Detailed Description
The present invention will be more clearly and completely described in the following description of preferred embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a marine quick release single person escape capsule 90 includes a capsule body 10 having a double-layer structure, and buoyant foam is filled between an inner shell of the capsule body and an outer shell of the capsule body. The cabin body is of a totally enclosed structure. The outer shell of the cabin body is made of high-strength composite materials.
The hull 10 is centered on the centerline of the ship. The gravity center of the marine quick-release single escape capsule is positioned in the lower half part area of the capsule body, and the capsule body can be automatically righted when entering water.
An inflatable balancing fin 11 is arranged on each side of the cabin 10. The two inflated balance fins take the ship midline as the center of symmetry. The material of the balance fin is a material having elasticity, and may be rubber, for example. After the rescue capsule enters water, the balance fins are inflated and popped out, so that the stability of the rescue capsule is improved.
The cabin 10 is provided with a triggering control component (not shown in the figure) which can start to inflate the balance fins after the cabin enters water. The trigger control part is a conventional part and is not described herein again.
An inflation component (not shown in the figure) for inflating the balance fins is arranged in the cabin body. The inflation component is arranged at the joint of the balance fin and the cabin body and is connected to the trigger control component.
The tail of the cabin body 10 is provided with a water jet propeller 12.
The cabin 10 is provided therein with an equipment area 13 and a person lying area 14 on which an individual evacuee lies.
The inner wall of the cabin body is laid with a heat insulation part (not shown in the figure), and the heat insulation part can not only resist cold, but also increase the comfort of the escape personnel when lying down.
The equipment area 13 is located behind the person lying area 14.
A propeller motor 17 for driving the water jet propeller and a portable power source 18 that can be charged by an external power source are provided in the equipment area 13. The equipment area can also be provided with living food, compressed oxygen equipment and the like.
The cabin 10 comprises a lower shell 15 and a rapidly openable hatch 20 provided above the lower shell. When the hatch is closed, the hatch is in watertight connection with the lower shell.
The hatch 20 is embedded with an observation window 21. When escaping, the escaping personnel can observe the external environment through the observation window.
An operation panel 22 for performing operation control such as opening and closing of the cabin door, releasing of the cabin body, propelling, lighting, and asking for help is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the cabin door 20. The operations of opening and closing of the cabin door, releasing of the cabin body, propelling, lighting, help seeking and the like can be performed in the cabin.
