Description
The invention relates to a light source module, a lighting module and a lighting fixture with the lighting module.
Background technique
Lighting is a measure of using various light sources to illuminate working and living places or individual objects. The use of sun and sky light is called "natural lighting"; the use of artificial light sources is called "artificial lighting". The primary purpose of lighting is to create good visibility and a pleasant environment.
With the vigorous development of the lighting market, various types of lighting fixtures emerge in an endless stream. Compared with traditional light sources, LED lighting has the characteristics of small size, energy saving, long life, high brightness, and environmental protection. In the field of lighting, the application of LED light-emitting products is attracting the attention of the world. As a new type of green light source product, LED must be the hairpin trend in the future. The 21st century will enter the era of new lighting sources represented by LEDs.
In the prior art, multiple LED light-emitting units are usually integrated on one PCB, and a separate lens unit is provided on each LED light-emitting unit, so that multiple lens units are respectively arranged on the light source board, which is time-consuming and laborious, and is not easy to ensure quality. Moreover, such a deployment method of the separated lens unit requires an additional protective cover to protect the circuit of the part of the light source board not covered by the lens, and the production process is relatively complicated.
In addition, the light source substrate is generally arranged in a circle or a ring, so a large amount of waste will be generated during cutting, resulting in high cost.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple, safe and reliable LED lamp and an LED light source module applied to the LED lamp.

Therefore, after splicing, the main light source module 21 and the supplementary light source module 22 form a closed configuration and form the light source module 2 of the present invention, surrounding a semicircular space 27 .
The optical element 1 is preferably a one-piece structure, which is circular and includes an outermost annular optical accommodation area 10 and a semicircular driving accommodation area 12 integrally connected with a partial arc of the annular optical accommodation area 10 . Therefore, a semicircular space 14 corresponding to the space 27 of the light source module 2 is formed between the optical accommodating area 10 and the driving accommodating area 12 . The optical accommodating area 10 includes a pair of sidewalls 101 opposite to each other and a top wall 102 that is connected to the upper edges of the pair of sidewalls 101 and slightly protrudes upwards. Accommodating groove 103 . Preferably, referring to FIG. 6 , the optical accommodation area 10 has a light incident surface 107 and a light exit surface 108 , and the inner surface of the optical accommodation groove 103 is the light incident surface 107 . The optical accommodating area 10 is correspondingly arranged under the light emitting units 24 and 222 of the light source module 2, and the outgoing light of the light emitting units 24 and 222 respectively reaches the light incident surface 107 after passing through the optical accommodating groove 103 and is refracted by the light incident surface 107. After reaching the light-emitting surface 108 and further refracting, the light is emitted. Therefore, the optical accommodating area 10 is configured to distribute light emitted by the light emitting units 24 , 222 . Both the light incident surface 107 and the light exit surface 108 are curved surfaces, which are formed as arc concave lenses. Preferably, please refer to FIG. 7, the light incident surface 107' and the light exit surface 108' can also be curved surfaces with large curvature, and the light incident surface 107' is also provided with a microstructure 1070' for the light emitting unit 24, 222. The emitted light is further subjected to light distribution. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the microstructure 1070' is a zigzag structure. In addition, the light-incident surfaces 107, 207' and the light-emitting surfaces 108, 108' are matte or frosted surfaces.
Further, a mounting portion 104 is formed around the outer periphery of the space 14 and integrally extended downwards and slightly outwards from the side wall 101 on the outer side. Therefore, the mounting portion 104 is divided into two parts, one part is further extended from the outer side wall 101 and is circular; the other part is formed around the space 14 and thus is semicircular. Along the opposite inner surface of the mounting portion 104 , several wedge-shaped locking portions 105 are arranged at intervals. The locking portions 105 are spaced a certain distance apart from the lower edge of the sidewall 101 along the up-down direction, and their thickness gradually decreases along the direction away from the sidewall 101 . The distance is equivalent to the thickness of the light source substrate 20 of the light source module 2 , so the light source substrate 20 can be sandwiched between the locking portion 105 and the side wall 101 along the outline of the light source substrate 20 . The central portion of the driving accommodation area 12 is raised to form a housing space 120 for correspondingly housing the electronic components of the driving module 22 . Preferably, the mounting element 3 is assembled with the optical element 2 , and in order to realize the combination between the two, several tab-shaped mounting parts 13 are formed extending from the lower edge of the mounting portion 104 surrounding the space 14 into the space 14 . Each mounting member 13 is in the shape of a sheet, and has a slot 130 defined in its middle. A plurality of screws 4 pass through the slots 130 and lock with screw holes (not labeled) provided by the mounting element 3 to realize the combination of the mounting element 3 and the optical element 2 . In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the size of the head of the screw 4 is larger than the width of the slot 130 , so that its threaded portion passes through the slot 130 and its head is blocked by the periphery of the slot 130 . In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting element 3 is magnetic, and is used to be adsorbed on the chassis of the lamp to assemble the lighting module 100 on the chassis, and the chassis is combined with the installation base through screws or other installation methods. The installation of the lighting fixture is thus completed. The mounting element 3 includes a joint portion 31 with a smaller diameter that is provided with the screw hole and combined with the screw, and an adsorption portion 32 that is located at the free end of the joint portion 31 and has a larger diameter, and has a larger end surface so that Provide enough adsorption force with the chassis. The mounting element 3 can be made of magnetic material as a whole, such as a strong magnet, or the joint part 31 can be made of metal or plastic, and the adsorption part 32 can be made of a magnetic material, such as a strong magnet, so as to reduce costs. In other preferred implementation manners, the optical element 2 can also be separately arranged and spliced corresponding to the main light source module 21 and the supplementary light source module 22 .
In the lighting module 100 of the present invention, since the integrated optical element 2 completely covers the light source module 2, no electrical components are exposed, thus improving the safety protection level and avoiding the use of additional cost-increasing protective covers. The lighting module 100 can replace various existing non-energy-saving lamp tubes, lamp panels, etc., and has a simple structure and convenient installation, which can greatly bring convenience and energy saving to customers.
