The present invention provides an air conditioner dust removing system, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising: air conditioning mechanism 1 and spraying mechanism 2.
Wherein, air conditioner mechanism 1 is applicable to hot and cold area in winter in summer, can be used to refrigerate and heat, includes: the outdoor heat exchanger 11, the compressor 12, the indoor heat exchanger 13 and the throttling device 14 are connected end to end in sequence. The first end of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is connected with the second end of the throttling device 14, the second end of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is connected with the first end of the compressor 12, the first end of the indoor heat exchanger 13 is communicated with the second end of the compressor 12, and the second end of the indoor heat exchanger 13 is communicated with the first end of the throttling device 14. An air return inlet is arranged on the indoor heat exchanger 13, and a filter screen is arranged at the air return inlet.
As shown in fig. 1, when the air conditioning mechanism 1 performs a cooling operation, the refrigerant is compressed in the compressor 12, and the refrigerant gas, which originally has a low temperature and a low pressure, is compressed into a superheated vapor having a high temperature and a high pressure, and then discharged from the first end of the compressor 12. In this case, the outdoor heat exchanger 11 serves as a condenser, the indoor heat exchanger 13 serves as an evaporator, and the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam is introduced into the condenser.
The superheated vapor of high temperature and high pressure is cooled in the condenser, and the superheated refrigerant changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state. The cooled low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant is throttled and depressurized by the throttling device 14, and a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant liquid flows into the evaporator. The refrigerant liquid absorbs heat in the evaporator and vaporizes, the temperature of the ambient air temperature decreases, and cold air is blown into the room. The refrigerant gas is sucked back into the compressor 12 and compressed again into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam, thereby maintaining the refrigeration cycle.
As shown in fig. 2, in the air conditioning mechanism 1, when heating, the outdoor heat exchanger 11 serves as an evaporator, the indoor heat exchanger 13 serves as a condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam compressed by the compressor 12 is discharged from the second end of the compressor 12 and sent into the condenser, the superheated steam is dissipated through the condenser, and the dissipated heat is blown out from the air outlet by the cross flow fan.
The superheated steam is cooled to form low-temperature high-pressure liquid, and then the low-temperature high-pressure liquid is sent back to the evaporator through the throttling device 14, the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant completes the vaporization process in the evaporator, and the refrigerant liquid absorbs a large amount of heat to the outside and is changed into dry saturated vapor again. The dry saturated vapor is finally returned to compressor 12 for the second heating cycle.
The spraying mechanism 2 includes: water supply pipe 21, first spray pipe, second spray pipe and atomizer 22. The first shower pipe portion is located in the outdoor heat exchanger 11 for absorbing heat when the outdoor heat exchanger 11 functions as a condenser. The second spray pipe is completely positioned outside the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and the atomizing nozzle 22 is arranged at the edge of the air return opening. The water supply pipe 21 may communicate with the atomizing nozzle 22 through the first spray pipe or the second spray pipe according to a user's selection or an actual demand. The atomizer head 22 is preferably in the range of one meter relative to the return air inlet to facilitate the return flow. The return air inlet is provided with a floating and sinking concentration sensor for detecting the concentration of dust.
In the working process of the air conditioner dust removal system, the current dust concentration is obtained by using the floating and sinking concentration sensor, and whether the dust concentration exceeds the preset dust concentration is judged. If the current dust concentration is judged to exceed the preset dust concentration, the spraying mechanism 2 is closed or not started. And if the current dust concentration is judged to exceed the preset dust concentration, starting the spraying mechanism 2 and acquiring the current operation mode of the air conditioning mechanism 1. The air conditioning mechanism 1 and the spraying mechanism 2 are controlled according to the current running mode of the air conditioner.
If judge and learn air conditioner mechanism and move with the refrigeration mode at present, then control water supply pipe 21 and communicate with atomizer 22 through first spray piping, utilize rivers in the water supply pipe 21 to absorb the heat in outdoor heat exchanger 11, rethread atomizer 22 spouts steam into in the indoor air, the vapor tiny particle that the atomizing sprayed formation, it has the gathering effect to the dust, utilize return air inlet return air after the gathering, liquefy through indoor heat exchanger 13, rivers after the liquefaction take away the dust that mingles, can avoid flying wadding, the dust is piled up, play air-purifying's effect.
If the air conditioning mechanism is judged to be operated in the heating mode currently, the water supply pipeline 21 is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the second spraying pipeline, and water in the water supply pipeline 21 directly flows into the atomizing spray head 22 to purify indoor air.
Generally, the dust concentration in the living and working space is required to be lower than 4mg/m3Therefore, when the floating concentration sensor detects that the dust concentration in the space is higher than 4mg/m3When the remote controller directly receives the signal, the alarm lamp flickers, and at the moment, a user can choose to enter another space for work and life temporarily, and the air conditioner dust removal function is started in the overproof space. After the air conditioner receives the signal, whether the air conditioner carries out heating or a refrigerating mode is judged, so that the first spraying pipeline or the second spraying pipeline is controlled to be opened or closed until the dust concentration in the space is detected again and reaches the standard, the work is stopped, and a signal is sent to be fed back to the remote controller.
According to the air conditioner dust removal system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the dust concentration is too high, the spraying mechanism is arranged to assist the air conditioner mechanism in removing dust, if the air conditioner mechanism operates in a refrigeration mode currently, the water supply pipeline is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing nozzle through the first spraying pipeline, heat in the outdoor heat exchanger is absorbed by water flow in the water supply pipeline, and the heat is sprayed into indoor air through the atomizing nozzle. If air conditioner mechanism is with the mode operation that heats, then control water supply pipe and pass through second spray piping and atomizer intercommunication, with rivers in the water supply pipe directly spout into the room air, the atomizing sprays the vapor tiny particle that forms, and it has the gathering effect to the dust, and the rethread indoor heat exchanger liquefies vapor, and the rivers after utilizing the liquefaction take away the dust that is mingled with, play air-purifying's effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, for the convenience of control, a first solenoid valve 23 is provided in the first spray pipe, and a second solenoid valve 24 is provided in the second spray pipe.
Wherein, spray the mechanism and still include: a solenoid valve controller 25; the electromagnetic valve controller is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic valve 23 and the second electromagnetic valve 24, and the electromagnetic valve controller 25 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the first electromagnetic valve 23 or the second electromagnetic valve 24.
If the air conditioning mechanism is judged to be operated in the cooling mode currently, the electromagnetic valve controller 25 controls the first electromagnetic valve 23 to be opened, the second electromagnetic valve 24 to be closed, and the water supply pipeline 21 is communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the first spraying pipeline.
If the air conditioning mechanism is judged to be operated in the heating mode currently, the electromagnetic valve controller 25 controls the first electromagnetic valve 23 to be closed, the second electromagnetic valve 24 to be opened, and the water supply pipeline 21 is communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the second spraying pipeline.
Correspondingly, a first check valve 26 and a first stop valve 27 are also arranged in the first spray pipe, and a second check valve 28 and a second stop valve 29 are arranged in the second spray pipe. The first check valve 26 and the second check valve 28 are for preventing backflow. The first stop valve 27 is used for manually controlling the opening and closing of the first spray pipe. The second stop valve 29 is used for manually controlling the opening and closing of the second spraying pipeline. When the electromagnetic valve controller 25 is found to be in fault or the adjustment electromagnetic valve needs to be overhauled, the spraying pipeline can be controlled through the first stop valve 27 and the second stop valve 29 to carry out corresponding operation.
Wherein, spray mechanism 2 still includes: a booster pump 20. A booster pump 20 is connected between the first ends of the first and second spray pipes and the second end of the atomizer 22, the booster pump 20 being configured to boost the steam or water flow entering the atomizer 22.
The invention also provides a control method of the air-conditioning dust removal system, as shown in fig. 3, the control method is used for controlling the air-conditioning dust removal system shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
step S301: and acquiring the current dust concentration.
Step S302: and if the current dust concentration exceeds the preset dust concentration, starting the spraying mechanism and acquiring the current operation mode of the air conditioning mechanism.
Step S303: controlling the air conditioning mechanism and the spraying mechanism according to the current operation mode of the air conditioner; if the air conditioning mechanism operates in a refrigeration mode currently, controlling the water supply pipeline to be communicated with the atomizing spray head through the first spraying pipeline; and if the air conditioning mechanism operates in the heating mode currently, controlling the water supply pipeline to be communicated with the atomizing spray head through the second spraying pipeline.
Generally, the dust concentration in the living and working space is required to be lower than 4mg/m3Therefore, when the floating concentration sensor detects that the dust concentration in the space is higher than 4mg/m3When the air conditioner works, the remote controller directly receives a signal, the alarm lamp flickers, and a user can select to enter another space for work and life temporarily at the moment, and the air conditioner is started to remove dust in the overproof spaceAnd (4) performing functions.
When water vapor generated by tap water is mixed into indoor air, the steam is very easy to gather with dust floating in the air, so that the effect similar to haze is formed, and therefore, the dust removal function needs to be performed in an indoor unmanned environment. After the steam and the floating and sinking are gathered, the air is induced through the air return opening, the dust water mist is sucked back to the air conditioner again, then the water mist is condensed by the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and condensed water is formed and then is discharged to the outside. At this time, attention is paid to avoid the water flow from condensing and frosting in the outdoor heat exchanger 11 in winter or in a low temperature state, so that the actual control process further comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature and the set temperature, and comparing the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature and the set temperature.
If the outdoor temperature is judged to be higher than the frosting temperature, the air-conditioning dust removal system does not have the risk of frosting at the moment, the air-conditioning mechanism 1 is controlled to operate in a refrigeration mode, and the water supply pipeline 21 is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the first spraying pipeline.
If the outdoor temperature is judged to be greater than the frosting temperature and the indoor temperature is greater than the set temperature, the air conditioning mechanism is controlled to normally operate in a refrigeration mode, and the water supply and preparation pipeline 21 is communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the first spraying pipeline. If the outdoor temperature is judged to be greater than the frosting temperature and the indoor temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature, the air conditioning mechanism is controlled to operate in a low-frequency cooling mode, the compressor 12 is operated in a low-frequency mode, and the water supply and preparation pipeline 21 is communicated with the atomizing nozzle 22 through the first spraying pipeline.
If the outdoor temperature is judged to be less than or equal to the frosting temperature and the indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, the air conditioning mechanism 1 is controlled to operate in the refrigeration mode, and the water supply pipeline 21 is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the second spraying pipeline because the frosting risk exists in the air conditioning dedusting system at the moment.
If the outdoor temperature is judged to be less than or equal to the frosting temperature and the indoor temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature, the air conditioning mechanism 1 is controlled to operate in the heating mode, and the water supply pipeline 21 is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing spray head 22 through the second spraying pipeline because the frosting risk exists in the air conditioning dedusting system at the moment.
The frosting temperature is generally higher than zero degree, especially when the air conditioning mechanism 1 is heating, the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is used as an evaporator to absorb heat, and in order to avoid condensation of the entering water flow, when the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to the set frosting temperature, the water supply pipeline 21 needs to be communicated with the second spray pipeline outside the outdoor heat exchanger 11, so as to avoid freezing in the first spray pipeline.
According to the control method of the air conditioner dust removal system, when the dust concentration is too high, the spraying mechanism is arranged to assist the air conditioner mechanism in removing dust, if the air conditioner mechanism operates in a refrigeration mode currently, the water supply pipeline is controlled to be communicated with the atomizing nozzle through the first spraying pipeline, heat in the outdoor heat exchanger is absorbed by water flow in the water supply pipeline, and the water flow is sprayed into indoor air through the atomizing nozzle.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
