In the embodiment, the limiting member 24 is a screw, which is simpler to install than a column; the handrail inner pipe 22 is provided with a screw hole 222 for mounting the screw; the nut of the screw is partially exposed out of the outer tube 21 and has an outer diameter larger than the width of the outer tube limiting hole 212.
A plastic inner sleeve 25 is nested in the handrail outer tube 21; the plastic inner sleeve 25 is provided with an inner sleeve limiting hole 251 corresponding to the outer tube stroke hole 212 in shape. The plastic inner sleeve 25 is in a hollow tubular shape, and the lower end of the plastic inner sleeve 25 is provided with a convex edge 252 extending outwards in the radial direction, when the plastic inner sleeve 25 is installed, the plastic inner sleeve 25 is inserted into the handrail outer tube 21 from the pipe orifice at the lower end of the handrail outer tube 21, the outer wall of the plastic inner sleeve 25 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the handrail outer tube 21, the convex edge 252 is tightly attached to the lower end face of the handrail outer tube 21, and the inner sleeve limiting hole 251 is aligned with the outer tube limiting hole 212.
The plastic inner sleeve 25 can avoid collision and friction between metal pipe fittings, and solves the problem that the friction between the outer handrail pipe 21 and the inner handrail pipe can generate noise when moving.
As shown in fig. 2, when the handrail tube assembly 2 is installed, the plastic inner sleeve 25 is first inserted into the handrail outer tube 21, the spring is then placed into the handrail outer tube 21, the handrail inner tube 22 is then inserted into the handrail outer tube 21 from the tube opening at the lower end of the handrail outer tube 21, the screw hole 222 on the handrail inner tube 22 is exposed from the outer tube stroke hole 212, and finally, the screw (stopper) is installed on the handrail inner tube 22.
The top of the handrail outer tube 21 is provided with a connecting piece 3, and the connecting piece 3 is provided with a first connecting hole 31; a groove 10 corresponding to the connecting sheet 3 in shape is formed in the bottom of the handrail main body 1, and a second connecting hole 101 is formed in the bottom of the groove 10; the connecting piece 3 is embedded in the groove 10 and fixed by connecting the first connecting hole 31 and the second connecting hole 101 through the first screw 4.
The handrails of most seats are integrally formed plastic parts, cannot be disassembled, cause packaging difficulty, are high in packaging cost and are easy to damage in the transportation process.
The handrail tube component of the technical scheme is fixed with the handrail main body 1 through the connecting sheet 3 by screws, is detachably connected, can be disassembled for packaging and selling, saves space, reduces packaging materials, is environment-friendly and saves cost; in addition, the installation and operation are simple, the consumer can assemble the device independently, and the device is convenient to repair and replace after sale.
The armrest body 1 comprises a surface cover 11 and a bottom shell 12; the upper end of the bottom shell 12 is provided with an opening 120, the edge of the bottom surface of the surface cover 11 is provided with an annular limiting convex rib 113, the surface cover 11 covers the opening 120 of the bottom shell 12, and the limiting convex rib 113 is tightly matched with the opening 120 of the bottom shell 12; the surface cover 11 is fixedly connected with the bottom shell 12 through a second screw 5.
In the market, except for integrally formed plastic handrails, a part of detachable handrails are formed by combining a plurality of plastic parts, namely a surface cover, a middle cover and a bottom cover; and the handrail main part of this technical scheme only needs face lid and drain pan to be connected fixedly, has both reduced the cost, has also reduced the assembly degree of difficulty.
The edge of the top surface of the surface cover 11 is an arc chamfer edge; smooth transition and difficult scraping.
The bottom surface of the bottom shell 12 is an arc surface, and the connecting piece 3 is arc-shaped. Connecting piece 3 all adopts the circular arc cooperation with drain pan 12 in the outward appearance, does not have outstanding drain pan 12 surface after the assembly, and the outward appearance is not influenced.
A connecting column 111 extending into the bottom shell 12 is arranged at the bottom side of the face cover 11, a third connecting hole 112 is formed in the connecting column 111, and the third connecting hole 112 is a blind hole; a fourth connecting hole 121 is formed at the bottom of the bottom shell 12; the fourth connecting hole 121 is an inward-turned hole, the fourth connecting hole 121 is turned over at the inner side of the bottom case 12 to form a ring platform 122, and the connecting column 111 abuts against the ring platform 122; the second screw 5 is inserted into the fourth connecting hole 121 and the third connecting hole 112.
As shown in fig. 6, during installation, the second screw 5 penetrates into the bottom case 12 from the bottom of the bottom case 12 through the fourth connection hole 121 to connect with the third connection hole 112 on the connection post 111. The connecting column 111 abuts against the annular table 122 on the inner side of the inward-flanging hole, so that the third connecting hole 112 is in butt joint with the fourth connecting hole 121, dislocation is avoided, and the difficulty of autonomous installation is reduced.
The second screw is preferably a long screw. Because the third connecting hole is a blind hole, the screw cannot be exposed at the top of the face cover, and the appearance is not influenced. Compared with an assembly mode of directly screwing the top of the face cover, the face cover of the technical scheme is not provided with a through hole and is not easy to crack.
The surface cover 11 is a plastic part and is easy to mold and process. The bottom shell 12 is made of metal pieces, so that the handrail is stable, difficult to deform, environment-friendly and durable, and the service life of the handrail is prolonged.
The connecting piece 3 is a metal piece, and the connecting piece 3 is welded on the top of the handrail outer tube 21.
Specifically, the top of the handrail outer tube 21 is arranged on the connecting piece 3 through a through hole on the connecting piece 3 and fixed by welding.
As shown in fig. 5, a tube hole 102 for the top of the handrail outer tube 21 to penetrate through is formed in the bottom of the groove 10, when the handrail outer tube 21 is installed, the upper end of the handrail outer tube 21 extends into the bottom shell 12 through the tube hole 102, the connecting piece 3 is embedded into the groove 10 to be engaged with the bottom surface of the bottom shell 12, and then the first screw 4 is screwed into the groove to connect the first connecting hole 31 and the second connecting hole 101 for fixing.
