3) after the unilateral shearing of the bilateral scissors is completed, the rotary type aligning and guiding device is rotated to the stopping position and is positioned, and then the bilateral scissors recover the bilateral shearing function.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

And (3) according to the unilateral trimming amount, drawing a line by laser, and adjusting the position of the cutting edge of the bilateral scissors 1 on the moving side to the laser line.
The steel plate 3 to be sheared is conveyed, the steel plate 3 moves forwards in a stepping mode under the clamping of the clamping rollers at the inlet and the outlet of the original technology, and the shearing edge of the moving-side double-sided shear 1 performs single-sided shearing along with the stepping rhythm of the steel plate 3 to be sheared.
