Description

The present invention is attached to the lower end of the legs of furniture products such as various tables, desks, chairs, etc., and these furniture products are, for example, undulating portions and construction irregularities on the furniture installation surface or mounting surface such as the floor surface. When the product is moved to a place or area where there is a level difference due to, for example, it is installed in a non-fixed state, the furniture product may become unstable due to the level difference (often about a few millimeters). The present invention relates to an installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg for eliminating a stable phenomenon and enabling a comfortable and comfortable use of furniture.

Contrary to the case where furniture products are fixedly placed at a fixed position with respect to the floor surface, when installed and used in a non-fixed state in a movable state as necessary, for example, a concrete exposed surface Floor floor undulations that are not sufficiently flattened, that is, with adjustable feet attached to the leg ends of furniture products to absorb the undulations and enable stable furniture product installation For example, Patent Document 1 discloses and is practically used to remove the instability of installation by simply adjusting a screw of an adjustment foot for a step due to an irregular surface or an undulating surface.

However, on the floors of restaurants and the like these days, concrete floors are used as they are for the installation surfaces of furniture products such as desks, tables, chairs, etc., and furniture products are directly fixed to such installation surfaces. If the product is installed in a fixed position at a fixed position, there will be no problem of unstable installation, but if the furniture product is put into practical use in a store etc., the furniture product is often moved. Each time, a slight irregularity in the state of the installation surface or a step due to undulations disturbs the stable installation of furniture, causing wobble, and user discomfort or placed on a desk or table, for example Inconveniences such as spilling of liquids such as coffee from the container also occur, and the store manager side takes measures such as adjusting each time the furniture product is moved with the above-mentioned conventional adjustment foot by screw adjustment. The point is that it lacks practicality Development of improved means as, provided there has been a demand.

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned types of stores and the like, it may be inconvenient to fix and install furniture products on the installation surface in order to secure passages, and may give the user freedom of movement. In such a case, there is a demand for providing an improved installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg that can quickly adapt to the installation surface step according to the movement of the furniture product and eliminate the occurrence of wobble. . In order to meet such a demand, the applicant of the present application is already mounted on the furniture leg mounting portion in the furniture mounting leg that is mounted on the furniture that is installed non-fixed on the installation surface having a step due to undulation or irregularity. It has a leg main part and an installation leg part which is provided at the lower end of the leg main part and constitutes an installation part on the installation surface. The installation leg part includes an elastic body and can be moved up and down relatively. The upper casing member and the lower casing member are provided, the upper casing member is coupled to the main leg portion, the lower casing is used as a foot to the installation surface, and the relative movement suppressing means is provided between the upper and lower casings. Proposing a mounting surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg that can stably install furniture on the installation surface while absorbing the step on the installation surface by reducing the relative movement, and earnestly aiming for commercialization, Repeated design and trial production. Further, the present invention provides the cover element that is relatively displaceable with respect to the cylinder element, and separating the two elements in the relative displacement direction into an inner peripheral area of the cover element and an outer peripheral area of the cylinder element. It is an object of the present invention to provide an installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg provided with an anti-separation engaging portion.
The present invention also provides an installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg in which the piston element has an air vent hole at the time of sliding contact displacement with respect to the cylinder element.
On the other hand, the present invention is an installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg that can be installed on a furniture leg and absorb a step such as undulation on the furniture installation surface to stably install the furniture.
A cover element that holds and joins a coupling leg that is attached to and coupled to a mounting portion provided at an end of the furniture leg, and a cap-shaped cover element, and a predetermined amount of vertical displacement on the peripheral wall of the cap-shaped cover element are possible. The foot element has an elastic body capable of displacing the foot element within an upper and lower range of the predetermined amount under the action of elastic force and capable of accumulating and releasing the elastic force, and performing the step absorption. A friction ring that imparts an operation deceleration action by a frictional force during the displacement operation, and is configured to cause a displacement operation adapted to the balance between the elastic force and the frictional force, and to stop. ingredients a step absorption mechanism There is provided a furniture mounting legs of the installation surface level difference absorbing characterized in that it is constituted by.

The installation surface stepped absorption type furniture mounting leg having the above-described configuration is mounted on the lower end of the leg part of the furniture product and installed together with the furniture product on the installation surface. When the elastic body contained between the cover element and the cylinder element is fixed in a vertically retractable state under the load applied by the cylinder, and there is a level difference between the high and low positions on the installation surface. In the leg part installed on the lower installation surface with respect to the leg part installed on the high installation surface among the plurality of leg parts of the furniture product, without leaving a gap between the installation surface, Each leg part that received the weight of the furniture product from above due to the balance between the contraction action of the elastic body and the sliding frictional force of the friction ring absorbs the difference in level between the high and low positions, and all the leg parts are furniture. In contact with the installation surface via the mounting legs Will be location, it is placed in stable installation surface. For example, when a load is applied to such a furniture product, for example, when a person sits down or leans on, the elastic body further contracts by the amount of the load at each leg portion, and the frictional force of the friction ring Under the action, stability is maintained and the occurrence of wobble is prevented. In addition, at this time, according to the present invention, when the cover element and the cylinder element move relative to each other when the elastic body contracts, the internal friction ring exhibits the effect of suppressing the relative movement, and the relative movement is decelerated. Relative movement is performed slowly, and sudden relative movement is prevented. This is because, for example, in a table on which a person leans, when the person suddenly leaves, the addition of load is canceled, so the compressive force on the elastic body is released, and the cover element and the cylinder element A relative extension movement that returns to the original state occurs between the two, but this extension movement is also carried out slowly by the action of suppressing the relative movement by the friction ring, so that the furniture can be prevented from jumping up. The
Therefore, for example, even when a container containing liquid is placed on the table, inconveniences such as liquid spilling out of the container and flowing from the table toward the floor surface due to a sudden extension movement can be prevented. There is an effect that there is no discomfort to the user of the table or the like.

In addition, since the friction ring is composed of an annular elastic ring and has a structure having a plurality of sliding contact portions, it is possible to increase the frictional resistance of the plurality of sliding contact portions without causing the elastic ring itself to be crushed. Therefore, reducing the deformation of the crush can improve the durability of the friction ring, and can secure the necessary frictional force, thereby prolonging the useful life of the furniture leg itself.
In addition, according to the present invention, the cover element that holds the connector and the piston element, the cylinder element that is fitted to the cover element and provided as a foot to the installation surface, and the inside of the cover element In the process of manufacturing and processing the installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting legs by mutually assembling and constructing the elastic body to be inserted and the friction ring fitted to the piston element and slidingly contacting the cylinder element, each element Further, since it is configured such that it can be easily assembled manually without using fixing means such as bonding, soldering, or welding, it is possible to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying processing. Moreover, since it can be assembled by such simple manual operation, it does not involve troublesome operations such as removal of existing adhesive, removal of soldering, separation of welding, etc., for example, a cylinder that functions as a foot to the installation surface When an element is damaged, or when the friction ring needs to be replaced after the end of its useful life, it is possible to replace the element or part by disassembly, or the size of the furniture mounting leg, It is possible to obtain an effect that it is possible to easily cope with a change in the screw element forming the connector, a change in the cover element, etc. in response to the weight scale, other usage conditions, and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. Although it is seated on 12c and is prevented from dropping by the protruding portion 12d, it is fixed and assembled while fixing the connector 11 inside the cover element 12. This piston element 14 is preliminarily made of the above-mentioned special cross-section O.
The friction ring 16 having a ring shape is assembled with the friction ring 16 mounted in the annular groove 14d.

After assembling the connector 11 and the piston element 14 inside the cover element 12, the elastic body 15 'composed of the spring element 15 described above is mounted between the spring receiving cylinder 14c of the piston element 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 14a. The upper end is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the spring receiving cylinder 14c.

Next, the cylinder element 13 is loaded from below the cover element 12. At this time, the spring receiving cylinder 13b of the cylinder element 13 is inserted so as to receive the lower end of the elastic body 15 '. The lower end of the elastic body 15' engages with the spring receiving cylinder 13b, and the spring receiving cylinder. A downward biasing force is applied to the cylinder element 13 via the bottom surface of 13b or via the spring receiving cylinder 13b. Here, as described above, the lower surface of the cylinder element 13 forms a foot element, and an outer wall 13c formed substantially concentrically on the outer side of the cylinder of the spring receiving cylinder 13b is provided as a cylinder function portion, and an inner peripheral surface 13d. Is formed as a smooth vertical sliding surface. The inner peripheral surface 13d is in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the friction ring 16 fitted to the piston element 14, and is engaged under frictional force. The cylinder element 13 further extends in an annular shape at the upper end of the outer wall 13c, protrudes outward, and has a stopper portion 13e. At the stage of inserting and assembling the cylinder element 13 into the cover element 12 under pressure, the stopper The portion 13e is forcibly fitted so as to spread the cover element 12 outward through the inner slope of the stop wall 12f at the lower end of the cover element 12, and press-fit assembly is performed by the engagement of the stopper portion 13e and the stop wall 12f. Later, the cylinder element 13 is formed so as not to be detached from the cover element 12. However, the cylinder element 13 can be displaced relative to the cover element 12 in the vertical direction. At this time, the friction ring 16 fitted to the piston element 14 causes the inner peripheral surface 13d of the cylinder element 13 to move. It is configured to slide under frictional force.

That is, by placing the cylinder element 13 on the floor surface, the load force from the upper side to the lower side, for example, the downward link by the person, for example, the connector 11, the cover element 12, and the piston element 14 integrated by assembly. When the pressing force is applied, the three members move downward relative to the cylinder element 13, and at this time, the friction ring 16 fitted to the piston element 14 internally moves the inner peripheral surface 13 d of the cylinder element 13. The elastic body 15 ′ that slides against the frictional force is contracted and accumulates a biasing force inside the elastic body 15 ′. The urging force accumulated by the elastic member 15 'acts to return the three members of the connector 11, the cover element 12, and the piston element 14 away from the cylinder element 13 against the load force as described above. When the load force is released, the three elements are pushed up against the friction force of the friction ring 16 or the cylinder element 13 is pushed down.

The relative displacement distance “h” between the three elements of the connector 11, the cover element 12, and the piston element 14 integrated by assembling and the cylinder element 13 is about several millimeters of the irregular floor surface, which is the basic idea of the present invention. In order to absorb this level difference, it is usually set appropriately to a few millimeters (actually about 2 to 8 millimeters), and if it has a relative displacement distance “h”, the level difference can be sufficiently absorbed. Can do.

Further, at the time of relative displacement movement, a displacement operation between the cylinder element 13 and an integral part such as the cover element 12 including the piston element 14 is performed inside the cavity of the cover element 12, and the friction ring 16 is moved to the cylinder element 13. Since the inner surface 13d is in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface 13d, the inside of the piston 14 is sealed. Accordingly, if an appropriate number of air holes 14e are provided in appropriate positions in the piston element 14 in advance, the air inside the piston element 14 is released from the air hole 1e to the outside without causing a pressure increase due to compression at the time of relative displacement. Therefore, the relative displacement movement can be smoothed.

Here, when the constituent material of each element in the step absorption type furniture mounting leg 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention is searched, the connector 11 composed of the screw element is usually made of iron so as to ensure mechanical strength. However, it is needless to say that it may be formed by molding using a hard plastic material or the like according to necessity from the viewpoint of use or manufacturing cost. In addition, the cover element 12 is convenient for press-fit assembly at the time of assembly according to a molding process using a resin material having a high moldability such as a known polyamide resin, but is formed by plastic processing of a stainless material or the like. In the assembly, it is also possible to adopt a method of assembling from the outside of the stainless steel cover element 12 by a method of enclosing the piston element 14 and the cylinder element 13 with an external pressure as in the drawing method.
On the other hand, the cylinder element 13 and the piston element 14 have strength and durability, and the former cylinder element 13 has excellent slidability, and the latter piston 14 has high dimensional stability and hardness. Synthetic resin materials such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) can be used, but are not limited to these resin materials. For example, high-density polyethylene, fluororesin material (ETFE), polyester resin, polyvinyl butyral (AS resin) It is also possible to substitute various synthetic resin materials such as these, and it can be obtained by processing and molding these synthetic resin materials by a molding method.
The spring element 15 (elastic body 15 ') is made of a metal spring material, and is commercially available by appropriately specifying the design dimensions, that is, the inner and outer diameters, the material diameter, the spring stiffness, and the like. Is possible.

Here, the friction ring 16 having an O-ring shape with a special cross section is formed by forming two annular chevron portions 16a and 16b on the outer periphery as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. Different from the well-known simple ring-shaped O-ring elements, etc., the friction effect due to the collapse of the shape is obtained while realizing two-point contact (plural points) at the top of each mountain during sliding to increase the friction effect. Instead, the elastic force shrinks in the direction perpendicular to the inner peripheral surface 13d of the cylinder element 13 and exhibits the friction power due to the reaction force. It constitutes one characteristic component of the present invention that has been confirmed to be superior and is processed using nitrile rubber, propylene rubber, fluororubber, or the like as the material. In the illustrated example, the two chevron portions 16a and 16b are formed. However, it is also possible to double the multipoint contact effect by providing a recess at the top of each chevron portion 16a and 16b. These embodiments are also included in the scope of the technical idea as in the illustrated example.

Now, referring to FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), FIG. 3 (a) shows the cover element 12 in the product state before the furniture mounting leg 10 is attached to the mounting portion of the furniture leg. FIG. 3 (b) shows a state in which the integrated part such as the connecting element 11, the piston element 14 and the like are not displaced relative to the cylinder element 13 in the vertical direction. FIG. Show.

Here, it should be noted that in the latter relative displacement state, furniture is mounted on an installation surface such as a floor surface that is attached to each mounting portion of each of the plurality of legs of the furniture and has a step. When the load is applied by the pressing force from above via the furniture legs by the above-mentioned relative displacement allowance “h” when placed, the furniture mounting of the present embodiment placed on the installation surface that is raised by the step The leg 10 absorbs the level difference by the displacement contraction as shown in FIG. 3 (b) with relative displacement than the furniture mounting leg 10 of the same embodiment placed on the installation surface which is lowered by the level difference. Stops in a balanced state due to the force relationship between the friction ring 16 and the elastic body 15 'formed of the spring element 15, and fixes furniture such as a table, desk, chair, etc., in a stable state without shaking. It works. In other words, the friction exerted by the friction ring 16 suppresses the spring compression reaction force of the elastic body 15 ′ and stops the piston element 14 and the cylinder element 13 in a state where they are relatively displaced by a level difference. This ensures the same installation state as when installed on an installation surface such as a smooth floor without a step.

That is, the furniture mounting leg 10 of the present embodiment is formed by the friction ring 16 which is formed to be stretchable under the action of the elastic force of the elastic body 15 ′ (spring element 15) and has a multipoint contact portion that exhibits a friction effect. Forming an installation surface step absorption type furniture mounting leg that makes it possible to stably install furniture products on the installation surface while forming a step absorption mechanism that absorbs the step of the installation surface by balancing the force with the elastic body 15 ′; Moreover, since the friction ring 16 functions so as to stop the relative displacement at a predetermined position by the balance of force, the friction ring 16 functions inside the cylinder element 13 with respect to the integrated portion of the connector 11, the piston element 14 and the cover element 12 of the cylinder element 13. By decelerating the relative displacement moving operation, the step absorption action can be achieved while slowly reducing and displacing.

As described above, the furniture mounting leg 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a plurality of legs of a furniture product and installed on an installation surface such as a concrete floor surface on which steps due to undulations or irregularities are interposed. In addition, the furniture mounting leg 10 of each leg receives a weight load of the furniture product or a force that a person pushes downward, and the like, and the level difference between the upper and lower installation surfaces is absorbed by relative displacement in the vertical direction. However, if the furniture product is moved on the installation surface to change the position, the new installation surface again absorbs the step at that position. Rather than as a furniture mounting leg intended for a fixed installation surface, which is intended by the present invention, rather than as a furniture mounting leg intended to be able to achieve a stable installation without any adjustment operation, a furniture mounting leg, i.e., step absorption. Demonstrates the feature of functioning as a type furniture mounting leg It's that.

FIG. 5 shows a stepped floor in which the step-absorbing furniture mounting leg 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is mounted on each leg mounting portion 22 of the furniture product (table) 20 having a plurality of legs. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which the furniture product is installed on a surface 30. FIG. Then, a state in which the step is absorbed by the furniture leg 10 by applying a load as the person P pushes from above is shown. In this example, the step absorption furniture mounting leg 10 is attached to each of the four leg mounting portions 22 and the load is applied from above, thereby absorbing the level difference. However, three legs, five legs, etc. It will be obvious that it can be adapted to various furniture products 20.
In this way, when the step absorption due to the balance between the friction ring 16 and the elastic body 15 'is achieved, in the process in which the furniture product is installed unfixed on the installation surface and used, for example, a person suddenly moves from a desk or table. Even when the load force applied downward by the leaning person leaning away suddenly is released, it is possible to respond quickly to suppress the jumping of the furniture product and maintain a stable installation state.

Of course, when the furniture product is moved on the installation surface, even if the step state on the installation surface changes between before and after the movement, the step at each position is absorbed to maintain the stability of the furniture product. As described above, performing the action that can be performed.

The step absorption type furniture mounting leg according to the present invention is mounted on the lower end of the leg of the furniture product, and uneven surfaces and undulations such as a concrete floor surface are not sufficiently removed, so that the installation surface has a step. When installing and using furniture products on such installation surfaces, the steps can be absorbed without requiring special adjustment work such as height adjustment, and furniture products can be installed stably on the installation surface. It is what I did. Moreover, even if the furniture product is installed non-fixed on the installation surface and the furniture product is moved as needed during use, it absorbs the step generated at that position again after the move. The furniture product can be stably installed and held, and even if a load is added to the furniture product after installation or the load is released, the furniture mounting leg follows the load change. It stretches and makes it possible to always maintain the stability of furniture products. Therefore, when installing and using tables, desks, chairs, etc. as furniture products on the floor floor of concrete in stores, etc., the furniture products can be stably installed even when there are steps due to distortion or undulations on the floor surface. Since it is possible, the industrial applicability is extremely high.

Moreover, the step absorption type furniture mounting leg 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes its constituent elements such as a connector 11, a cover element 12, a piston element 14, an elastic body 15 ', a friction ring 16, a cylinder element 13, and the like. In the process of assembling, there is no need for screwing, bonding, pin fixing, other elements or special tools for assembly, so it has the advantage of simplifying the man-made and labor required for assembly, and furniture There is an advantage that it can be easily attached to the mounting leg portion of the leg at the installation site of the product, and an operation such as exchanging the internal friction ring 16 can be easily performed if necessary. In addition, at the installation site of furniture products, it is only necessary to apply a load from above to absorb the level difference. It should be noted that the screw rod of the connector 11 can be prevented from loosening to prevent the connector 11 from coming off. Further, the center hole 12a of the cover element 12 can be easily selected and dealt with at the stage of molding the cover element 12 by changing the diameter of the large and small holes in advance according to the diameter of the screw rod 11b of the connector 11. Will be easily understood.
