sends the communication information. The server can screen out the terminal equipment corresponding to the user tag and send the communication information to the corresponding terminal equipment. For example: when the user tag in the communication information is the review expert A, the server screens out the terminal equipment corresponding to the review expert A and sends the communication information to the terminal equipment; when the user label in the communication information is the id of the expert group, the server screens out the terminal equipment corresponding to the expert group and sends the communication information to the terminal equipment
In the method, the server screens out the terminal equipment corresponding to the user tag in the communication information and only sends the communication information to the user corresponding to the user tag, so that confidentiality of the communication information is maintained.
In yet another possible implementation, in determining the target recipient user to exchange information, the target recipient user may be determined by creating a group using a previous message recipient list.
Specifically, when the communication information sent by the third terminal device includes a plurality of recipient ids or recipient names, the sender corresponding terminal device and the recipient terminal device included in the communication information may be built into a group, and when a message sent by a certain terminal in the group selects the group as a receiving object, the server sends the message to other members in the group. For example, when a message receiver sent by the sender "provider 1" includes "panel expert 1", "panel expert 2" and "panel group length", the server may build "provider 1", "panel expert 2" and "panel group length" as a group, and the group name may use a default value provided by the server, for example, "group 1", or may be modified according to a message sent by a member in the group corresponding to the terminal device, and when a target receiving user of another piece of communication information sent by the member in the group corresponding to the terminal device is the discussion group, the server may send the piece of communication information to the member in the group.
Further, after determining the target receiving user of the communication information, the server may store the correspondence between the communication information and the target receiving user corresponding to the communication information in the database.
Specifically, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a process flow of exchanging information, as shown in fig. 7, a terminal device loads server data by using an Ajax through an asynchronous request, a user view is presented to a user, and a Websocket is used for data exchange between the terminal device and the server, and the server can adopt a Spring MVC or Mybatis framework. After the user inputs the communication information in the user view and sends the communication information to the server through the terminal equipment, the server processes the communication information through the Spring MVC or Mybatis frame, and utilizes the Redis to cache the data and stores the Redis data into the MySQL database so as to realize the persistent storage of the data.
Because the terminal equipment loads the server data by using Ajax, asynchronous communication between the terminal equipment and the server can be realized; the server and the terminal device use the WebSocket protocol to exchange data, so that the data exchange is simpler, the control cost is reduced, and the instantaneity of a negotiation room is enhanced; the data is stored in the database, so that the information can be recorded and queried, the information can be traced, and the current negotiation state and the instant retrieval and query of related information are provided for project managers. Meanwhile, in the bid evaluation process of the commentary, the system directly provides the response of the supplier to a certain category, so that the expert does not need to wait for loading of the large-scale bid file, and the online bid evaluation is realized.
Step 604: and sending the communication information to fourth terminal equipment corresponding to the target receiving user.
In this step, unlike the prior art, in the present application, the server does not send the communication information to all members in the negotiation room, but only sends the communication information to the fourth terminal device corresponding to the determined target receiving user, where the fourth terminal device may be a terminal device corresponding to a review expert, a terminal device corresponding to a review group, a terminal device corresponding to an item manager, or a terminal device corresponding to a provider.
According to the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the server collects the quotation information of the suppliers by receiving the quotation information of the suppliers sent by each of the plurality of first terminal devices, and sends the collected result to the plurality of second terminal devices, so that the users corresponding to the plurality of second terminal devices can compare and evaluate the quotations of each supplier; in addition, the server may further receive the communication information sent by the third terminal device, and determine a target receiving user of the communication information, so as to send the communication information to a fourth terminal device corresponding to the target receiving user. After receiving the communication information, the server does not send the communication information to all users in the negotiating room, but only to the fourth terminal device corresponding to the target receiving user, thereby avoiding information leakage and improving information security and confidentiality.
Next, a specific implementation of the negotiation room in each of the above embodiments will be described.
Specifically, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a basic data model of a negotiation room, and as shown in fig. 8, the basic data model of the negotiation room is as follows:
list1 negotiating room definition List: chat_room= [ negotiating room id; negotiating a room name; negotiating room creation time; negotiating room status (1 enabled, 2 disabled, 3 end); related item id; related item names; related punctuation names; related segment id; the round id ] and the definition list of the negotiating room can visually show the name of the current negotiating room, the negotiating project, the sub-projects of the negotiating project, and the round of negotiating the current negotiating, wherein the punctuation is the sub-projects of the negotiating project. The server can automatically generate a negotiating room id, negotiating room creation time, negotiating room status, round id and provide default values of negotiating room names, related project names and related segment names according to negotiating conditions, negotiating names and the like, and the server can modify the default values through information sent by the terminal equipment.
List2 negotiating membership List: chat_member= [ member id; a member name; a member state; member joining time; negotiating a room id; a user id; user name ]. The negotiating membership list shows information on ids, names, categories (panel experts, panel group, suppliers, etc.), status (whether it is still in the negotiating room, being reviewed, being quoted, etc.), joining time, etc. of all members in the negotiating room, wherein the membership ids, membership names are role identities, and the membership list is associated with the negotiating room according to the negotiating room ids. Wherein the member id, member status, member joining time server can be automatically generated and recorded.
List3 negotiating history membership table: chat_member_history= [ member id; negotiating a room id; a user id; exchange time ]. The exchange time can be automatically recorded according to the member change time, and the table is used for recording the change of the negotiating member in the negotiating platform, so that the later inquiry and the tracing are facilitated.
List4 negotiating membership category table: chat_membrane_type= [ id; category name ]. The table is used for recording the role categories in negotiations, for example, the current negotiating room has four roles, namely, a system, a host, a review expert, a provider, and the category names in the list can also comprise a review group leader, an item manager, and the like.
List5 negotiation message List: chat_msg= [ message id; sender id; a sender name; message content; a transmission time; negotiating room id ]. Wherein the server can automatically generate a message id, and other parameters can be automatically recorded according to a sender, a sending time and the like. The sender id is mainly used for recording detailed information of the message sent in the negotiating room, and provides basis for subsequent tracing.
List6 message template: chat_msg_template= [ template id; a template name; template content, which is a template table for sending messages in negotiating rooms, and provides common message templates for users in the process of material purchase negotiations. The list now provides common messages including review host messages, singing price host/expert/vendor messages, review comment messages, primary host, expert messages, etc. The URL of the appointed hyperlink target of the template is stored in the content of the template in the table, and the template is directly jumped to the appointed page in the using process, so that the message is perfected according to the template. The template is arranged aiming at part of fixed links, wherein the fixed links such as purchase files, response files and the like mainly negotiate contents, the communication contents of the fixed links are relatively fixed, and the template can be conveniently established for the use of the platform.
List7 message to person association List: chat_msg_to_member= [ message id; a recipient id; receiving a chat name of the person; a recipient user name; the server can complete the function of seeing the message to the appointed personnel in the same negotiating room by matching the corresponding member information in the negotiating member list with the information-to-personnel association list. For example, when the terminal device limits the recipient chat name of the message to the person association list to "panel expert 1", only the user corresponding terminal with the chat name of "panel expert 1" in the negotiating member can receive the message, and when the terminal device limits the recipient id of the message to the person association list to "85643", only the user corresponding terminal with the recipient id of "85643" in the negotiating member can receive the message. In general, the terminal device sends a message with the information of the selected member, and the server records the content of the message to List5 and records the information of the selected member to List7. The process of sending the message can be that the server regularly refreshes and inquires background information, when inquiring that the information (distinguished according to the message id) is visible to a person, the message can be sent to a corresponding terminal, or the visible person of the message can be screened out and sent to a corresponding terminal device when the information sent by the terminal is received, and the server can send the message in other modes.
List8 message to personnel category List: chat_msg_to_type= [ message id; a recipient id; a recipient name; a recipient category; the negotiating room id ] mainly records the association information of the message and the category of the receiver, and can complete the function of seeing the message for the designated category roles in the same negotiating room by matching with the message List, the user can select the visible category when sending the message, the system records the message content to List5, and records the selected member information to List8. When the server receives the information with the personnel category, the category of the receiver in the information is matched with the category of the member in the chat room, and the information is sent to the terminal corresponding to the user with the appointed category.
List9 group member management table chat_group= [ group id, member id, chat room id, user id, group creation time ]; list10 message to group List: chat_msg_to_group= [ message id; a recipient id; a recipient name; a recipient category; group id; group name ]. When the server recognizes that the message is visible to the message of the multiple people, the server records the condition of the checked member, creates a group for the member, records the group information to a List9, and when the same id is received next time, the message can be directly sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the member of the group, the related message is recorded to the List10, and the messages sent by the terminals corresponding to other members in the discussion group are visible only to members in the discussion group. For example, when the message content includes a message whose recipient name is "panel expert 1" and "panel expert 2", a panel group whose group name is "panel group 1" is created, and when the message content is received for the second time with the recipient name of "panel expert 1" and "panel expert 2", or the message content is selected to receive the message whose group name is "panel group 1", the message may be directly transmitted to the terminal device corresponding to the member in "panel group 1", that is, the terminal device corresponding to the member name of "panel expert 1" and "panel expert 2"; when the message content contains a group name of "25679" and "25680", a discussion group with a group name of "discussion group 2" is created, and when the message content is received for the second time, the recipient id of "25679" and "25680" or the message content is selected to be targeted to receive a message with a group name of "discussion group 2" by a user, the message can be directly sent to a terminal device corresponding to a member in "discussion group 2", namely, a terminal device corresponding to a member id of "25679" and "25680". The server can determine the receiver id, the receiver name and the receiver category according to the message sent by the terminal equipment, the group id can be automatically generated, and the group name can be generated by the server or can be set according to the message sent by the terminal equipment.
Fig. 9 is another flow chart of an information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment of the present application describes in detail a process of processing, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the relevant information of the provider or the audit information of the bid information by receiving the audit expert after the server sends the bid information of the provider to a plurality of second terminal devices. As shown in fig. 9, the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application includes the following steps:
step 901: and respectively receiving auditing information sent by each of the plurality of second terminal devices, wherein the auditing information is used for indicating auditing results of auditing supplier information of a supplier, and the supplier information comprises quotation information of the supplier and qualification information of the supplier.
In this step, the second terminal device may be a terminal corresponding to a review expert or a review group, and after receiving the review information sent by each of the plurality of second terminal devices, the server may aggregate all the review information, where the aggregate result may be a list including a provider list and review results corresponding to the provider list one to one, and the review result may be passed or not passed through the present-round review, or may be a score for the provider offer or the comprehensive strength.
Step 902: and screening the approved suppliers from the suppliers according to the auditing information sent by the second terminal equipment.
In this step, after receiving the review results sent by the terminal devices corresponding to the users such as the review expert, the review group, etc., the server screens out the list of the suppliers passing through the current round of review in the review results, or screens out the list of the suppliers with the total score or average score greater than a certain preset value, so as to obtain the list of the suppliers passing through the current round of review. The list of suppliers that pass the screening may also be obtained by receiving a message from the corresponding terminal of the panel group. The screening method can be other methods as long as the preset requirement can be met, the list of the suppliers through the round of review can be a list, and other summarization methods can be also adopted.
Step 903: and sending the approved supplier to the second terminal equipment.
In this step, the second terminal device may be a terminal device corresponding to a review group leader, an item manager, or the like, which is not limited by the present application, and the terminal device only needs to have authority to view the review result. The server will send the selected vendor names to the authorized viewing terminal devices.
In this embodiment, after receiving the audit results of the review expert and the review group, the server may process the review results, screen the provider who passes the present round of review, and then send the result to the terminal device corresponding to the user such as the review expert and the review group, so that the user such as the review expert and the review group can more conveniently view the review results, and save time cost.
In addition, after the server sends the provider passing the audit to the second terminal device, the user corresponding to the second terminal device can also modify the review result. The server receives modification information for modifying the auditing result, which is sent by the second terminal device, and the modification information comprises a user level of a user for modifying the auditing result; judging whether the user level is a preset level, and if the user level is the preset level, modifying the checking result according to the change information.
Specifically, the above-mentioned modification information may be modification review criteria, for example, adjustment of total score or average score required by review, modification information may be review score or result, or the like. When receiving the change information, the server needs to determine whether the terminal device sending the change information meets the permission requirement, wherein the preset level can be a review group owner or a project manager during review, and the preset level can be the project manager after the review group owner has confirmed the review information. And if the preset level is reached, modifying the contents such as the review standard or the review opinion of the expert according to the contents of the change information. Specific examples are: if the evaluation group is in the process of evaluating, each evaluation person firstly scores, the scoring result is submitted to the group leader, at the moment, the evaluation person cannot make new modification on the evaluation result, if the evaluation group leader is in the process of evaluating, the evaluation group leader can unlock and modify the evaluation result of the expert, and if the evaluation group leader is in the process of confirming the evaluation information, the project manager makes modification on the evaluation information. Modifications may be made to the screening mode when the number of approved suppliers obtained is too large or too small, the score criteria in the screening mode may be lowered, and the score criteria in the screening mode may be raised when the number of approved suppliers is too large. The modification information may also be other content, to which the present application is not limited. In addition, in the process of the evaluation, the authorized terminal equipment can see the progress of each evaluation, and when all the evaluation persons finish the evaluation, the evaluation group can see the specific information of each evaluation person.
In this embodiment, the server receives the modification information and determines whether the client end sending the modification information reaches the preset level, if so, the content such as the review standard or the review opinion of the expert is modified according to the content of the modification information, and the controllability of the review result can be increased by adding the modification operation.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus 100 according to the present application. For example, referring to fig. 10, the information processing apparatus 100 may include: and the receiving module 1001 is configured to receive offer information of a provider sent by each of the plurality of first terminal devices.

The processor 1101 is configured to read a computer program stored in the memory 1102, and execute the technical solution of the information processing method in any of the foregoing embodiments according to the computer program in the memory 1102.
Alternatively, the memory 1102 may be separate or integrated with the processor 1101. When the memory 1102 is separate from the processor 1101, the server may further include: a bus connecting the memory 1102 and the processor 1101.
Optionally, the present embodiment further includes: the receiver and transmitter, the receiver 1103 and the transmitter 1104 are connected with the server. The application also provides an information processing system, which comprises a server as shown in fig. 11, and a first terminal device and a second terminal device which are respectively connected with the server in a communication way, wherein the first terminal device is used for sending quotation information of a provider to the server; the second terminal equipment is used for receiving a summary result obtained by the server which sums up quotation information of all suppliers; the first terminal device and/or the third terminal device in the second terminal device are/is further used for sending communication information to the server, wherein the communication information is acquired by the third terminal device according to the summarized result; the first terminal device and/or a fourth terminal device in the second terminal device are/is further configured to receive the communication information sent by the server, where the fourth terminal device is different from the third terminal device.
The implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the server, the first terminal device and the second terminal device are similar to those of the information processing method, and reference may be made to the implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the information processing method, which are not described herein.
The present application also provides a computer readable storage medium, in which computer executable instructions are stored, when a processor executes the computer executable instructions, the technical scheme of the information processing method in any of the above embodiments is implemented, and the implementation principle and the beneficial effects are similar to those of the information processing method, and can be seen from the implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the information processing method, and will not be described herein.

1. An information processing method, characterized by being applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving quotation information of suppliers sent by a plurality of first terminal devices respectively, and summarizing the quotation information of all the suppliers to obtain a summarizing result, wherein the first terminal devices are terminal devices corresponding to the suppliers;
respectively sending the summarized results to a plurality of second terminal devices, wherein the second terminal devices are terminal devices with authority to check quotation information sent by the first terminal device;
Receiving communication information sent by third terminal equipment, and determining a target receiving user of the communication information, wherein the third terminal equipment is any equipment in the first terminal equipment and/or the second terminal equipment, and the communication information is acquired by the third terminal equipment according to the summarizing result;
the communication information is sent to fourth terminal equipment corresponding to the target receiving user;
the determining the target receiving user of the communication information comprises the following steps:
determining a target information category of the communication information according to the communication information;
and determining a target receiving user corresponding to the target information category according to the corresponding relation between the preset information category and the receiving user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining the targeted receiving user of the communication comprises:
receiving a user category sent by the third terminal equipment;
and determining all the users corresponding to the user category as the target receiving users.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the sending the summarized result to the plurality of second terminal devices, the method further comprises:
Respectively receiving auditing information sent by each of the plurality of second terminal devices, wherein the auditing information is used for indicating auditing results of auditing supplier information of a supplier, and the supplier information comprises quotation information of the supplier and qualification information of the supplier;
screening the approved suppliers from a plurality of suppliers according to the auditing information sent by each second terminal device;
and sending the provider passing the verification to the second terminal equipment.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein after the transmitting of the approved supplier to the second terminal device, the method further comprises:
receiving change information which is sent by the second terminal equipment and is used for modifying the auditing result, wherein the change information comprises a user level of a user modifying the auditing result;
judging whether the user level is a preset level or not;
and if the user level is the preset level, modifying the auditing result according to the change information.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after said determining the target receiving user of the communication information, the method further comprises:
And storing the corresponding relation between the communication information and the target receiving user corresponding to the communication information in a database.
6. An information processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving quotation information of a provider, which is sent by each of a plurality of first terminal devices, wherein the first terminal devices are terminal devices corresponding to the provider;
the processing module is used for summarizing quotation information of all suppliers to obtain a summarizing result, wherein the second terminal equipment is terminal equipment with authority to check the quotation information sent by the first terminal equipment;
the sending module is used for respectively sending the summarized results to a plurality of second terminal devices;
the receiving module is further configured to receive communication information sent by a third terminal device, where the third terminal device is any device in the first terminal device and/or the second terminal device, and the communication information is obtained by the third terminal device according to the summary result;
the processing module is also used for determining a target receiving user of the communication information;
the sending module is further configured to send the communication information to a fourth terminal device corresponding to the target receiving user;
The processing module is specifically configured to determine a target information category of the communication information according to the communication information;
and determining a target receiving user corresponding to the target information category according to the corresponding relation between the preset information category and the receiving user.
7. A server, comprising: a processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the method of any one of claims 1-5.
8. An information processing system comprising the server according to claim 7, and a first terminal device and a second terminal device which are respectively communicatively connected to the server.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, are adapted to implement the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
