On the one hand, the extrusion force of the L-shaped towing column 11 and the transverse hitching column 51 is increased, so that the transverse hitching column 51 is not easy to separate from the L-shaped towing column 11; on the other hand, friction is increased to prevent the lateral hitching leg 51 from sliding laterally.
Further, as shown in fig. 5-6, the top end surface of the L-shaped towing column 11 is provided with a plurality of locking mechanisms, preferably, in this embodiment, two locking mechanisms are provided; the locking mechanism comprises a hanging column locking plate 13, a threaded hole 15 and a locking bolt 14, wherein the threaded hole 15 is formed in the top end face of the L-shaped towing column part 11, a through hole matched with the locking bolt 14 is formed in one end of the hanging column locking plate 13, and the locking bolt 14 penetrates through the through hole and is in threaded engagement with the threaded hole 15; in the unlocked state, the hooking post locking piece 13 is located in the top end surface of the L-shaped towing post 11, and in the locked state, the hooking post locking piece 13 extends out of the top end surface of the L-shaped towing post 11. When the hanging frame 5 is installed, a little locking bolt 14 is screwed, so that the locking bolt 14 does not squeeze the hanging column locking piece 13, the hanging column locking piece 13 is rotated to be completely positioned in the top end surface of the L-shaped towing column part 11, then the locking bolt 14 is screwed down to fix the hanging column locking piece 13, the assembly of the hanging frame 5 is not affected, after the transverse hanging column 51 is assembled, the locking bolt 14 is screwed down a little more, the locking bolt 14 does not squeeze the hanging column locking piece 13, the hanging column locking piece 13 is rotated to extend out of the top end surface of the L-shaped towing column part 11, finally the locking bolt 14 is screwed down to fix the hanging column locking piece 13, and the L-shaped towing column part 11 and the transverse hanging column 51 are locked together. Otherwise, the working process is similar to the installation when the hanging frame 5 is disassembled, and the description is omitted. Preferably, in order to better lock the L-shaped towing post 11 and the transverse hitching leg 51, a spacer is also provided between the locking bolt 14 and the hitching leg locking piece 13. According to the invention, the locking mechanism is skillfully arranged, so that the solar heat collector can be effectively prevented from falling accidentally, when the installation and adjustment mechanism is required to be detached, the locking bolt is only required to be unscrewed slightly, the locking plate of the hanging column is rotated to be completely positioned in the top end surface of the L-shaped towing column, and then the hanging frame is moved upwards, so that the solar heat collector is stable in connection and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the mounting plate 6 is hinged to the top end of the hanger 5 through a first support lug 53, the angle adjusting mechanism 7 includes a telescopic component 71 and a guiding and limiting component 70, one end of the telescopic component 71 is hinged to the hanger 5 through a second support lug 54, and the other end of the telescopic component is hinged to the mounting plate 6 through a third support lug 61; preferably, the upper end of the mounting plate 6 is provided with a first shaft seat 62, two ends of the first shaft seat 62 are fixedly provided with first shafts 63, the first lugs 53 are arranged at two ends of the top surface of the hanger 5, and the first shafts 63 are positioned in the first two lugs 53.
Further, referring to fig. 8-10, the telescopic assembly 71 includes a stud 72, a left threaded cylinder 73 and a right threaded cylinder 74, the stud 72 includes a screwing head 721 and left and right threaded rods 722, 723 respectively located at two sides of the screwing head 721, and the threads of the left and right threaded rods 722, 723 are opposite in rotation; a left threaded hole 731 is formed in the right end face of the left threaded barrel 73, and the left threaded hole 731 is matched with the left threaded rod 722; a right threaded hole 741 is formed in the left end surface of the right threaded cylinder 74, and the right threaded hole 741 is matched with a right threaded rod 723; the left end of the left threaded cylinder 73 is fixedly provided with a second axle seat 732, two ends of the second axle seat 732 are fixedly provided with a second axle 733, and the second axle 733 is positioned in the second support lugs 54. When the included angle between the mounting plate 6 and the hanging frame 5 needs to be adjusted, the screwing head 721 is rotated to enable the double-head telescopic bolt 72 to rotate, and the left threaded cylinder 73 and the right threaded cylinder 74 are far away from or close to each other due to the fact that threads of the left threaded rod 722 and threads of the right threaded rod 723 are opposite in rotation direction, so that the telescopic component 71 is lengthened or shortened, and accordingly the angle of the mounting plate 6 is adjusted. Preferably, referring to fig. 11, the second support lug 54 includes a second support lug seat 541 and a second support lug cover 542, where the second support lug seat 541 and the second support lug cover 542 are detachably connected by a bolt, and other arrangements of the second support lug 54 adopt the prior art, which is not described herein. More preferably, all lugs in this embodiment are identical in structure.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the guiding and limiting assembly 70 includes an arc plate 701 mounted on the right end surface of the hanger 5 and a fixing plate 702 mounted on the left end surface of the mounting plate 6; the arc 701 is provided with an arc guiding and limiting bar hole 703, the fixing plate 702 is welded with a guiding and limiting column 704, and the guiding and limiting column 704 is slidably located in the arc guiding and limiting bar hole 703. By arranging the guide limiting component, the rotation of the mounting plate 6 can be guided, so that the mounting plate can rotate more stably; and secondly, when the angle between the mounting plate 6 and the hanging frame 5 is increased, the threaded stud 72 is screwed too far, and the left threaded cylinder 73 and the right threaded cylinder 74 are separated from the threaded stud 72.
Further, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the lockbolt assembly 4 includes a stud 41, a first nut 42, a second nut 43, and a lockbolt 44, the stud 41 includes a bolt head 411, and a left bolt shaft 412 and a right bolt shaft 413 respectively located at two ends of the hexagonal bolt head 411, the threads of the left bolt shaft 412 are matched with the threads of the threaded through hole 12 and the threaded blind hole, and preferably, the sum of the thickness of the threaded through hole 12 and the depth of the threaded blind hole is greater than or equal to the length of the left bolt shaft 412; the right bolt rod 413 is sequentially connected with a first nut 42 and a second nut 43 in a threaded manner; the second nut 43 is provided with a threaded through hole 431, the lockbolt 44 is matched with the threaded through hole 431, and the length of the screw section of the lockbolt 44 is greater than the thickness of the second nut 43.
Referring to fig. 14, the locking bolt assembly of the present invention operates in the following manner:
when the external wall panel is installed, the left bolt rod completely enters the threaded through hole and the threaded blind hole by screwing the bolt head, so that the primary installation of the external wall panel is completed; then, screwing the first nut onto the right bolt rod until the left end of the first nut is tightly attached to the right end of the bolt head; again, the second nut 43 is screwed onto the right bolt shank until the left end of the second nut abuts the right end of the first nut; finally, the lockbolt 44 is screwed into the threaded through hole formed in the second nut 43 until the lockbolt abuts against the right end of the first nut. As shown in fig. 14, the lockbolt on the second nut is propped against the right end of the first nut, the first nut is slightly inclined leftwards under the force of the protruding block, and the second nut is slightly inclined rightwards under the action of the reaction force, that is, the thread central axes of the first nut and the second nut are not overlapped with the axis of the stud, at the moment, the first nut and the second nut cannot rotate around the axis of the stud under the interaction, so that the lockbolt assembly is locked, and the lockbolt is prevented from loosing.
Further, as shown in fig. 15-19, the solar collector body 3 includes a water tank 31 fixedly connected to the bottom end on the right side of the mounting plate 6, and a plurality of heat collecting pipes 32, each heat collecting pipe 32 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate 6, the bottom end of each heat collecting pipe 32 is communicated with the water tank 31, a sealing cover 33 detachably connected is provided at the upper end of each heat collecting pipe 32, and a cleaning mechanism 8 is provided inside each heat collecting pipe 32. The scale inside the heat collecting pipe 32 can be cleaned through the cleaning mechanism, so that the cleaning convenience of the heat collector is improved, and the heating efficiency of the heat collector is further improved. Preferably, in order to improve the stability of the heat collecting tube 32, a fixing ring 34 is sleeved on the heat collecting tube 32, and the fixing ring 34 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 6.
Further, the cleaning mechanism 8 comprises a screw 81, a screw seat 82, an operating ring 83, a bristle brush disk assembly 84 and a bristle brush disk assembly 85; the thread seat 82 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the heat collecting pipe 32, a threaded hole matched with the screw rod 81 is formed in the middle of the thread seat 82, a soft brush disc assembly 84 and a bristle brush disc assembly 85 are fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the screw rod 81, and the soft brush disc assembly 84 is positioned above the bristle brush disc assembly 85; the brush plate can be driven to move up and down while rotating by rotating the screw rod 81 in the forward and reverse directions, so that the heat collecting tube 32 is cleaned in all directions.
Further, referring to fig. 16, a cross groove 811 is formed in the upper end surface of the screw rod 81, a square wrench head 831 is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the operating ring 83, a cross knife 832 is disposed at the lower end of the square wrench head 831, and the cross knife 832 is matched with the cross groove 831. When the heat collecting tube 32 needs to be cleaned, the sealing cover 33 is opened to empty the water in the heat collecting tube 32, the upper end surface of the screw rod 81 is exposed, and the cross knife 832 is inserted into the cross groove 831, so that the screw rod 81 can be rotated in the forward and reverse directions.
Further, the length of the screw rod 81 is the same as the length of the heat collecting tube 32, the height of the cross knife 832 is the same as the depth of the cross groove 811, the side length of the square wrench 831 is equal to the diameter of the threaded hole, and in the initial state, the upper end surface of the screw rod 81 is flush with the upper end surface of the screw seat 82.
Further, referring to fig. 17-18, the brush disc assembly 84 includes a brush drive disc 841, a brush mounting disc 842, a first retractable poking rod 843, and a brush assembly 844, where the brush drive disc 841 is fixed on the screw 81, and a plurality of first retractable poking rods 843 are uniformly and circumferentially fixed on the brush drive disc 841, and in this embodiment, the first retractable poking rods 843 are provided with three retractable poking rods; a plurality of first unidirectional transmission grooves 845 are uniformly formed on the inner side wall of the soft brush mounting plate 842, and the number of the first unidirectional transmission grooves 845 is the same as that of the telescopic poking rods 843; the brush assembly 844 includes a brush bar 8441 and a brush barrel 8442, a plurality of brush bars 8441 are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the circumferential direction of the brush mounting plate 842, eight brush bars 8441 are arranged in the embodiment, and the brush barrel 8442 is rotatably arranged at the outer end of the brush bar 8441.
Further, the first telescopic poking rod 843 comprises a first fixed rod 8432 and a first transmission sleeve 8431 which are fixed on the peripheral wall of the soft brush transmission plate 841, one end of the first fixed rod 8432 is inserted into the first transmission sleeve 8431 corresponding to the position, the front end of the first transmission sleeve 8431 is in an arc shape, the inner bottom wall of the first transmission sleeve 8431 is fixedly connected with a first telescopic spring 8433, and one end of the first telescopic spring 8433, which is far away from the first transmission sleeve 8431, is fixedly connected with the first fixed rod 8432; the first unidirectional transmission groove 845 comprises a first cambered surface portion 8451 and a first vertical surface transmission portion 8452, the end portion of the first transmission sleeve 8431 is propped against the inner wall of the first cambered surface portion 8451, and the side wall of the first transmission sleeve 8431 is propped against the inner wall of the first vertical surface transmission portion 8452.
Further, referring to fig. 17 and 19, the bristle brush disk assembly 85 includes a bristle brush driving disk 851, a bristle brush mounting disk 852, a second telescopic poking rod 853, and a bristle brush assembly 854, where the bristle brush driving disk 851 is fixed on the screw rod 81, and a plurality of second telescopic poking rods 853 are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the bristle brush driving disk 851 in the circumferential direction, and in this embodiment, three second telescopic poking rods 853 are arranged; a plurality of second unidirectional transmission grooves 855 are uniformly formed in the inner side wall of the bristle brush mounting disc 852, and the number of the second unidirectional transmission grooves 855 is the same as that of the telescopic poking rods II 853; the bristle brush assembly 854 includes a bristle brush rod 8541 and a bristle brush barrel 8542, the bristle brush mounting plate 852 is provided with a plurality of bristle brush rods 8541 uniformly and circumferentially, eight bristle brush rods 8541 are provided in this embodiment, and the bristle brush barrel 8542 is rotatably provided at the outer end of the bristle brush rod 8541.
Further, the second telescopic poking rod 853 comprises a second fixed rod 8532 and a second transmission sleeve 8531 which are fixed on the peripheral wall of the bristle brush transmission plate 851, one end of the second fixed rod 8532 is inserted into the second transmission sleeve 8531 corresponding to the second fixed rod, the front end of the second transmission sleeve 8531 is in a circular arc shape, the second telescopic springs 8533 are fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the second transmission sleeve 8531, and one end of the second telescopic springs 8533, which is far away from the second transmission sleeve 8531, is fixedly connected to the second fixed rod 8532; the second unidirectional transmission groove 855 includes a second cambered surface portion 8551 and a second vertical surface transmission portion 8552, and an end portion of the second transmission sleeve 8531 is abutted against an inner wall of the second cambered surface portion 8551, and a side wall of the second transmission sleeve 8531 is abutted against an inner wall of the second vertical surface transmission portion 8552.
Further, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, the bottom ends of the heat collecting pipes 32 are all hermetically and detachably connected to the water tank 31.
The cleaning working mode of the heat collecting tube of the invention is as follows:
in the first step, the sealing cap 33 is opened to drain the water in the heat collecting pipe 32 while the upper end surface of the lead screw 81 is exposed, and the cross blade 832 is inserted into the cross recess 831 as shown in fig. 20.
Secondly, the operating ring 83 is screwed clockwise to drive the screw rod 81 to rotate clockwise, the screw rod 81 moves upwards while rotating under the action of the thread seat 82, and the screw rod 81 further drives the soft brush driving disc 841 and the bristle brush driving disc 851 to move upwards while rotating clockwise; referring to fig. 18-19, the brush driving disk 841 rotates clockwise to drive the telescopic poking rod 843 to rotate clockwise, the front end of the driving sleeve 8431 is propped against the first cambered surface portion 8451, the telescopic poking rod 843 continuously enters the other first unidirectional driving groove 845 from the first unidirectional driving groove 845, the brush driving disk 841 cannot drive the brush mounting disk 842 to rotate, and therefore the brush disk assembly 84 only moves upwards and does not rotate, and is in a non-working state; meanwhile, the bristle brush driving disk 851 rotates clockwise to drive the second telescopic poking rod 853 to rotate clockwise, the side wall of the second driving sleeve 8531 abuts against the inner wall of the second vertical face driving part 8552, and the bristle brush driving disk 851 drives the bristle brush mounting disk 852 to rotate, so that the bristle brush disk assembly 85 moves upwards and rotates, and is in a working state.
Third, the operation ring 83 is continued to be screwed clockwise, see fig. 21, until the upper end surface of the brush apron assembly 84 abuts against the lower end surface of the screw seat 82, completing the bristle brushing stage.
Fourth, the operating ring 83 is screwed anticlockwise to drive the screw rod 81 to rotate anticlockwise, the screw rod 81 moves downwards while rotating under the action of the screw seat 82, and the screw rod 81 further drives the soft brush driving disc 841 and the bristle brush driving disc 851 to rotate anticlockwise and simultaneously move downwards; similar to the second step principle, the brush plate assembly 84 is both moved downward and rotated, in an operative condition; at the same time, the bristle brush disk assembly 85 is only moved downward and not rotated, and is in an inactive state.
Fifth, the operation ring 83 is continuously screwed anticlockwise, referring to fig. 20, until the lower end face of the square wrench 831 abuts against the upper end face of the screw seat 82, and the fur brushing stage is completed.
Sixth, the heat collecting pipe is filled with water, and the sealing cover 33 is assembled.
The invention uses the bristle brush tube to brush the hard dirt on the tube wall, and then uses the soft brush tube to brush the soft dirt on the tube wall, thereby realizing the combination of soft and hard inner wall cleaning and up and down cleaning of the whole heat collecting tube.

the outer wall plate is provided with a plurality of threaded through holes, the wall body is provided with threaded blind holes matched with the threaded through holes, and the outer wall plate is installed on the wall body through a check bolt assembly;
the solar heat collector body comprises a water tank fixedly connected with the bottom end of the right side of the mounting plate and a plurality of heat collecting pipes, wherein each heat collecting pipe is arranged on one side of the mounting plate, the bottom end of each heat collecting pipe is communicated with the water tank, the upper end of each heat collecting pipe is provided with a sealing cover which is detachably connected, and a cleaning mechanism is arranged in each heat collecting pipe;
the cleaning mechanism is characterized by comprising a screw rod, a thread seat, an operating ring for driving the screw rod to rotate, a soft bristle brush disc assembly and a bristle brush disc assembly; the thread seat is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the heat collecting pipe, a threaded hole matched with a screw rod is formed in the middle of the thread seat, a soft brush disc assembly and a bristle brush disc assembly are fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the screw rod, and the soft brush disc assembly is positioned above the bristle brush disc assembly; the operating ring is screwed clockwise, the bristle brush disk assembly works, the operating ring is screwed anticlockwise, and the soft bristle brush disk assembly works.
