The light guide plate 14 is used for transmitting light emitted by the LED lamp set and making the light emitted uniformly, the light guide plate 14(light guide plate) is made of optical acrylic/PC board, and then high-tech material with high refractive index and no light absorption is used, and light guide points are printed on the bottom surface of the optical acrylic board by laser engraving, V-shaped cross grid engraving, UV screen printing technology. The optical acrylic sheet is used for absorbing the light emitted from the lamp to stay on the surface of the optical acrylic sheet, when the light rays irradiate each light guide point, the reflected light can be diffused towards each angle, and then the reflection condition is destroyed to be emitted from the front surface of the light guide plate 14. The light guide plate 14 can uniformly emit light through various light guide points with different densities and sizes. The reflective paper 15 is used for reflecting light emitted by the LED lamp set, and the purpose of the reflective paper 15 is to reflect light exposed from the light guide plate 14 back to the light guide plate 14, so as to improve the light utilization efficiency; therefore, under the condition of the same area brightness, the luminous efficiency is high and the power consumption is low.
For example, the light guide plate 14 and the reflective paper 15 may be connected to the first frame 111 and/or the second frame 112 by bonding or by clamping. It should be noted that the reflective paper 15 may not be connected to the first frame 111 and/or the second frame 112, and may be received by the LED lamp set.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the side-emitting LED luminaire may further comprise a cover plate 16 and a diffuser plate 17; the cover plate 16 and the diffusion plate 17 are respectively covered at two ends of the frame 11 and enclose with the frame 11 to form a closed accommodating cavity; the LED lamp set, the wire harness 121, the light guide plate 14 and the reflective paper 15 are all disposed in the accommodating cavity. The diffusion plate 17 is a plate that uses a physical phenomenon that light rays are refracted, reflected, and scattered by a chemical or physical means when encountering two media having different refractive indexes during traveling, and changes the traveling path of the light rays by adding an inorganic or organic light diffusing agent to a base material such as PMMA, PC, PS, PP, or by artificially adjusting the light rays by an array arrangement of micro-feature structures on the surface of the base material, thereby refracting, reflecting, and scattering the light rays in different directions, and realizing the effect of optical diffusion by coloring and scattering the incident light rays.

It should be further noted that the present application is not limited to a manner of disposing the box 131 in the accommodating cavity, and another alternative exemplary embodiment is provided in the present application, wherein the box 131 is disposed on the outer surface of the cover plate 16, the control circuit board is disposed in the box 131, and the control circuit board is disposed with a cable, and the cable passes through a through hole disposed on the cover plate 16, extends into the accommodating cavity, and is plugged into the wire harness 121 through a terminal. The control circuit board and the box body 131 for accommodating the control circuit board are arranged on the outer surface of the cover plate 16, namely outside the accommodating cavity, so that the control circuit board can be conveniently operated, the control of the LED lamp bank is further implemented, and meanwhile, the control circuit board is also conveniently overhauled. It should be noted that, when the box 131 is disposed on the outer surface of the cover 16, the wiring harness 121 connected to the LED lamp set may also be used to extend into the accommodating cavity through a through hole disposed on the cover 16 to connect with the control circuit board in the box 131.
Illustratively, a pearl cotton layer 161 may be further disposed between the cover plate 16 and the reflective paper 15, and the pearl cotton layer 161 is provided with a receiving groove for receiving the box 131. The pearl wool layer 161 is arranged to effectively achieve a damping effect, and further achieve the effects of protecting the box body 131 and controlling the circuit board. It is understood that other or no shock absorbing members may be provided between the cover sheet 16 and the reflective paper 15.
In an optional exemplary embodiment, the side-emitting LED lamp may further include a power module, the power module is disposed on an outer surface of the cover plate 16, the power module and the control circuit board may be connected through the flexible circuit board 160, and the cover plate 16 is provided with a through hole for the flexible circuit board 160 to pass through. Illustratively, the connection of the power module and the control circuit board can also be connected through a cable.
It should be noted that the power module is a power supply device that can be directly attached to the printed circuit board, and is used to supply power to the control circuit board. Set up power module in apron 16's surface, be convenient for realize separating power supply and control circuit, and then guarantee when one of them breaks down, when high temperature arouses phenomenons such as catching fire, can directly cut off both connections, and then another safety of protection, loss reduction accident range. It should be noted that the power module may also be a power supply device for connecting to and processing the commercial power, or may also have a power supply with an electric power storage function, where the specific type of the power module is not limited, and may be adaptively selected according to the requirements of the user.
Illustratively, the side-emitting LED lamp further includes a power box 162 for accommodating the power module, and the power module is installed in the power box 162 to protect the power module.

It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

Claims (11)

1. A side-emitting LED lamp, comprising: the LED lamp comprises a frame, an LED lamp group, a control circuit board and a wiring harness integrated together;
the frame includes: two first frames which are parallel and arranged at intervals; and
the two second frames are arranged in parallel at intervals and are connected with the two first frames end to end;
the LED lamp set comprises a plurality of LED lamp beads with color temperatures, and is arranged on the first frame;
the pencil is installed on the second frame, at least including quantity and the colour temperature assorted cable that LED contained in the LED banks in the pencil, binding post and the LED lamp pearl machinery and the electricity of corresponding colour temperature are passed through to the one end of cable and are connected, the other end of cable also pass through binding post with control circuit board machinery and electricity are connected.
2. The side-emitting LED light fixture of claim 1, wherein the wiring harness is integrated on a flexible circuit board.
3. The side-emitting LED light fixture of claim 2 wherein the flexible circuit board is bonded to the second bezel.
4. The side-emitting LED light fixture of claim 1 wherein the LED light fixture further comprises a substrate;
the LED lamp beads with the plurality of color temperatures comprise color LED lamp beads and white LED lamp beads;
the color light LED lamp beads and the white light LED lamp beads are alternately arranged on the substrate;
the substrate is connected to the first frame;
the first plug-in parts of the wiring terminals, which are used for being connected with the LED lamp beads of each color temperature, are all arranged on the substrate; the second plugging part of the wiring terminal is arranged at the end part of the cable, and the first plugging part is in plugging fit with the second plugging part.
5. The side-emitting LED lamp of claim 1, wherein each of the first frames has one of the LED lamp sets mounted thereon, each of the second frames has one of the wire harnesses mounted thereon, and each of the wire harnesses is connected to a corresponding one of the LED lamp sets via the connection terminal.
6. The side-emitting LED luminaire of claim 1 further comprising a light guide plate and reflective paper;
the light guide plate and the reflective paper are connected to the first frame and/or the second frame.
7. The side-emitting LED lamp of claim 6 further comprising a cover plate and a diffuser plate;
the cover plate and the diffusion plate are respectively covered at two ends of the frame and form a closed accommodating cavity together with the frame;
the LED lamp bank, the wire harness, the light guide plate and the reflective paper are all arranged in the accommodating cavity.
8. The side-emitting LED lamp of claim 7, wherein a box is disposed in the accommodating cavity, and the control circuit board is mounted in the box;
the control circuit board comprises an RF radio frequency wireless control circuit for receiving or transmitting control signals.
9. The side-emitting LED lamp as claimed in claim 8, wherein a pearl wool layer is further disposed between the cover plate and the reflective paper, and the pearl wool layer is provided with a receiving groove for receiving the box body.
10. The side-emitting LED lamp of claim 8, further comprising a power module, wherein the power module is disposed on an outer surface of the cover plate, the power module is connected to the control circuit board through a flexible circuit board, and the cover plate is provided with a through hole for the flexible circuit board to pass through.
11. The side-emitting LED lamp as claimed in claim 7, wherein a box is disposed on an outer surface of the cover plate, the control circuit board is disposed in the box, and the control circuit board is disposed with a cable, the cable passes through a through hole disposed on the cover plate, extends into the accommodating cavity, and is plugged with the wiring harness through the wiring terminal.
