The first side plate 312 of the fixing frame 31 is provided with a rotation control mechanism, the second side plate 313 of the fixing frame 31 is provided with a circuit control device, the rotation control mechanism is connected with the first connecting side part 241 of the rotary lamp unit 24, and the circuit control device is electrically connected with the inside of the rotary lamp unit 24 through the second connecting side part 242 of the rotary lamp unit 24 so as to realize the control of the rotary lamp unit 24; the rotary lamp unit 24 can rotate around the central lamp unit 23, the rotary lamp unit 24 can rotate, the rotation of the rotary lamp unit 24 is driven by the rotation control mechanism, the rotary lamp unit 24 rotates around and rotates relatively, the rotary lamp can achieve better lighting effect, and the rotary lamp can be better applied.

The circuit control device comprises a circuit board 47 and a second bearing 49, wherein a heat dissipation block 48 is arranged on the back of the circuit board 47, a heat dissipation plate can play a role in dissipating heat of the circuit board 47, a connecting wire is arranged on the circuit board 47, the control of the rotating lamp unit 24 is realized through the second connection side 242 of the rotating lamp unit 24 and the internal electric connection of the rotating lamp unit 24, a second bearing pressing plate 50 and a second bearing sleeve 51 are arranged on the second bearing 49, and the second bearing 49 is mainly used for fixing the second connection side 242 of the rotating lamp unit 24.

The through hole on the second connection side 242 of the rotary lamp unit 24 is provided with a rotary connector 243, the other end of the connecting wire is electrically connected with the inside of the rotary lamp unit 24 through the rotary connector 243, and the rotary connector 243 can realize 360-degree rotation control of the rotary lamp unit 24, so that line winding is avoided when the rotary lamp unit 24 rotates.
