Meanwhile, the lower embossing die cylinder 32 moves to drive the lower embossing die table 31 to move upwards until the lower embossing die table 31 and the upper embossing die table 38 are pressed together. The embossing vibration exciter 40 works, and embossing is formed on the surface of the organic cotton environment-friendly ecological knitted fabric under the common laminating action of the embossing upper die table 38, the embossing lower die table 31 and the embossing supporting table 23, so that the lines are clear. The arrangement of the embossing upper pressing frame supporting component 37 and the embossing upper die table supporting component 39 ensures that the actions of the embossing upper pressing frame 36 and the embossing upper die table 38 are carried out in sequence, and the embossing upper pressing frame 36 and the embossing upper die table 38 have buffer performance, so that the damage to the organic cotton environment-friendly ecological knitted fabric is avoided.
Due to frequent and continuous use, dust and impurities are often present in the embossing grooves 29 of the embossing support table 23, which requires regular cleaning. The transverse moving cylinder 25 of the embossing supporting table moves, and the transverse moving connecting frame 27 drives the embossing supporting table 23 to transversely move leftwards along the embossing supporting table support 24, so that the embossing supporting table can be cleaned and maintained quickly. After the cleaning and maintenance are finished, the embossing supporting table transverse moving cylinder 25 drives the embossing supporting table 23 to reset.
If the embossing pattern is changed, the embossing supporting table 23 only needs to be moved leftwards as before for replacement, and in addition, the upper embossing table 38 and the lower embossing table 31 are replaced, so that the embossing processing of various patterns can be realized, and the applicability is greatly improved.
