An adjustable explosion-proof lamp as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the fixing component (69) comprises a sliding groove (691), a screw rod (692), an inner clamping plate (693), a handle (694), an outer clamping plate (695), an adjusting screw rod (696) and an adjusting nut (697), the sliding groove (691) is arranged at the back end of the shell (1), the inner side face of the sliding groove (691) is rotatably connected with the screw rod (692), the side face of the screw rod (692) is in threaded connection with the clamping plate (693), the right end of the screw rod (692) is coaxially rotated with the handle (694), the distance between the inner clamping plate (693) and the outer clamping plate (695) is adjusted through the adjusting screw rod (696) and the adjusting nut (697), a concave groove is formed on the inner side when the inner clamping plate (693) and the outer clamping plate (694) are combined, and the concave groove is of a semicircular structure.
