Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco essence and spice, in particular to a preparation method of a blueberry extract and application of the blueberry extract in heating cigarettes.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid improvement of the living standard of people, the vast consumers put forward the requirements of low tar, low stimulation, high comfort and the like on the quality of the internal quality of tobacco consumer products. These demands have prompted the continuous in-depth advancement of the "harm and tar reduction" engineering in the tobacco industry, and while improving traditional cigarettes, new tobacco products have appeared in succession, internationally and domestically, with heating cigarettes being one of the fastest growing ones.
The tobacco shred in the cigarette bullet is heated by the heating device to volatilize nicotine and aroma substances in the tobacco shred, and the generated smoke can meet the requirements of smokers. As the heating temperature of the heated cigarette is far lower than the combustion temperature of the traditional cigarette, the generated harmful substances such as tar are less. However, most of non-volatile substances cannot be decomposed into smoke due to lower working temperature of the heated cigarettes, so that the smoke concentration and the aroma quantity cannot reach the state of the traditional cigarettes, and the cigarettes need to be complemented by flavoring and feeding. In addition, the flavoring and feeding can also endow the heated cigarettes with different style characteristics so as to meet the requirements of different consumers. Thus, flavoring has become the most critical core technology for heating cigarettes.
There are a number of fragrances currently formulated using synthetic fragrance-like materials that mimic the natural fruit fragrance. However, synthetic fragrances are difficult to achieve in a similar manner as natural fragrances; secondly, even if the synthetic spice and the target natural spice reach higher similarity, the problems of unobtrusive natural spice style, poor coordination and the like often occur when the cigarette is used for flavoring; thirdly, a better essence blending technology is basically mastered in the hands of foreign essence companies; fourth, the synthetic essence products provided by the essence companies at home and abroad can not provide core technology.
Research shows that the blueberry extract has prominent fruit fragrance, paste fragrance and clear fragrance, and has ideal fragrance and fragrance expression form. The blueberry extract can be applied to cigarettes to obviously improve and modify the smoke of the cigarettes, increase the sweet feeling and the clarity of the smoke aroma, and reduce the irritation, in particular to endow the cigarettes with natural aroma, and meanwhile, the blueberry extract has various aroma characteristics of fruit aroma, cream aroma, clear aroma, milk aroma, sweet aroma and the like, and can play a role in promoting the aroma type and aroma expression of tobacco. Moreover, the blueberry essence sold in the market has a blending trace, is inapplicable in the application of the product, and has the effects that the effect cannot be expected, the technical level is uncontrollable, and the development progress of the fruit style heating cigarette is affected.
Therefore, how to provide a method for preparing blueberry extract from blueberry fruits is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

weighing a certain amount of blueberry extract S2, and diluting into 10% (mass percent) solution with ethanol and distilled water (volume ratio is 1:4) for later use; weighing 100g of heated cigarette slice shreds with perfume, uniformly spreading in a clean tray, uniformly spraying perfume solution on slice shreds to obtain cut tobacco with blueberry extract of 0, 0.50%o, 1.00%o, 2.50%o, 4.00%o, 5.50%o, 8.00%o, and sealing for 2 hr; then the mixture is put into a 50 ℃ oven for low-temperature drying, distilled water is used for humidifying until the standard moisture content is 11%, the standard heating cigarette cartridge is rolled, the moisture content is balanced (the humidity is 50% +/-2%, the temperature is 25+/-1 ℃) for 48 hours, and the slice filaments in the cartridge are heated by a special heating source of the appliance, so that smoking is evaluated. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 evaluation of blueberry extracts with different additive amounts in heated cigarettes
As can be seen from table 1, when the additive amount of the blueberry extract prepared by the present disclosure in the tobacco shred of the heating cigarette is 0.5-8wt%o, the richness of the tobacco aroma of the heating cigarette can be well improved, the miscellaneous gas and the irritation can be effectively reduced, the after-taste and the oral comfort can be improved, the durability of the aroma can be improved, and the characteristics of sweet and sweet feel can be revealed.

Claims (5)
1. A method for preparing a blueberry extract for heating cigarettes, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step (1):
homogenizing: washing fructus Myrtilli with distilled water, placing fructus Myrtilli into a refiner at 12000-20000r/min, crushing at 50-60deg.C, stirring for 3-5min, and adding deionized water to form mixed slurry;
step (2):
reaction stage: adding the mixed slurry into a reaction kettle, sealing, filling nitrogen, and reacting for 10-30min at 180-300 ℃ and 3-15MPa to obtain a blueberry slurry mixed solution;
step (3):
mixing and dissolving: adding an organic solvent into the blueberry pulp mixed solution, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the blueberry mixed solution, wherein the organic solvent is 95wt% ethanol solution, and the mass ratio of the organic solvent to the blueberry pulp mixed solution is 1 (0.5-2);
step (4):
extraction: carrying out solid-liquid separation on the blueberry mixed solution by adopting a centrifugal machine;
step (5):
concentration stage: vacuum distilling the separated liquid phase at 45-55deg.C under 10-80Pa to obtain blueberry concentrate;
step (6):
the preparation stage comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the blueberry concentrate with the same mass and the propylene glycol aqueous solution with the mass percentage of 30-50%, thus obtaining the blueberry extract.
2. The method for preparing blueberry extract according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of blueberry fruit to deionized water in the step (1) is 1 (10-30).
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the working conditions for the solid-liquid separation in step (4) are:
the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine is 3000-5000 r/min, and the time is 5-7min.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the liquid phase is concentrated to 18-23% of the blueberry fruit mass in step (5) to provide a blueberry concentrate.
5. Use of a blueberry extract prepared by the method of preparing a blueberry extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 in heating cigarettes, wherein the blueberry extract is added in an amount of 0.5-8 wt%.
