(2) Due to the decentralization of the humidification module 120, when the humidification module 120 has a scaling phenomenon, the humidification module 120 can be partially replaced, so that the user cost is saved.
The invention further discloses an air conditioner which comprises the directional humidifying system described in any one of the above embodiments of the invention.
Therefore, when the air conditioner performs directional humidification, the specific implementation manner of the air conditioner is similar to the specific implementation manner of the directional humidification system described in any of the above embodiments of the present invention, and for the specific implementation manner of the air conditioner, please refer to the description portion of the directional humidification system, which is not described herein again to reduce redundancy.
Therefore, according to the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the following beneficial effects can be realized:
(1) according to the invention, at least one humidifying module 120 is uniformly fixed on the sliding rod 140 with the motor 130, when the motor 130 drives the sliding rod 140 to move horizontally, the at least one humidifying module 120 rotates along with the horizontal movement of the sliding rod 140, the larger the horizontal movement distance of the sliding rod 140 is, the larger the rotation angle of the at least one humidifying module 120 is, so that the relative angle between the humidifying module 120 and the air outlet direction of an indoor unit of an air conditioner can be freely adjusted. When the air conditioner is in a humidifying state, the humidifying direction can be timely adjusted to realize directional humidification, and the directional humidifying mode is simple and convenient. (2) Due to the decentralization of the humidification module 120, when the humidification module 120 has a scaling phenomenon, the humidification module 120 can be partially replaced, so that the user cost is saved.
The invention further discloses a directional humidifying method of the air conditioner. For example, the air conditioner is the air conditioner described in any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, that is, the air conditioner includes the directional humidification system described in any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, and for a detailed description of the air conditioner or the directional humidification system, refer to the related parts mentioned above.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a directional humidification method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:
step S1: and when the air conditioner receives a humidification starting control instruction, determining the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Step S2: and if the air conditioner is in a heating mode or an air supply mode, controlling an electromagnetic valve of a directional humidifying system of the air conditioner to be opened so as to carry out humidifying control.
Further, after the electromagnetic valve is opened, when the air conditioner receives a humidification direction adjustment instruction, the air conditioner controls a rotation angle of the motor 130 of the directional humidification system to adjust a relative angle between at least one humidification module 120 of the directional humidification system and the air outlet 111, so as to adjust the humidification direction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the air conditioner is in the heating mode and meets a first preset condition, that is, the fan is in the on state, and the current relative humidity is less than the difference between the set humidity of the air conditioner and the preset humidity correction value, and there is no fault in the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, a first humidification control strategy is executed, that is, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened for multiple times, until a second preset condition is met, that is, the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, or switches to another mode, or the fan is stopped, or the current relative humidity is greater than or equal to the sum of the set humidity and the preset humidity correction value, or there is a fault in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, so as to control the external water source to stop supplying water to the directional humidification system. Because the humidification system lacks the water source that is used for the humidification, when the air conditioner received humidification direction adjustment instruction, also can not carry out the humidification, the air conditioner stops the humidification promptly.
Specifically, in winter heating, in order to prevent the indoor air from drying, the above-mentioned directional humidification method of the air conditioner in the heating mode can be adopted, and the hot air blown by the air conditioner in the heating process is used to accelerate the evaporation of water, so that the indoor environment becomes warm and humid.
If the air conditioner is in an air supply mode and meets a third preset condition, namely the fan is in an open state, and the current relative humidity is smaller than the difference value between the set humidity and the preset humidity correction value obtained by the air conditioner, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner have no fault, and the indoor temperature is in the preset temperature range, a second humidification control strategy is executed, namely, the wind speed of the fan is adjusted according to the indoor temperature, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened for a plurality of times until a fourth preset condition is met, namely receiving a shutdown instruction, or switching the air conditioner to other modes, or stopping the fan, or the current relative humidity is larger than or equal to the sum of the set humidity and the preset humidity correction value, or the indoor unit or the outdoor unit has a fault, or the indoor temperature is less than the lower limit value of the preset temperature range, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, so that the external water source is controlled to stop supplying water to the directional humidification system. Because the humidification system lacks the water source that is used for the humidification, when the air conditioner received humidification direction adjustment instruction, also can not carry out the humidification, the air conditioner stops the humidification promptly.
The method comprises the following steps that the wind speed of a fan is adjusted according to the indoor temperature, and when the indoor temperature is higher than a first preset temperature, the fan is controlled to output a set wind speed; when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature and less than or equal to a first preset temperature, controlling the fan to output a preset middle-gear wind speed; and when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the preset temperature range and less than a second preset temperature, controlling the fan to output a preset low-gear wind speed, wherein the first preset temperature is less than the upper limit value of the preset temperature range.
In a specific embodiment, the preset temperature range is, for example, 18 ° to 25 °, the first preset temperature is, for example, 25 °, and the second preset temperature is, for example, 22 °, the wind speed of the fan is adjusted according to the indoor temperature, including the following cases, when the indoor temperature is greater than 25 °, the fan is controlled to output the set wind speed; when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to 22 degrees and less than or equal to 25 degrees, controlling the fan to output a preset middle-gear wind speed; and when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to 18 degrees and less than 22 degrees, controlling the fan to output a preset low-gear wind speed.
Specifically, in winter heating, the air conditioner directional humidification method in the air supply mode can be adopted for municipal heating without turning on the air conditioner for heating users, and in order to prevent indoor air from drying.
In a specific embodiment, the humidity is set to be 45% for example, the preset humidity correction value is 5% for example, if the fan is in an on state, and the current relative humidity is less than 40% of the air conditioner, and the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are not in fault, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened for multiple times until the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, or switches to another mode, or the fan is shut down, or the current relative humidity is greater than or equal to 50%, or the indoor unit or the outdoor unit is in fault, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, so that the external water source is controlled to stop supplying water to the directional humidification system, and the air conditioner stops humidifying.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control solenoid valve is opened for multiple times, specifically: the interval time between the first opening and the second opening of the electromagnetic valve is first preset time, the duration time of each opening of the electromagnetic valve is second preset time, and after the electromagnetic valve is opened for the second time, the opening interval time of the electromagnetic valve is adjusted according to the difference value of the set humidity and the current relative humidity.
