An adjustable explosion-proof lamp comprises a shell (1) and a ventilation window (7), wherein the inner middle end of the shell (1) is provided with an explosion-proof lamp main body (2), and the inner front end of the main body (2) is provided with a lamp source (3); the method is characterized in that: the rear end of the light source (3) is provided with a lamp holder (32), the lamp holder (32) is provided with a movable lampshade (31), the rear end of the main body (2) is provided with an adjusting mechanism (6), the adjusting mechanism (6) is fixedly connected with the inner middle end of the shell (1), the adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a motor (61), a bevel gear set (62), a screw rod (63), a connecting plate (64), a first connecting rod (65), a second connecting rod (66), an auxiliary plate (67), a light-transmitting plate (68) and a fixing component (69), the motor (61) is connected with the inner middle end of the shell (1) through bolts, an output shaft of the motor (61) is coaxially rotated with the bevel gear set (62), the bevel gear set (62) is rotatably connected with the inner upper end of the shell (1), the screw rod (62) is coaxially rotated with the upper end of the screw rod (63), the side surface of the screw rod (63) is in threaded connection with the connecting plate (64), the connecting plate (64) is rotatably connected with the lower end of the first connecting rod (65), the upper end of the first connecting rod (65) is rotatably connected with the second connecting rod (66) through the second connecting rod (66) and the lower end of the auxiliary plate (66), the light-transmitting plate (68) is in sliding connection with the front end face of the shell (1), a fixing assembly (69) is arranged at the back end of the shell (1), and the motor (61) is electrically connected with the controller (4); the fixing assembly (69) comprises a sliding groove (691), a screw rod (692), an inner clamping plate (693), a handle (694), an outer clamping plate (695), an adjusting screw (696) and an adjusting nut (697), wherein the sliding groove (691) is arranged at the back end of the shell (1), the inner side surface of the sliding groove (691) is rotationally connected with the screw rod (692), the side surface of the screw rod (692) is in threaded connection with the clamping plate (693), the right end of the screw rod (692) is coaxially rotated with the handle (694), the inner clamping plate (693) and the outer clamping plate (695) are used for adjusting the distance through the adjusting screw (696) and the adjusting nut (697), a concave groove is formed at the inner side when the inner clamping plate (693) and the outer clamping plate are combined, and the concave groove is in a semicircular structure; 4 spherical clamping grooves (35) are formed in the circumferential surface of the lamp holder (32) at equal intervals, 2 rotary bulbs (33) are oppositely arranged at the rear end of the lamp shade (31), the rotary bulbs (33) are matched with the clamping grooves (35), and the rotary bulbs (33) are made of elastic materials; the edge of the clamping groove (35) is provided with a rubber ring (34), and the diameter of the rubber ring (34) is smaller than the maximum diameter of the rotary ball head (33); the section of the lampshade (31) is trapezoid.

An adjustable explosion-proof lamp as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the length of the light-transmitting plate (68) is three fifths of the length of the shell (1), and auxiliary grooves which are matched with the light-transmitting plate (68) are formed in the left end face and the right end face of the front end face of the shell (1).
