The dye liquor can drive the rotating mechanism to rotate when passing through the rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism drives the scraper component to rotate on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the cotton wool blocking the filter screen cartridge is pulled out by the hanging knife component, so that the filter effect of the filter screen cartridge is smooth. The scraper component is driven to rotate by the impact force of the circulating dye liquor water flow, cotton wool is automatically pulled open, so that the filter screen cylinder is smooth, a motor is not required to be additionally arranged, and the power consumption is reduced. The cotton wool enters a static water area and is precipitated in the static water area, and the cotton wool is discharged from a cotton wool discharge port and is precipitated near a cotton wool groove water discharge port. And discharging the cotton wool from the drainage pipe when the water is discharged after the cloth dyeing process is finished.
