The electronic measuring instrument as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein a T-shaped column (412) is fixed at the lower end of the adjusting threaded column (408), a T-shaped chute (413) is arranged at the upper end of the positioning column (407), and the lower end of the T-shaped column (412) is movably connected in the T-shaped chute (413); an annular limiting bulge is arranged at the lower end of the T-shaped column (412), and a buffer spring is arranged between the annular limiting bulge and the opening end of the T-shaped sliding groove (413).

An electronic measuring instrument as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the upper part of the upper lifting column (302) is rotatably connected with the lower end of the leveling seat (4) through a third bearing (305), and the upper part of the lower positioning seat (301) is rotatably connected with the lower part of the inner ring of the manual adjusting ring (303) through a fourth bearing (306); the lower end of the lower positioning seat (301) extends into the movable base (2), an annular steel ball groove is correspondingly formed between the lower end face of the lower positioning seat (301) and the inner wall of the movable base (2), and a plurality of steel balls are uniformly arranged in the annular steel ball groove; an annular limiting part (307) is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the lower positioning seat (301), and the annular limiting part (307) is rotatably connected inside the lower positioning seat (301).
