The test method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting 2 hair washing shops in a certain area, randomly searching 14 consumers and medium-long female hair in each hair washing shop, totaling 28 hair washing shops which are respectively named as consumers X1-X28, respectively carrying out appearance tests on the hair of each consumer by 5 hairdressers, respectively carrying out hair care operations after hair washing by adopting sample samples 1-9, comparison samples 1-3 and commercial products 1-2, drying the hair after hair washing for 10min, and respectively carrying out appearance tests on the hair of each consumer by 5 hairdressers; after the form of giving shampoo for 3 days, the softness, frizziness and smell of the hair are detected and graded again according to the judgment standards of the table 2, and the average value of the grading data after 10min of hair washing and drying and the grading data after 3 days is taken and recorded in the table 3.
TABLE 2 judgment standards
TABLE 3
Detecting an object | Average score (point) | Detecting an object | Average score (point) |
Example 1 | 71 | Example 8 | 95 |
Example 2 | 69 | Example 9 | 96 |
Example 3 | 84 | Comparative example 1 | 48 |
Example 4 | 85 | Comparative example 2 | 45 |
Example 5 | 89 | Comparative example 3 | 41 |
Example 6 | 91 | Commercial product 1 | 28 |
Example 7 | 95 | Commercial product 2 | 12 |
As can be seen by combining examples 1-9, comparative examples 1-3 and commercially available products 1-2, and by combining tables 2 and 3, the average sensory scores of examples 1-9 were all much higher than the sensory scores of comparative examples 1-3 and commercially available products 1-2. It can be seen that the hair-straightening creams of examples 1 to 9 according to the present application are smooth and soft, have a long-lasting shape, are smooth and straight, have no harsh feeling, and have a natural and non-pungent smell.
As can be seen by combining examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 with tables 2 and 3, the difference in the overall properties, particularly the smoothness and the gloss, of the hair-straightening cream in the absence of the surfactant is large; while the hair combing in comparative examples 1 to 3 was partially knotted, the smoothness of the combing was greatly reduced. Therefore, the combination of ceteareth-20, sodium laureth sulfate and cetearyl alcohol greatly improves the softness of hair, and has obvious effect on improving the combing performance.
And (2) test II: test subjects for combing performance of hair: one comb of the hair straightening creams obtained in examples 1 to 9 were used as test samples 1 to 9, and the hair straightening creams obtained in comparative examples 1 to 3 were used as control samples 1 to 3.
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. the main experimental apparatus:
INSTRON 3343 model materials tester (NSTRON Corp.).
2. The experimental steps are as follows:
2.1 treat the hair into tresses of 50g weight and 27cm length, with 3cm upper end and 24cm lower end of the knot.
2.2 treating with tap water, repeating twice, and naturally drying.
2.3 put the hair into a PET plastic bottle of 150g containing ether, soak for four hours, repeat twice, and naturally dry.
2.4 Place the hair in the container 5g K12Soaking in 1000ml beaker of tap water at 50-60 deg.C for two hours, and repeating twice.
2.5 rinsing with tap water until no foam is formed and combing until the hair does not drip.
2.6 hair strand shampoo treatment: respectively weighing 4g of test sample 1-9, control sample 1-3 and commercial product 1-2, respectively rubbing the hair strands to the treated hair strands until the foams are uniform, standing for 5 minutes, washing the hair strands with natural water until no foams exist, naturally drying, and performing wet combing test.
2.7 after the wet combing test is finished, naturally drying.
2.8 the hair is placed in an environment at 25 ℃ and 60% RH for 8 hours.
2.9 Dry combing tests were performed.
2.10 the results were calculated and recorded in table 4.
3. Testing operation steps of single-upright-column tension meter
3.1 the power supply of the host is turned on, and the instrument is preheated for more than half an hour.
3.2 click the remote key on the touch screen, and open the computer and the series IX software.
3.3 setting parameters:
the test direction is as follows: upwards;
stretching speed: 1000 mm/min;
sampling rate: a 100 second point;
absolute limitation: the high load level was 0.05KN and the high elongation was 250 mm.
3.4 balance beam.
3.5 displacement and load zeroing: firstly, adjusting the displacement to a proper lowest position, and then, zeroing; the load was adjusted to a certain height (so that the test specimen did not touch the fixed comb) and then zeroed.
3.6 fixing the hair sample to be tested with a suitable clamp.
3.7 test hair samples, repeat 5 times, take average value (program automatically record data, automatic save).
And 3.8 finally, the series IX software, the computer and the host are powered off.
4. Formula for calculation
The carding force reduction degree calculation formula is as follows:
wherein: CombingWork (blank): combing force of blank sample (before anti-hair loss shampoo treatment); CombingWork (sample): combing force of the hair loss prevention shampoo. The higher the reduction of the combing force, the better the combing property, the lower the force required, i.e., the easier the combing, and the side face shows that the hair is less breakable, the hair root is stronger and the property of smoothing the hair is better.
TABLE 4
As can be seen by combining examples 1-9, comparative examples 1-3 and commercial products 1-2 and by combining Table 4, the combing force reductions for both the wet combing and the dry combing of examples 1-9 are greater than the combing force reductions for the wet combing and the dry combing performance of comparative examples 1-3 and commercial products 1-2. According to the higher carding force reduction degree, the better carding property is shown, the lower force is needed, namely the easier carding, the side surface shows that the mechanical broken hair is less, the hair root is strengthened, and the smooth performance of one comb is better.
As can be seen by combining example 7, comparative examples 1 to 3, and Table 4, the combing force reduction degree of both wet combing and dry combing was greatly reduced after the treatment with the hair straightening cream of comparative example 3 by controlling the variables, while the combing force reduction degree of both wet combing and dry combing of comparative examples 1 to 3 was smaller than that of wet combing and dry combing of example 7. Therefore, the coordination among cetostearyl alcohol, cetostearyl-20 and sodium lauryl sulfate has the effects of not obviously damaging and stimulating hair follicles of the scalp, maintaining the combing property of hair, strengthening hair roots, softening hair quality and straightening hair.
The specific embodiments are merely illustrative of the present application and are not restrictive of the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the embodiments as required without any inventive contribution thereto after reading the present specification, but only protected by the patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
