the telescopic boat davit (8) is connected to the top plate (12) and is positioned in the accommodating cavity (14);
the slide way (10) is arranged on the side plate and is positioned in the accommodating cavity (14), and the slide way (10) is positioned below the telescopic boat davit (8);
the telescopic boat davit (8), the slide way (10) and the bottom plate (11) are parallel to each other.
7. Ocean-going vessel according to claim 6, characterized in that the first deck (3) is located above the second deck (4) and the top plate (12) is integrally formed with the first deck (3) and the bottom plate (11) is integrally formed with the second deck (4).
8. Ocean-going vessel according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises door opening and closing means for opening and closing the hatch door (6).
9. Ocean-going vessel according to claim 8, characterized in that the opening and closing door means comprise a lift cylinder (15), the lift cylinder (15) being hinged at one end to the bottom plate (11) and at the other end to the hatch door (6).
10. The ocean-going vessel according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a third deck (16), the third deck (16) being located below the second deck (4);
an operation platform (17) is arranged on the third deck (16), and the operation platform (17) is used for controlling the release and the recovery of the lifeboat (2).
