the inner periphery of the rotating sleeve 6 can be fixedly connected with a first friction ring 20, the sliding sleeve 11 extends into the rotating sleeve 6 and is connected with a plurality of connecting rods 18, one end of each connecting rod 18 is hinged on the sliding sleeve 11 through a rotating frame 17, the middle section of each connecting rod 18 is connected with the sliding sleeve 11 through a third spring 181, the other end of each connecting rod 18 is fixedly provided with a friction head 19, the friction heads 19 can be elastically pressed against the first friction ring 20 under the action of the springs, and the first friction ring 20 and the rotating sleeve 6 are driven through the friction between each friction head 19 and the first friction ring 20; under the condition of relaxation, a certain gap is formed between the friction head 19 and the first friction ring 20 through the elastic action of the first spring 13 and the second spring 14, and when the friction disc is subjected to axial pressure, the friction disc and the sliding sleeve 11 integrally move towards the rotating sleeve 6, so that the friction head 19 can be pressed against and rubbed with the first friction ring 20, and friction transmission is realized; and a friction curved surface 21 is formed on one side of the first friction ring 20 facing the friction head 19, the middle position of the friction curved surface 21 is concave, when the friction disc is pressed, the friction head 19 is basically controlled at the middle concave position of the friction curved surface 21, the outward movement and expansion of the friction head 19 are relatively small when the friction disc is pressed, a large resistance is formed, and the pressing force of the part can be directly acted between the friction disc and the grinding surface, so that the grinding efficiency is improved.
In order to keep the fan 7 capable of rotating under different conditions, a friction ring III 24 is fixedly connected to the front end of the rotary sleeve 6, a friction ring II 22 is arranged in the rear end direction of the friction ring III 24, the inner ring of the friction ring II 22 is fixedly connected to the outside of the sliding sleeve 11, the friction ring II 22 can be driven to move by the movement of the sliding sleeve 11, a friction pad 23 is fixed on one side, facing the friction ring III 24, of the friction ring II 22, after the friction ring II 22 moves towards the friction ring III 24 along with the sliding sleeve 11, the friction ring II and the friction ring III 24 are mutually abutted and pressed to contact, friction transmission is achieved, and then the fan 7 can be driven to rotate. And under the condition of relaxation, the elastic force formed by the first spring 13 and the second spring 14 together maintains the position of the second friction ring 22 and the third friction ring 24 in a mutual pressing condition, so that the fan 7 can rotate along with the friction disc under the condition of not grinding contact;
in the grinding process, when the friction disc is not pressed, namely not ground, the fan 7 rotates, and debris on the surface of the grinding head can be removed; when the friction disc is subjected to small pressure, namely under the condition of slight grinding, the second friction ring 22 is separated from the third friction ring 24, the first friction head 19 is also separated from the first friction ring 20, at the moment, the fan 7 stops rotating, the slotted hole equipment of an operator can slightly grind the friction disc, the grinding surface is trimmed, relatively few chips are generated, then the grinding disc 9 can be loosened, and the grinding surface is cleaned through the air flow of the fan 7; when the friction disc is stressed by large pressure and heavily polished between the friction disc and the polished surface, the friction head 19 is in friction contact with the first friction ring 20, the fan 7 is driven to rotate by friction, debris generated in the polishing process can be rapidly removed, and the polished surface and the polishing operation can be conveniently observed.
The equipment generally bases three functions of equipment polishing, couplant spraying and ultrasonic detection in the detection process on the same ultrasonic detection equipment, can realize rapid positioning, polishing, couplant spraying and continuous measurement, is convenient to operate, and has the advantages of miniaturization, integration, convenience in carrying and the like; and the operation is simpler, carries more lightly, and the use accuracy is higher, and application scope is wider.
