Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electron beam welding, and particularly relates to a welding fixture and a using method thereof.
Background
As a special welding method, electron beam welding has the advantages of good welding accessibility, high joint strength, small welding deformation, large welding thickness, wide range of weldable materials and the like, and is increasingly used in the manufacturing process of precise parts. The aircraft engine is formed by welding a plurality of short shaft parts through electron beams, as shown in figure 1, the short shaft parts consist of an end face circumferential welding line, the axial height is about 160mm, the diameter of the welding line is about 130mm, only one welding can be completed by clamping the parts each time, the workload is very large, and the production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a welding clamp and a using method thereof so as to solve the technical problem of low part clamping efficiency in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purpose:

3) After the device is clamped, the workbench is fed into a vacuum chamber to perform electron beam welding on the part in a clockwise circular interpolation mode.
