The working principle is as follows: an operator inserts the lower end of the adjusting pipe 3 into the connecting groove 5 until the bottom surfaces of the two first limiting rods 13 are respectively attached to the bottoms of the two clamping grooves 9, at the moment, the lower end of the adjusting pipe 3 cannot move downwards to connect the adjusting pipe 3 with the conveying pipe 1, the two arc-shaped plates 6 respectively slide in the two arc-shaped grooves 8 by shifting the limiting plates 28, the slide bar 11 slides in the sliding groove 10 to prevent the arc-shaped plates 6 from separating from the arc-shaped grooves 8, when the arc-shaped plates 6 move to the middle parts of the arc-shaped grooves 8, the bottom surfaces of the arc-shaped plates 6 shield the clamping grooves 9 to prevent the first limiting rods 13 from separating from the clamping grooves 9, the first limiting rods 13 cannot move any more, namely, the adjusting pipe 3 cannot move any more, so as to achieve the effect of primary fixation, at the moment, the two second limiting rods 14 are respectively clamped between the pair of limiting plates 28 by downwards sliding the circular ring 15, so that the two arc-shaped plates 6 cannot deflect any more, and indirectly promote the position stability of the first limiting rods 13 by fixing the positions of the arc-shaped plates 6, the fixing effect is increased, the circular ring 15 naturally droops under the gravity to ensure that the two second limit rods 14 are not easy to separate from the limit plates 28, after the adjusting pipe 3 is connected with the conveying pipe 1, the rotary table 26 is rotated to ensure that the screw 27 ascends and descends under rotation according to the property of gas conveyed in the conveying pipe 1, the screw 27 ascends and descends to drive the moving block 19 contacted with the screw, the position of the moving block 19 can be adjusted due to the limit of the check ring 16 on the piston block 21, the pressure required for jacking the piston block 21 from the conveying pipe 1 can be adjusted, after the adjustment is finished, the limit ring 24 moves along with the moving block 19 in the through groove 23 due to the fact that the limit ring 24 rotates to ensure that the gap of the limit ring 24 is staggered with the position of the rectangular block 12, the limit ring 24 can not ascend and descend any more, the friction force of the joint part of the limit ring 24 and the rectangular block 12 is increased due to the elastic force of the spring 20, and the probability of sliding deviation of the limit ring 24 is reduced, the position of the moving block 19 is further lifted and fixed through the limiting of the limiting ring 24, so that the moving block 19 is prevented from deviating due to the deflection of the screw 27 in the thread groove 25, and the stability is improved.
