Therefore, it is necessary to provide a light-weight skin tab cutting device, which can achieve accurate, stable and high-quality cutting of skin tabs after the product assembly is completed.

And a pressing bolt 9 is installed on the skin positioning table 11, and a pressing block 12 corresponding to the pressing bolt 9 is installed at the bottom of the cutting platform 7. The height of the skin edge limiting pin 8 on the lower surface of the cutting platform 7 is larger than the thickness of the pressing block 12 on the lower surface of the cutting platform.
In operation, as shown in fig. 4, the skin process lug cutting device is placed at the skin 14 with the process lug 15, the process lug 15 of the skin 14 is inserted between the cutting platform 7 and the skin positioning table 11 of the cutting device, the skin edges at two sides of the process lug 15 are attached to the skin edge limiting pin 8, and the skin 14 is pressed on the pressing block 12 below the cutting platform 7 through the pressing bolt 9. The cutting tool 3 is started to drive the cutter 4 to rotate, the motor 1 is started, the motor 1 drives the cutter seat 5 to move along the linear slide rail 10 through the ball screw 2, and then the cutter 4 is driven to move along the cutting groove 13, and the skin process lug 15 is cut. After the cutting is completed, the motor 1 and the cutting tool 3 are stopped, the hold-down bolts 9 are loosened, and the whole device is removed from the skin 14, thereby completing the cutting work of the skin process lug 15.
