The torque wrench is matched with the tension sensor to detect defects in the conventional method, such as low efficiency, high labor intensity, constant 30Nm torque rotation, difficulty in bearing by operators, generally alternate operation of several operators with good physical quality, and low efficiency due to the fact that the labor intensity is close to that of pure manual work; the special customized detection machine can solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity, but has the defects of high price, poor compatibility and high cost, and special equipment is usually only suitable for detecting single-variety spare tire lifters.

The pneumatic pedal valve 16 is electrically connected with the air cylinder 11, the pneumatic screw cutter 9 is electrically connected with the pneumatic reversing valve 17, and the pneumatic reversing valve 17 is fixedly installed at the top end of the rack 1.
The tension sensor 13 is electrically connected with a display 18, and the display 18 is fixedly installed at the top end of the rack 1.
The pneumatic screw cutter 9 can rotate forwards and backwards, and the maximum torque of the pneumatic screw cutter 9 is 50 Nm.
By using the device, an operator puts the spare tire lifter into the positioning tool 12, applies pressure to the pneumatic foot valve 16 to ensure that the air cylinder 11 works and presses downwards, the working air cylinder 11 pushes the adjusted pneumatic screw blade 9 with the maximum torque of 30Nm to the part of the spare tire lifter needing to rotate through the guide slide block 7 to be connected with the chuck 10 and rotate, the tail part of a part is tensioned by a steel wire rope after the pneumatic screw blade 9 rotates to ensure that the part works, when the spare tire lifter rotates to the set torque of 30Nm, the rotation is automatically stopped, the tension sensor 13 correspondingly displays the current tension on the display screen after the steel wire rope is stressed, an operator can judge whether parts are qualified or not according to whether the tension value is larger than 1900N, the pneumatic reversing valve 17 is shifted to enable the pneumatic spiral cutter 9 to reversely rotate until the steel wire rope unloads the force, the pneumatic foot valve 16 is loosened to enable the air cylinder 11 to ascend and return to the original position, a spare tire lifter product is taken out, and the detection process is completed.
