In a preferred embodiment, a fourth limiting block 421 is disposed at the end of a portion of the slideway 42, and the fourth limiting block 421 is used for limiting the length of the blank stroke, so that when the top of the top pressure head 22 hits the fourth limiting block 421, the stroke is finished, and the player presses the stationary mandril 21.
