Claims (8)

1. A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange comprises a first flange plate (1) and a second flange plate (2), and is characterized in that one end of the first flange plate (1) opposite to one end of the second flange plate (2) is respectively connected with a first connecting pipe (12) and a second connecting pipe (15), and the first connecting pipe (12) can be inserted into the second connecting pipe (15); the outer parts of the first flange plate (1) and the second flange plate (2) are sleeved with threaded sleeves (6);
a circle of groove rings (10) are arranged at the middle end of the outer part of the first connecting pipe (12) along the circumferential direction, a circle of inner convex rings (11) are connected to one end, far away from the second flange plate (2), of the inner part of the first connecting pipe (12) along the circumferential direction, and the inner diameter of the first connecting pipe (12) is the same as that of the first flange plate (1);
the inner diameter of the second connecting pipe (15) is the same as that of the second flange plate (2), and a plugging mechanism matched with the groove ring (10) is arranged in the second flange plate (2) along the circumferential direction; a sealing ring (14) is sleeved in one end, far away from the first flange plate (1), of the second flange plate (2), and a circle of elastic sealing blocking sleeve (27) is connected between the inner end edge of the sealing ring (14) and the inner end edge of the second flange plate (2); the inner end of the sealing ring (14) can be abutted against the end part of the inner convex ring (11);
the outer wall of second ring flange (2) is evenly connected with depression bar (3) that a plurality of can reciprocate along the circumferencial direction, the outer wall of second ring flange (2) is provided with removal hole (19) with the junction of depression bar (3), depression bar (3) are pegged graft in the inside of removal hole (19), depression bar (3) are big-end-up's toper structure, and the inside one end level swing joint who faces sealing ring (14) of second ring flange (2) has a plurality of push rods (21), the one end extensible of push rod (21) is to the inside of removal hole (19), the other end runs through second ring flange (2) and extends to outside and is connected with the atress mechanism, the bottom of atress mechanism rotates with the upper portion of sealing ring (14) to be connected, the atress mechanism can drive sealing ring (14) and move in second ring flange (2) inside.

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 1, wherein the outer end of the sealing ring (14) is connected with a connection hose (18), the connection hose (18) is made of metal, and one end of the connection hose (18) far away from the sealing ring (14) is connected with the second pipeline (5), and one end of the first flange plate (1) far away from the second flange plate (2) is connected with the second pipeline (5).

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer walls of the first flange plate (1) and the second flange plate (2) are provided with external threads (9) along the circumferential direction, and the threaded sleeve (6) is in threaded connection with the outer portions of the first flange plate (1) and the second flange plate (2) through the external threads (9).

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 3, characterized in that the outside of the first pipeline (4) and the outside of the second pipeline (5) are sleeved with sealing sleeves (8), the outer wall of the sealing sleeve (8) is abutted against the inner wall of the threaded sleeve (6), and the opposite ends of the two sealing sleeves (8) are provided with air pressure sensors (7).

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the second flange plate (2) is provided with a circle of mounting groove (17) along the circumferential direction, the plugging mechanism comprises a plurality of arc-shaped pressing plates (16), the pressing plates (16) are movably mounted inside the mounting groove (17), the pressing plates (16) can be enclosed into a circular ring, the circular ring can be inserted into the groove ring (10), and a circle of sealing gasket (24) is arranged outside the pressing plates (16).

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 5, characterized in that each said pressing plate (16) corresponds to a pressing rod (3), the top of the pressing plate (16) is connected with a connecting rod (25), one end of the connecting rod (25) far away from the pressing plate (16) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the pressing rod (3), and the joint of the pressing plate (16) and the pressing rod (3) is connected with a baffle ring (20), the diameter of the baffle ring (20) is greater than the inner diameter of the moving hole (19), and a plurality of tension springs (26) are installed between one side of the pressing plate (16) and the inner end of the mounting groove (17).

A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 1, wherein the force-receiving mechanism comprises a fixed plate (22) and a poke rod (23), one end of the fixed plate (22) is fixedly connected with the outside of the second flange (2), the upper part of the poke rod (23) is rotatably mounted with the fixed plate (22) through a pin shaft, the top of the poke rod (23) is rotatably connected with the push rod (21) through a pin shaft, and the bottom of the poke rod (23) is rotatably connected with the outside of the sealing ring (14) through a pin shaft.
8. A leakage-proof chemical pipeline flange according to claim 1, wherein the first flange plate (1) and the second flange plate (2) are each provided with a plurality of fixing holes (13) for bolt fixing along the thickness direction.
