Background
Fig. 1 shows a basic architecture diagram of an advertisement delivery system, as shown in fig. 1, a terminal management system may be connected to a plurality of terminal devices or terminal device groups (all terminals belonging to a sub-area of an access terminal management system) through a LAN/WAN, and the terminal management system serves as an advertisement delivery platform to deliver advertisements on the respective terminal devices. The content displayed by the terminals is required to be synchronized, that is, the same content is displayed at the same time, and more specifically, all terminals accessing the terminal management system, or all terminals in a sub-area in the management system need to be displayed synchronously.
In consideration of saving network resources and network costs, and server pressure, the system shown in fig. 1 adopts a scheme of downloading the content to be delivered to the local terminal for playing instead of real-time playing, and due to the influence of the network environment of each terminal and the downloading speed caused by the content being played by the terminal, the time for each terminal to download each content may not be synchronized, so that the content displayed by each terminal is not synchronized, when the delivered content is large, the whole resource downloading process is very long, and if the number of terminals is large (such as 500, 1000, 2000 or more), for the downloading server, all terminals simultaneously apply for data downloading operation, the bandwidth pressure thereof is very large, so that the bandwidth allocated to each terminal is greatly reduced, and the time for each terminal to download all content is greatly prolonged, the whole download completion time is greatly prolonged, and for synchronous display, since the synchronization strategy is to determine the content and the number of the downloads in the terminal to issue the synchronization instruction, the download speed affects the time for starting the synchronous play, thereby affecting the user experience.
Aiming at the problem that when the number of terminals is large in the existing advertisement delivery system, the bandwidth allocated to each terminal is greatly reduced, the downloading speed of synchronously downloading the advertisement content from the server to each terminal is influenced, and therefore the synchronous playing of the advertisement at each terminal is influenced, an effective solution is not provided at present.

In accordance with an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an embodiment of a method for expediting content delivery to a terminal device, where the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be carried out in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and where the logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be carried out in an order different than that shown.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for accelerating content delivery of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a content delivery system, and the content delivery system includes: a terminal management device and a plurality of terminal devices connected to the terminal management device, where the terminal management device is configured to download content to be delivered to each terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices, and each terminal device is configured to display the content to be delivered, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S202, determining download bandwidth allocated to each terminal device according to the current available bandwidth of the server and the number of the terminal devices, wherein the server is used for storing the content to be released, and the download bandwidth is used for downloading the content to be released to each terminal device;
and the terminal management equipment integrally carries out release and synchronous management. And the terminal management equipment in the download server allocates download bandwidth for each terminal equipment according to the current total download bandwidth and the number of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, the terminal management system equally allocates the total download bandwidth to each terminal device. When one-time releasing is carried out, the terminal management equipment calculates the download bandwidth which can be allocated to each terminal according to the download bandwidth of the server and the number of terminals to be released, and according to an average method, for example, the download bandwidth of the server is 1000Mb/s, 1000 terminals need to be simultaneously released, and then each terminal is allocated with the download bandwidth of 1 Mb/s.
Step S204, downloading the contents to be released to each terminal device according to the downloading bandwidth;
step S206, receiving notification information sent by a first target terminal device in each terminal device, wherein the first target terminal device is a terminal device which downloads the content to be delivered from each terminal device;
it should be noted that, the first target terminal device is a terminal device that has downloaded the content to be delivered earliest in each terminal device. When a terminal device (for example, the terminal device a) finishes downloading a resource, a notification message is immediately sent to the terminal management device.
And step S208, controlling the first target terminal device to download the content to be delivered to other terminal devices except the first target terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices according to the notification information.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present application, in step S208, the content to be delivered is downloaded to other terminal devices through the first target terminal device.
Through the steps, each terminal is used as a downloading source to provide resource downloading service for other terminal equipment by means of the fact that each terminal is own network resource, the purposes of reducing the pressure of the downloading server and reasonably utilizing the network resource of each terminal equipment are achieved, and therefore the technical effect of accelerating the downloading speed of the server for synchronously downloading the advertisement content to each terminal is achieved.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present application, the notification information in step S206 includes: the IP address of the first target terminal device and the mark of the content to be delivered.
In specific implementation, each terminal device runs a file downloading service program as a small downloading server, the file downloading service program monitors the current resource downloading condition, and immediately reports a notification message of the completion of the corresponding resource downloading to the terminal management device when the resource downloading is completed, wherein the notification message carries the IP address and the unique resource ID of the current terminal device.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, after receiving the notification information sent by the first target terminal device in each terminal device, step S206 sends the notification information to other terminal devices, and stores the IP address of the first target terminal device in the download completion device list corresponding to the identifier of the content to be delivered.
And after receiving the notification message, the terminal management equipment records the IP address of the current equipment into a downloading completion equipment list of corresponding resources. And sending the device IP address and the unique resource ID corresponding to the notification message to other terminal devices which have not downloaded the resource.
In other optional embodiments of the present application, performing step S208 to control the first target terminal device to download the content to be delivered to other terminal devices, except the first target terminal device, of the plurality of terminal devices according to the notification information includes the following steps: receiving request information sent by other terminal equipment, wherein the request information is used for requesting to redirect a download address of the content to be delivered to an IP address of first target terminal equipment; setting serial numbers for other terminal equipment according to the time sequence of receiving the request information; and controlling the first target terminal equipment to download the content to be delivered to other terminal equipment according to the sequence number.
In this step, after receiving the notification message, the other terminal devices request the terminal management device to redirect the download address to the terminal device address corresponding to the notification message (i.e., redirect the download address of the content to be delivered to the IP address of the first target terminal device), and the terminal management device sets a serial number for the device according to the sequence of the received requests, and determines whether the serial number N of the device that sent the request (the serial number is several if the several requests are redirected, and the N initial value is 0 for each device that has completed downloading corresponding to each resource) is less than or equal to the number of downloads that can be supported by the current terminal device a.
According to an optional embodiment of the present application, controlling the first target terminal device to download the content to be delivered to the other terminal device according to the serial number includes the following steps: selecting a second target terminal device from other terminal devices according to the sequence of the serial numbers; determining whether the serial number of the second target terminal device is less than or equal to the supportable download number of the first target terminal device, wherein the supportable download number is the number of the first target terminal device which can simultaneously download the contents to be delivered to other terminal devices; if the serial number of the second target terminal equipment is less than or equal to the supportable download number, the control server stops downloading the content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment, redirects a download address for downloading the content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment to an IP address of the first target terminal equipment, and controls the first target terminal equipment to download the residual content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment.
If the serial number N ═ X (X is the number of downloads supportable by the first target terminal device) corresponding to the second target terminal device, then N ═ N +1 and feeds back to the second target terminal device that sent the request, then the second target terminal device terminates the current download and redirects to the requested new download address to continue downloading the remaining data (only for the resource, the resource download server downloads the new resource after the resource download is completed).
According to another optional embodiment of the present application, if the serial number of the second target terminal device is greater than the supportable download number, determining whether an IP address of a third target terminal device other than the IP address of the first target terminal device exists in a download completion device list corresponding to the identifier of the content to be delivered; if the content to be delivered exists, the control server stops downloading the content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment, redirects a download address for downloading the content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment to an IP address of third target terminal equipment, and controls the third target terminal equipment to download the residual content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment; and if the content to be delivered does not exist, the control server continuously downloads the content to be delivered to the second target terminal equipment.
If the serial number N corresponding to the equipment is larger than X, the terminal management equipment checks whether the equipment list of the resource which is completely downloaded has other terminal equipment, if so, the second target terminal equipment terminates the current downloading and redirects to the requested new downloading address to continue downloading the rest data, otherwise, no feedback is made and the original downloading is continued.
In an alternative embodiment, the number of downloads that can be supported is determined by the following equation:
Figure BDA0003194589540000071
wherein B is the uplink bandwidth of the first target terminal device, B is the current available bandwidth of the server, p is the supportable download number, q is the number of the terminal devices, and m is greater than or equal to 2.
For the bandwidth of the terminal device, for example, the 4G network theory is the highest: 100Mb/s (downstream), 50Mb/s (upstream), 5G networks are faster, so it can also be seen that the overall download speed is actually limited by the server, assuming that the actual bandwidth of the terminal device is as follows: 50Mb/s (downlink), 20Mb/s (uplink), the actual bandwidth data of the terminal is entered into the terminal management device (assuming that the network parameters of all the dropped terminals are the same). It can be concluded that when a terminal device is used as a download source, the available download bandwidth can reach 20Mb/s (i.e. its uplink bandwidth), and if 10 terminals are provided with downloads simultaneously, each terminal can still reach a download speed of 2Mb/s (this download speed is 2 times of the download speed allocated by the server to each terminal device as calculated above), although this number can be set, assuming that this number is X, the principle is: the uplink bandwidth B (e.g. 20Mb/s)/X of the terminal should be greater than the total bandwidth B (e.g. 1000 Mb/s)/total number N of terminals (e.g. 1000)) × [ m ], where m is an optional item and represents a multiple, e.g. must be greater than 2 times or more, and of course, the larger this multiple, the smaller X.
