Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an integrated platform for managing internet of things devices of a building, including: a plurality of building sensors 10, the plurality of building sensors 10 are respectively installed on various public devices 15 and user security devices 16 (such as doors and windows) of a community, and respectively detect various public devices 15 and user security devices 16 and generate a device operation signal 11 and a user security signal 12 with transmission format settings.

The building internet of things management platform 30 comprises a big data storage unit 31, a data statistics module 32, a learning evaluation module 33 and a message notification module 34, wherein the learning evaluation module 33 performs comparative analysis learning on each equipment operation signal 11 obtained by each building sensor 10 detecting each public equipment 15 (such as the generator in fig. 2) through the big data storage unit 31 and the data statistics module 32, so that the learning evaluation module 33 generates an equipment lifetime derivation data 331 and transmits the equipment lifetime derivation data to a long term maintenance management system 40, and the message notification module 34 transmits the user security signal 12 to at least one user mobile device 50.
The long-term repair management system 40 receives the device service life derivation data 331, and performs repair or replacement reporting on the expired device according to the device service life derivation data 331, and generates a community annual repair list 41 for providing a management unit with a precise annual repair budget.
The at least one user mobile device 50 receives the user security signal 12 and displays it on the screen.

Moreover, each building sensor 10 sends out a user security signal 12 with a transmission format setting, which is transmitted to at least one user mobile device 50 through the base station management device 20 and the message notification module 34 of the building internet of things management platform 30, so as to remind each resident to perform security confirmation in time without increasing the operation execution burden of the management unit, thereby assisting security management.
