Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the soft and foldable intelligent wearable temperature-controlled textile according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the spinning materials: mixing the flame-retardant polyester serving as a base material with natural spinning and heat-preservation cotton for hollow blending to obtain a mixed spinning material after the blending is finished;
s2, soaking: soaking the mixed textile material in antibacterial solution for 10-13min at 20 deg.C;
s3, dehydration: placing the mixed spinning material soaked with the antibacterial liquid into a vacuum dehydrator, and dehydrating for 1 h;
s4, mixing temperature adjusting materials: putting the dehydrated mixed spinning material into a stirring pool, and adding a temperature-regulating mixture, wherein the temperature-regulating mixture comprises 1.5 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol, 1 part by weight of expandable graphite, 1 part by weight of Mgo nano mixed solution and 3 parts by weight of inorganic hydrated salt;
s5, coating: coating a heat storage phase-change material in the mixed textile, wherein the heat storage phase-change material is a fatty acid composite PMC material, the coating thickness of the fatty acid composite PMC material is 0.3 mu m, and after coating is finished, a Dry-Tec waterproof breathable film is bonded on the fatty acid composite PMC material;
and S6, performing drying test, drying and transmitting the coated mixed spinning material, and detecting the temperature control and pressure resistance of the spinning material.
Specifically, the stirring speed of the stirring pool in S4 is 150r/min, and the stirring time is 20 min.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the present invention further provides a method for preparing a flexible and foldable intelligent wearable temperature-controlled textile, including the following steps:
s1, mixing the spinning materials: mixing the flame-retardant polyester as a base material with natural spinning and heat-insulating cotton for hollow blending to obtain a blended spinning material at a degree of DEG after the blending is finished
S2, soaking: soaking the mixed textile material in antibacterial solution for 13min at 40 deg.C;
s3, dehydration: placing the mixed spinning material soaked with the antibacterial liquid into a vacuum dehydrator, wherein the dehydration time is 1.3 h;
s4, mixing temperature adjusting materials: putting the dehydrated mixed spinning material into a stirring pool, and adding a temperature-adjusting mixed material, wherein the temperature-adjusting mixed material comprises 1.5 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol, 3 parts by weight of expandable graphite, 5 parts by weight of Mgo nano mixed solution and 5 parts by weight of inorganic hydrated salt;
s5, coating: coating a heat storage phase change material in the mixed spinning material, wherein the heat storage phase change material is a fatty acid composite PMC material, the coating thickness of the fatty acid composite PMC material is 0.5 mu m, and after coating is finished, a Dry-Tec waterproof breathable film is bonded on the fatty acid composite PMC material;
and S6, performing drying test, drying and transmitting the coated mixed spinning material, and detecting the temperature control and pressure resistance of the spinning material.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2 to 10, this embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 in that the present invention further provides a device for producing a flexible and foldable intelligent wearable temperature-controlled textile, which uses the method for preparing a flexible and foldable intelligent wearable temperature-controlled textile according to any one of embodiments 1 to 2 to produce a flexible and foldable intelligent wearable temperature-controlled textile, including a drying structure 1, an ironing structure 2, a testing structure 3, a fire extinguishing structure 4, and a first support plate 10;
wherein the ironing structure 2, the testing structure 3 and the fire extinguishing structure 4 are all fixedly arranged on the first supporting plate 10;
the drying structure 1 is used for drying the coated mixed textile material to prevent the fatty acid composite material from being in a soft state;
the ironing structure 2 is used for leveling and ironing the dried mixed spinning material;
the testing structure 3 is used for testing the pressure of the mixed spinning material and testing the temperature control capability of the mixed spinning material;
the fire extinguishing structure 4 is used for avoiding open fire caused by overhigh temperature when the temperature control test is carried out on the mixed spinning material, and extinguishing the open fire when the open fire occurs;

the testing structure 3 comprises a fixing frame 30, a third electric push rod 31, a top plate 32, a plurality of ejector pins 33, a mounting plate 34 and a heating rod 35, wherein the fixing frame 30 is fixedly installed on the first supporting plate 10, the third electric push rod 31 is fixedly installed outside the fixing frame 30, the top plate 32 is fixedly installed at the end part of a piston rod of the third electric push rod 31, the ejector pins 33 are fixedly installed on one side, far away from the third electric push rod 31, of the top plate 32, the mounting plate 34 is fixedly installed on one side, far away from the third electric push rod 31, of the top plate 32, and the heating rod 35 is fixedly installed outside the mounting plate 34;

In practical application, a worker places the produced textile on the first driving roller 15, the second driving roller 18 and the third driving roller 25, the textile is driven by the first driving roller 15, the second driving roller 18 and the third driving roller 25, after the textile enters the drying box 11, the textile is dried by starting the first fan 13 and the second fan 19, after the drying treatment, the first electric push rod 20 is started to drive the ironing machine 21 to adjust the upper and lower positions, the second electric push rod 22 is started to drive the second supporting plate 23 to assist the ironing machine 21 to perform ironing and leveling treatment on the textile, after the ironing and leveling treatment is completed, the third electric push rod 31 is started to drive the top plate 32 and the ejector pin 33 to adjust the upper and lower positions, the strength of the textile is measured by adjusting the upper and lower positions of the ejector pin 33, and the temperature adjusting capability of the textile can be measured by starting the heating rod 35, and the heat resistance of the textiles is measured, and when the measurement is performed by the heating rod 35, the water flow inside the water storage tank 40 can be pumped to the spray head 43 through the hose 42 by the water pump 41, and the textiles generating open fire are subjected to fire extinguishing treatment by the spray head 43.

Claims (2)
1. A preparation method of a soft and foldable intelligent wearable temperature control textile is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing the spinning materials: mixing the flame-retardant polyester serving as a base material with natural spinning and heat-preservation cotton for hollow blending to obtain a mixed spinning material after the blending is finished;
s2, soaking: soaking the mixed textile in an antibacterial solution for 10-13min at the temperature of 20-40 ℃;
s3, dehydration: placing the mixed spinning material soaked with the antibacterial liquid into a vacuum dehydrator, and dehydrating for 1-1.3 h;
s4, mixing temperature adjusting materials: putting the dehydrated mixed spinning material into a stirring pool, and adding a temperature-adjusting mixed material, wherein the temperature-adjusting mixed material comprises 1.5 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol, 1-3 parts by weight of expandable graphite, 1-5 parts by weight of Mgo nano mixed solution and 3-5 parts by weight of inorganic hydrated salt;
s5, coating: coating a heat storage phase-change material in the mixed textile, wherein the heat storage phase-change material is a fatty acid composite PCM material, the coating thickness of the fatty acid composite PCM material is 0.3-0.5 mu m, and a Dry-Tec waterproof breathable film is bonded on the fatty acid composite PCM material after coating;
s6, drying and testing, namely drying and transmitting the coated mixed spinning material, and detecting the temperature control and pressure resistance of the spinning material;
the preparation method of the soft and foldable intelligent wearable temperature control textile uses a production device, wherein the production device comprises a drying structure (1), an ironing structure (2), a testing structure (3), a fire extinguishing structure (4) and a first supporting plate (10);
the ironing structure (2), the testing structure (3) and the fire extinguishing structure (4) are all fixedly mounted on the first supporting plate (10);
the drying structure (1) is used for drying the coated mixed textile material to prevent the fatty acid composite material from being in a soft state;
the ironing structure (2) is used for leveling and ironing the dried mixed textile;
the test structure (3) is used for testing the pressure of the mixed spinning material and testing the temperature control capability of the mixed spinning material;
the fire extinguishing structure (4) is used for avoiding the open fire phenomenon caused by overhigh temperature when the temperature control test is carried out on the mixed spinning material, and extinguishing the open fire when the open fire occurs;
the drying structure (1) comprises a drying box (11), a first upper cover body (12), a first fan (13), a filter screen (14), a first driving roller (15), a leveling box (16), a second upper cover body (17), a plurality of second driving rollers (18) and a second fan (19), wherein the drying box (11) is fixedly arranged on the first supporting plate (10), the first upper cover body (12) is movably connected to the drying box (11), the first fan (13) is arranged outside the drying box (11), an air outlet of the first fan (13) penetrates through the outer wall of the drying box (11), the first driving roller (15) is movably connected to the inside of the drying box (11), the leveling box (16) is fixedly arranged on the first supporting plate (10), and the second upper cover body (17) is movably connected to the leveling box (16), the second driving rollers (18) are movably connected inside the flattening box (16);

the testing structure (3) comprises a fixing frame (30), a third electric push rod (31), a top plate (32), a plurality of ejector pins (33), a mounting plate (34) and a heating rod (35), wherein the fixing frame (30) is fixedly installed on the first supporting plate (10), the third electric push rod (31) is fixedly installed outside the fixing frame (30), the top plate (32) is fixedly installed at the end part of a piston rod of the third electric push rod (31), the ejector pins (33) are fixedly installed on one side, far away from the third electric push rod (31), of the top plate (32), the mounting plate (34) is fixedly installed on one side, far away from the third electric push rod (31), of the top plate (32), and the heating rod (35) is fixedly installed outside the mounting plate (34);
