Abstract
The invention provides a stage lamp imaging system capable of infinitely rotating and a stage lamp thereof, wherein the imaging system comprises a fixed support and an imaging platform, and the top surface of the imaging platform is rotationally connected with the fixed support; the top surface of the imaging platform is fixedly connected with a conductive band integration plate, the top surface of the conductive band integration plate is provided with a plurality of annular conductive bands with the same circle center, and the annular conductive bands are electrically connected and in signal connection with a driving device of the imaging platform; the carbon brush assembly is fixedly connected to the fixing support and is in contact with the circular conductive band on the conductive band integration plate. The invention solves the problem of excessive twisting of the line in the prior art through a simple structure, omits a majority of mechanical and electronic structures, saves the internal space of the stage lamp, reduces the failure rate of the stage lamp and reduces the manufacturing cost of the stage lamp.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stage lamps, in particular to a stage lamp imaging system capable of rotating infinitely and a stage lamp thereof.
Background
The stage lighting is also called 'stage lighting', short for 'lighting', and is one of the means of stage art modeling. With the development of the scenario, stage lighting equipment (such as lighting lamps, slide projectors, control systems and the like) and technical means are used for displaying the environment, rendering the atmosphere and highlighting central characters by using the light color and the change thereof, creating the space sense and the time sense of the stage, shaping the external image of the stage performance and providing necessary lighting effect.
The stage lamp generally comprises a base, an XY arm support, a lamp body shell arranged on the XY arm support, and an imaging system arranged in the lamp body shell, wherein the imaging system comprises a fixed support, and an imaging platform, an optical lens group, a luminous body and the like which are arranged on the fixed support. The light projected by the luminous body is projected out through the optical lens group after the operations of light cutting, rotation and the like of the imaging platform.
In order to enrich the stage art effect and the dry-in atmosphere, a plurality of effect components are integrated in the imaging system of the stage lamp to obtain a plurality of lighting effects. An important function of the imaging system is light cutting and rotation, and more complicated and variable light effects can be realized through the rotation of the imaging system.
In the prior art, the imaging platform generally realizes a rotation function through a relative rotation connection with a fixed support. However, each effect component on the imaging platform needs to be connected with a power supply circuit and a control circuit to work, so that if the imaging platform rotates towards one direction all the time, the lines connected with the imaging platform are screwed together, the service life of the lines is affected slightly, and the lines are directly damaged severely, so that the normal use is affected.
In some existing stage lamps, a rotation limiting structure is arranged on a fixed support and an imaging platform, or a rotation angle sensing and control system is carried on the fixed support and the imaging platform to limit the relative rotation range of the imaging platform and the fixed support, so that the problem that a circuit is excessively screwed in the rotation process is solved. However, the structure is complex, and needs more mechanical and electronic structures to realize the structure, so that the manufacturing cost and the failure rate of the stage lamp are increased, and particularly the use effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stage lighting imaging system capable of infinitely rotating and a stage lighting thereof, aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the imaging platform can infinitely rotate in any direction and in any angle range through a simple structure.

the carbon brush assembly is fixedly connected to the fixing support and is in contact with the annular conductive band on the conductive band integration plate; and the external power supply circuit and the control circuit are electrically connected and in signal connection with the carbon brush assembly, and power supply signals and control signals sent by the power supply circuit and the control circuit are transmitted to the driving device of the imaging platform sequentially through the carbon brush assembly and the annular conductive band.
Furthermore, the carbon brush assembly comprises a fixed seat, carbon brushes and a switching circuit board, the fixed seat is fixedly connected to the fixed support, one end of the fixed seat is arranged towards the conductive band integration board, the other end of the fixed seat is fixedly connected with the switching circuit board, and the fixed seat is internally provided with a plurality of carbon brushes; the carbon brushes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the annular conductive bands on the conductive band integrated board, one ends of the carbon brushes are electrically connected with the switching circuit board, and the other ends of the carbon brushes are in contact with the annular conductive bands.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the stage lighting imaging system capable of infinitely rotating according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a light emitter 4, an optical lens group 3, a fixing bracket 1 and an imaging platform 2, wherein a top surface of the imaging platform 2 is rotatably connected to the fixing bracket 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the top surface of the imaging platform 2 is fixedly connected with a conductive band integrated board 5, the top surface of the conductive band integrated board 5 is provided with a plurality of annular conductive bands 50 having the same center of circle, and the annular conductive bands 50 are electrically connected and signal-connected with the driving device of the imaging platform 2.
Referring to fig. 3, a carbon brush assembly 6 is fixedly connected to the fixing bracket 1, and the carbon brush assembly 6 is in contact with the annular conductive band 50 on the conductive band integration plate 5; and an external power supply circuit and a control circuit are electrically connected with the carbon brush assembly 6, and power supply signals and control signals sent by the power supply circuit and the control circuit are transmitted to the driving device of the imaging platform 2 through the carbon brush assembly 6 and the annular conductive band 50 in sequence.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the carbon brush assembly 6 includes a fixed seat 61, a carbon brush 62 and an adapter circuit board 63, the fixed seat 61 is fixedly connected to the fixed bracket 1, one end of the fixed seat 61 is disposed toward the conductive tape integration plate 5, the other end of the fixed seat 61 is fixedly connected to the adapter circuit board 63, and a plurality of carbon brushes 62 are installed inside the fixed seat 61; the carbon brushes 62 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the annular conductive strips 50 on the conductive strip integration board 5, one ends of the carbon brushes 62 are electrically connected and signal connected with the switching circuit board 63, and the other ends of the carbon brushes 62 are in contact with the annular conductive strips 50.
As an improvement, a spring 64 is disposed between the carbon brush 62 and the adapting circuit board 63, and two ends of the spring 64 respectively abut against the carbon brush 62 and the adapting circuit board 63, so that the other end of the carbon brush 62 is elastically pressed on the annular conductive band 50 to ensure the conduction of the electrical signal.
In this embodiment, the fixing bracket 1 is fixedly connected with a main control circuit board 10, and the main control circuit board 10 is connected with an external power supply circuit and a control circuit, and is configured to receive and process power supply and control signals in a unified manner. The switching circuit board 63 of the carbon brush assembly 6 is electrically connected and signal-connected with the main control circuit board 10, and is connected with an external power supply circuit and a control circuit through the main control circuit board 10.
The bottom surface of the imaging platform 2 is fixedly connected with a driving circuit board 20, and the driving circuit board 20 is used for driving various driving devices, such as a motor, a fan, a sensor and the like, on the imaging platform 2 according to the received power supply and control signals. The annular conductive band 50 is electrically connected and signal-connected to the driving circuit board 20, and is electrically connected to the driving device of the imaging platform 2 through the driving circuit board 20.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the imaging platform 2 and the fixed bracket 1 are connected through a bearing 8, an outer ring of the bearing 8 is fixedly connected with the imaging platform 2, and an inner ring of the bearing 8 is fixedly connected with the fixed bracket 1.
Specifically, the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing 8 are respectively provided with a fixed flange; and an outer ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 is fixedly connected with the imaging platform 2 through screws. The inner ring fixing flange end face of the bearing 8 is in threaded connection with a plurality of quick mounting screws 80, a plurality of gourd holes 81 are formed in the fixing support 1, the heads of the quick mounting screws 80 on the inner ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 penetrate the gourd holes 81 in the fixing support 1, the heads of the quick mounting screws 80 are matched with the gourd holes 81, and the fixing support 1 and the inner ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 are fixed to each other. When the bearing is installed, an outer ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 is fixed with the imaging platform 2; then, the quick mounting screw 80 is pre-tightened on the end face of the inner ring fixing flange of the bearing 8, then, the head of the quick mounting screw 80 is inserted into the large hole end of the gourd hole 81, then, the bearing 8 and the fixing support 1 are rotated relatively, so that the quick mounting screw 80 is clamped into the small hole end of the gourd hole 81, and then, the fixing support and the inner ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 are locked by using a plurality of screws, so that the fixing support 1 and the inner ring fixing flange of the bearing 8 are completely fixed. This fixed knot that this embodiment adopted constructs, the mounting means is more simple and convenient, can realize fixed bolster 1 and imaging platform 2's quick installation fixed.

Further, the fixed support 1 and the imaging platform 2 are provided with a positioning detection mechanism for detecting the relative angle of rotation between the fixed support 1 and the imaging platform 2. the carbon brush assembly is fixedly connected to the fixing support and is in contact with the annular conductive band on the conductive band integration plate; and the external power supply circuit and the control circuit are electrically connected and in signal connection with the carbon brush assembly, and power supply signals and control signals sent by the power supply circuit and the control circuit are transmitted to the driving device of the imaging platform sequentially through the carbon brush assembly and the annular conductive band.
