Claims (9)

1. Pressure steel pipe butt joint reinforcing apparatus, its characterized in that includes:
a first conduit and a second conduit;
the first connecting disc is fixedly connected to a pipeline port of the first pipeline, the second connecting disc is fixedly connected to a pipeline port of the second pipeline, matched threaded holes are formed in the first connecting disc and the second connecting disc, and a screw penetrates through the matched threaded holes in the first connecting disc and the second connecting disc to connect the first pipeline and the second pipeline;
the first reinforcing device comprises an upper clamping seat and a lower clamping seat which are symmetrically clamped at the upper end of the first connecting disc and the lower end of the second connecting disc respectively, and the upper clamping seat and the lower clamping seat are connected through a screw rod;
the second reinforcing device comprises a frame, a first reinforcing disc, a second reinforcing disc and four hydraulic cylinders; the first reinforcing plate is arranged on the first pipeline, and the second reinforcing plate is arranged on the second pipeline; the four hydraulic cylinders are arranged above and below the first pipeline and the second pipeline in a pairwise group respectively, bases of the hydraulic cylinders are fixed on the frame, hydraulic rods are connected with a first reinforcing disc arranged on the first pipeline and a second reinforcing disc arranged on the second pipeline respectively, and the hydraulic cylinders drive the first reinforcing disc and the second reinforcing disc to move oppositely.
2. The penstock butt joint reinforcement device of claim 1, wherein the first reinforcement device comprises:
the lower end surface of the first clamping seat is an upper semicircular clamping groove, the upper end surface of the first clamping seat is a plane, and the first clamping seat is clamped at the joint of the first connecting disc and the second connecting disc;
the upper end surface of the second clamping seat is a lower semicircular clamping groove, the lower end surface of the second clamping seat is a plane, and the second clamping seat is clamped at the joint of the first connecting disc and the second connecting disc;
and the threaded holes are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower end surface of the first clamping seat and two sides of the upper end surface of the second clamping seat, and the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are connected by a screw rod penetrating through the threaded holes.
3. The abutting reinforcement device for the pressure steel pipe according to claim 1,
the frame is specifically arranged in a mode that an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate are arranged on the frame, the upper connecting plate is arranged above the joint of the first pipeline and the second pipeline, and the lower connecting plate is arranged below the joint of the first pipeline and the second pipeline;
the four hydraulic cylinders are arranged in a specific mode and comprise a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a third hydraulic cylinder and a fourth hydraulic cylinder, wherein the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder are arranged above the first pipeline and the second pipeline in a group, and the third hydraulic cylinder and the fourth hydraulic cylinder are arranged below the first pipeline and the second pipeline in a group; the bases of the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder are connected with the upper connecting plate; the hydraulic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the first reinforcing plate, and the hydraulic rod of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second reinforcing plate; the bases of the third hydraulic cylinder and the fourth hydraulic cylinder are connected with the lower connecting plate; and the hydraulic rod of the third hydraulic cylinder is connected with the first reinforcing plate, and the hydraulic rod of the fourth hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second reinforcing plate.
4. The pressure steel pipe butt joint reinforcing device according to claim 1, wherein a groove is formed in the first connecting disc, a projection matched with the groove is formed in the second connecting disc, and the projection is embedded into the groove.
5. The penstock butt joint reinforcing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the surfaces of the upper semicircular clamping groove and the lower semicircular clamping groove are provided with rubber pads.
6. The pressure steel pipe butt joint reinforcing device according to claim 2, wherein a sealing nest is arranged on a side wall of the butt joint end of the first pipeline, and an embedding cavity matched with the sealing nest is arranged on a side wall of the butt joint end of the second pipeline.
7. The penstock butt joint reinforcement device of claim 6, characterized in that the embedding cavity is annular.
8. The pressure steel pipe butt joint reinforcing apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a guide rod, wherein the guide rod is disposed on the second clamping seat, the first clamping seat is provided with a guide hole adapted to the guide rod, and the guide rod passes through the guide hole.
9. The penstock butt joint reinforcing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are made of steel.
