In the above solution, as shown in fig. 3-4, when the vehicle vibration detection module detects that no vehicle passes through in a short time, the control system controls the operation of the movable push plate 20, where the short time refers to the time for the movable push plate 20 to move from one end of the expansion joint to the other end and return to its original position; the width of the sub-plate 181 right above the expansion joint, namely the width of the range in which the movable push plate 20 needs to operate, is obtained through the distance measuring module, so that whether the operation of the sub-push plate 204 is adjusted or not is determined, the operation width of the sub-push plate 204 is determined, the cleaning width formed by the main push plate 201/the main push plate 201 and the sub-push plate 204 is matched with the detected distance, the primary cleaning is ensured to be in place, the problem of secondary cleaning is avoided, the operation efficiency of the movable push plate 20 is improved more efficiently, the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder respectively control the left and right movement and the up and down movement of the sub-push plate 204, the sub-push plate 204 is stored when not used, the distance is matched and the sub-plate 181 is attached to shovel impurities when used, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved; the wheel body 203 drives the main push plate 201 to move forwards, so that the front end of the main push plate 201 attached to the upper portion of the sub plate 181 cleans up the garbage above the sub plate 181.

In a preferred scheme, the two sides of the road are located at the expansion joint, the charging bin 23 is arranged at the position of the expansion joint, the opening and closing of the door panel at the front end of the charging bin 23 are controlled by the control system, and the control system comprises an electric quantity monitoring module which is used for monitoring the power of the forward movement of the wheel body 203 and the electric quantity information of the dust collection system 21 so as to control the movement of the movable push plate 20, so that the dust collection system 21 is arranged in the charging bin 23 for charging.
In the above scheme, the charging bins 23 are arranged at the two ends of the expansion joint and are charged with the dust collection system 21 in time, so that when no vehicle passes through and the movable push plate 20 is taken out of the bin for cleaning, the cleaning efficiency is ensured, meanwhile, the rotation of the wheel body 203 is driven by the micro driving motor, and the driving motor is also charged in the charging bins 23; the electric quantity monitoring module in the control system can monitor the electric quantity of the micro driving motor and the dust collection system 21 at any time, so that the electric quantity of the movable push plate 20 and the dust collection system 21 is sufficient and available during operation, and the high efficiency of cleaning on the daughter board 181 is ensured

Claims (2)

1. A method for maintaining and reinforcing a highway expansion joint comprises the following steps:
step one, setting a warning board and terminating the traffic flow of the expansion joint maintenance road section;
secondly, removing the top end structure of the expansion joint, and chiseling off the pavement structures on two sides of the expansion joint through mechanical equipment until the whole original device in the expansion joint is exposed;
step three, removing the original device in the expansion joint, moving the expansion joint out, retaining the anchoring parts on the two original side walls of the expansion joint, fastening the anchoring parts, cleaning residues in the expansion joint, and arranging waterproof layers at the side end and the bottom end of the expansion joint;
fourthly, arranging an elastic connecting plate at the position, 2-3 cm away from the bottom end of the expansion joint, of the two side walls, wherein the elastic connecting plate is buckled with the anchoring piece through the buckles at the two sides, so that the elastic connecting plate is fixed in the expansion joint and is as long as the expansion joint;
fifthly, arranging a first fixing part connected with the anchoring part in the expansion joint, wherein the first fixing part is parallel to the side wall, fixing one end of an X-shaped plate on the first fixing part, arranging a second fixing part at a position symmetrical to the first fixing part, fixing the other end of the X-shaped plate on the second fixing part, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are equal in height and are uniformly distributed along the longitudinal direction of the expansion joint, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged on the opposite anchoring part;
arranging an elastic support plate between the first fixing part and the second fixing part, wherein the top end of the elastic support plate is flush with the top ends of the first fixing part and the second fixing part and is equal to the expansion joint in length; two sides of the elastic support plate are provided with templates which are vertical to the elastic support plate and have the same length with the expansion joint;
seventhly, pouring cement concrete to a position 5-8 cm away from the highway pavement on the outer side of the template, paving a pressing plate above the cement concrete after tamping, leveling and maintaining, and fixing the pressing plate through a fixing piece; laying a magnetic cover plate on the top ends of the pressing plate and the expansion joint; a rubber cushion layer is arranged between the magnetic cover plate and the elastic support plate;
step eight, symmetrically arranging movable push plates at the two longitudinal ends of the magnetic cover plate, arranging a dust collection system at the upper end of each movable push plate, wherein the movement of each movable push plate and the dust collection system are controlled by a control system, and a vehicle vibration detection module is arranged in the control system and used for detecting whether vehicles pass through the two sides of the expansion joint;
in the fifth step, the X-shaped plate is composed of symmetrical U-shaped structural members, a plurality of spring parts are connected between the U-shaped structural members, and the spring parts are sleeved and wrapped outside the spring parts and surround the rubber sleeves in the middle of the two U-shaped structural members;
the X-shaped plates are arranged in a plurality of numbers, string holes are symmetrically arranged at the positions, close to the fixed end, of the X-shaped plates, and columns connected with the X-shaped plates are arranged in the string holes;
the magnetic cover plate in the seventh step comprises a main plate, a sub plate and a top plate, wherein the first end of the main plate and the first end of the sub plate are both arranged above the pressing plate, the second end of the main plate is provided with a hollow cavity, and the second end of the sub plate is arranged in the hollow cavity and is matched with the hollow cavity; the length of the main board is equal to that of the expansion joint, and the depth of the hollow cavity is matched with the second end of the daughter board, which is not fixed; the top plate is buckled above the daughter board on the road surface of the highway in a buckling manner, so that the top end of the top plate is flush with the top end of the main board, and the top plate is a magnetic plate magnetically attracted above the daughter board;
the movable push plate comprises a moving part and a main push plate, the main push plate is arranged at the front end of the moving part, the moving part comprises a bottom plate and a wheel body arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate, the main push plate is of a triangular structure with an inwards concave arc-shaped top surface, cavities matched with the main push plate in shape are arranged on two sides of the main push plate, a sub push plate which is connected with a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder and matched with the cavities is arranged in the cavities, the sub push plate moves up and down left and right, and the bottom end of the sub push plate is attached to the top end of the sub plate when the sub push plate works; the front end of the main push plate is arranged into a shovel-shaped structure attached to the daughter board; the control system further comprises a distance measuring module which is arranged on the movable push plate to measure the width of the daughter board right above the expansion joint, so that the operation of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder is controlled.
And in the eighth step, the dust collection system is arranged above the bottom plate and comprises a micro dust collector, and a suction port of the micro dust collector faces to the top end of the main push plate.
2. The method for repairing and reinforcing a road expansion joint according to claim 1, wherein charging chambers are arranged at the positions, located at the expansion joint, on the two sides of the road, door panels at the front ends of the charging chambers are controlled by the control system, and the control system comprises an electric quantity monitoring module which is used for monitoring power of forward movement of the wheel body and electric quantity information of the dust collection system so as to control the movable push plate to move, so that the dust collection system is placed in the charging chambers for charging.
