The invention relates to a manufacturing process of an automobile door ring, which comprises the following steps: welding: obtaining plates with required sizes according to the composition of the door rings, overlapping adjacent plates together up and down, wherein the overlapping width is 16-60 mm, and performing resistance spot welding or laser spot welding on the overlapping position; and (3) heat treatment: putting the welded door ring plate into a heating furnace for heating, and heating by adopting isothermal or gradient temperature rise, wherein the heating temperature range is 830-970 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 8-15 s; thermoforming: taking out the door ring plate from the heating furnace, putting the door ring plate into a thermal forming die for punch forming, and quenching at a cooling speed of more than or equal to 30 ℃/s; laser cutting: and taking the door ring plate material out of the hot forming die, and removing the redundant rim charge by laser cutting. At present, hot stamping high-strength steel tailor-welding processes mainly comprise three types: 1. the method does not strip the high-strength steel coating, and directly adopts a welding wire adding mode to splice and weld several plates together. However, the welding wires required by the process are specially made, and the cost is very high. 2. Only removing the coating of the high-strength steel plate, reserving the transition layer, and then welding all the plate materials by adopting a laser tailor welding mode. However, the coating of the plate is very thin and is only a few micrometers, the accuracy of the current laser ablation technology is unstable, the problem that the welding quality is affected due to the incomplete coating is easily solved, or the product quality is affected due to the damage to a substrate caused by the deeper ablation depth is easily solved. Meanwhile, the process is multiple, the equipment cost is high, and the product cost is high. 3. And removing the coating and the transition layer of the high-strength steel plate, and then welding the plates together in a laser welding mode. Because the coating and the transition layer on the plate are removed before welding, the welding seam position of the process has poor corrosion resistance, and the strength of the product is easily reduced after long-time use or in a humid environment.

When the cooling speed is lower than 30 ℃/s, the internal structure of the plate is converted into other structures, the product performance is influenced, the internal structure of the plate can be completely converted into lath martensite by high cooling speed, the hardness of the product is increased, and the product performance is good.

welding: obtaining a plate material with a required size according to the composition of a door ring, wherein the door ring comprises an A column plate material 1, a B column plate material 2, a threshold plate material 3 and an H column plate material 4, adjacent plate materials are vertically overlapped together, the overlapping width is 16-60 mm, resistance spot welding or laser spot welding is carried out on the overlapping position, and a welding spot 5 is formed at the overlapping position;
according to the thickness of the plate and the number of welding points, a proper overlapping width is selected, when the overlapping width is smaller than 16mm, the welding area of the welding point 5 is limited, the condition of insufficient welding strength is easy to occur, and the door ring has potential safety quality hazards; when the lap width is larger than 60mm, the lap width is overlarge, so that the sheet material of the door ring is heavier, the requirement of weight reduction of the automobile door ring cannot be met, and the use cost of the sheet material is increased.
The overlap width is preferably 30 mm.
The laser spot welding can complete single spot welding within 1 second, the welding efficiency is high, the phenomenon of insufficient welding can be avoided, the equipment cost is low, and the like;
and (3) heat treatment: placing the welded door ring plate material into a heating furnace for heating, wherein the heating mode adopts isothermal or gradient heating, the heating temperature range is 830-970 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 8-15 s;

In a preferred embodiment, the door ring blank is removed from the furnace by a robot and placed on the thermoforming mold.
In a preferred embodiment, a laser cutting program is set according to the requirements of a door ring digifax, so that redundant materials on a door ring plate material are removed.
In an optional embodiment, a plurality of temperature control areas are arranged in the heating furnace, and the heating temperature is sequentially increased according to the temperature control areas, so that gradient heating is realized when the door ring plate enters different temperature control areas of the heating furnace, the tissue transformation in the door ring plate is uniform, and the yield strength and the tensile strength of the plate are improved.
In the welding step, the lapping directions of two ends of the same plate are different. The two ends of the plate are overlapped in a staggered way, so that the overall welding strength of the door ring can be improved.
Optionally, the overlapping directions of the two ends of the same plate material may also be the same.
In the welding step, a plurality of welding spots 5 are formed at the lapping positions, and the nugget diameter of each welding spot 5 is 4-8 mm. When the nugget diameter is smaller than 4mm, the welding spot is small, the welding strength of the lap joint can not be ensured, and when the nugget diameter is larger than 8mm, the welding strength is satisfied, but the welding efficiency is reduced, the welding time is increased, and the overall welding efficiency is influenced.
Specifically, when the thickness of the plate is 2.6mm, the diameter of the nugget is 5 mm; when the thickness of the plate is 3.4mm, the diameter of the nugget is 8 mm. The nugget diameters of different sizes are selected according to the thickness of the plate, so that the strength requirement of the door ring can be met, and meanwhile, the welding efficiency can be ensured.
The welding spots 5 are arranged in a straight line, and the welding spots 5 form at least one row. The welding spots are arranged in a straight line, so that the adjacent plates can be fully welded, the insufficient welding is avoided, and the appearance is attractive.
In the thermal forming step, a water cooling machine for cooling the door ring plate is arranged in the thermal forming die, and the temperature of cooling water in the water cooling machine is 10-20 ℃. A water channel is arranged in the forming die, and cooling water flows in the water channel through a water cooling machine, so that the door ring plate is cooled, and meanwhile, the cooling water can be recycled, and resource waste is avoided.
In the hot forming step, after quenching, the yield strength of the door ring plate is more than or equal to 950Mpa, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 1350Mpa, and the elongation is more than or equal to 5%.
The yield strength of the door ring plate after heat treatment is preferably 950Mpa, the tensile strength is preferably 1350Mpa-1650Mpa, and the elongation is preferably 5% -6%.
In a preferred embodiment, the yield strength of each plate of the combined door ring can be the same or different, namely, the plates can be welded by combining different materials or welded by a single material; the tensile strength of the door ring plate after heat treatment can be 500MPa, 1000MPa, 1500MPa or 2000MPa, so that the strength requirements of different automobile door rings are met, and the application range of the manufacturing process is widened.
In the thermal forming step, when the temperature of the door ring plate is less than or equal to 200 ℃, the door ring plate is taken out of the thermal forming die, and the door ring plate is fully quenched.
Preferably, after the thermoforming step, repair welding is performed on the overlapped position, and the repair welding mode can be laser spot welding or resistance spot welding. Optionally, the door ring plate is taken out of the hot forming die by a manipulator, and after natural cooling, the redundant rim charge of the door ring plate is subjected to laser cutting.
