When a bill is stored, inputting the name, the operation time, the bill number and the storage of a depositor, photographing the bill by the photographing module, identifying the fingerprint of the depositor by the fingerprint module, verifying whether a person corresponding to the fingerprint identified by the fingerprint module is matched with the input name by the verifying module, and when the person is matched with the fingerprint, opening the electronic lock and storing the bill into the box body 1 by the depositor;
when a bill is taken, inputting the name, the operation time, the bill number and the taking of a person, then identifying the fingerprint of the person through the fingerprint module, verifying whether the person corresponding to the fingerprint identified by the fingerprint module is matched with the input name through the verification module, and when the person is matched with the fingerprint, opening the electronic lock, taking the bill out of the box body 1 by the person, and simultaneously taking a picture of the bill through the picture taking module;
the log module is used for recording the operation information for later inquiry and use.
Therefore, the system can record the access records of the bills, is convenient to inquire and use in the future, and improves the safety of bill use.
In some embodiments, the system includes a locating module for recording the location of the deposit of the ticket when the ticket is deposited and for locating the location of the deposit of the ticket when the ticket is retrieved. 1. An intelligent financial management system, comprising: a box body, a door body, an electronic lock, an input module, a display module, a fingerprint module, a log module, a verification module and a photographing module, wherein,
the door body is rotatably arranged on the box body;
the electronic lock is arranged on the door body;
the input module is used for inputting the name, the operation time, the bill number and the access type of an operator;
the display module is used for displaying operation information;
the fingerprint module is used for fingerprint identification of an operator;
the verification module is used for verifying whether a person corresponding to the fingerprint identified by the fingerprint module is matched with the input name or not;
the log module is used for recording information input by an operator;
the photographing module is used for photographing the stored bills and generating bill photos to be located beside the bill numbers.
2. An intelligent financial management system according to claim 1 including a lookup module for recording the location of deposit of notes when they are deposited and for locating the location of deposit of notes when they are removed.

The intelligent financial management system according to claim 2 wherein a plurality of transverse plates and vertical plates are provided in the box, the transverse plates and vertical plates form a plurality of cavities with the inner wall of the box, the cavities are used for placing bills, an LED lamp is provided below each cavity, and when the cavity where bills are stored is found by the finding module, the LED lamp below the cavity is controlled to light.
4. An intelligent financial management system according to claim 3 including a dehumidification portion for reducing the humidity within the enclosure.

7. An intelligent financial management system according to claim 5 wherein the left side of the partition is provided with a filter screen for filtering dust.
